The staff are very nice and my mom feels very safe and have made many friends. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff really went the extra mile to get us the best deal and helped us with the move making my mom comfortable while the movers were unloading her furnishings. She had lunch and they treated her to a movie and popcorn. [name removed] the activities director was so welcoming as was actually all the staff. They already knew her name and made time to introduce themselves and tell her they were glad she moved in.

Emerson has been a wonderful place for my mom. The staff are beyond amazing and the other residents are warm and all care for one another. Could not have chosen a better place for her to be! I am sure there are fancier and more luxurious places but sometimes it is about the people and at Emerson the people really make the difference!

I am a new resident as of March and I am glad to be here! Excellent therapy, good food with a pleasant community. The bonus for me is the dog lovers and their dogs...so nice to have my dogs with me. Lovely Atriums ?? ?? to enjoy ??

Lucas Court has been a positive experience for our family. The administration and staff have been very helpful and they genuinely care about the residents and families. I love that they are easy to communicate with and make sure the facility is staffed to meet the needs of the residents.

It has only been a couple of months at the reserve but so far everyone has been so kind and helpful, my brother seems to love the place so if he's happy I'm happy, and hopefully it becomes home for him.

The Atriums Senior Living is a great place to live! The food is amazing and the staff is great. The apartments are good size and the staff is very helpful they offer a lot of different activities.

What we like the most about Chisolm Court is that they have very friendly, caring, and attentive staff. Feels comfortable and safe. Maybe more attention to residents on weekends, too. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. They are kind and compassionate, and caring people.

I would say 5 for all. We are extremely happy with the care my dad is receiving. Staff are amazing and yes, we would recommend Reunion Court of Clear Lake to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Staff is friendly and often go above and beyond to help my mother. My mother has a studio apartment which is all the room she needs, spacious enough to have visitors.

My pops got to the point in life where he really needed 24/7 care. We finally got him to agree that The Reunion of Clear Lake would be a good place for him to light. It was a difficult transition for him but every member of the staff was exceedingly understanding, supportive, communicative and professional throughout the whole process. And, as time has gone on they’ve proven to be very attentive as well. The facility is clean and fresh. The food is nutritious and tasty. Dad is always clean and well dressed. His room is always clean. And he seems at ease and content. I can’t say enough good things about The Reunion- the facility itself and especially the staff. From the Director, the Sales staff, the Director of Nursing to all of the Caregivers- I’ve been very impressed with how they’ve made a difficult situation better for not only Pops but our entire family.

Terri with a Place for Mom, [name removed] the Leasing Agent, and surely [name removed] the GM have all been exceptional. Facilities, services, and cost factors have all been great. Somehow everything even on par with locations that my Dad had previously. Reminded of Avalon, versus places like Arlington Autumn Leaves and Fox Run. Several visits over the past few months have led me to believe that we got it right from the start this time.

Moving to bluebonnet was the smartest and best thing we did for my mom. She enjoys the smaller community of residents and all the activities that she has the opportunity to join in with. The staff is amazing and really cares about the residents. Our family has been very happy and satisfied with bluebonnet and would recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. The staff is very helpful, the entire facility is very clean, and free of any odors. The food is outstanding. The people who live there are all very friendly and welcoming. And they have lots of activities to be involved in.

Overall I'm very happy with the experience and the staff is great. As with anything there are times where some care givers that are better than others. The best care that we have gotten however comes from Hospice. My dad is happy there and the people do have caring hearts and I give them so much admiration and credit for the care they do give! It's not easy!

The residents and staff at Royal Estates are very happy and upbeat everytime I go in to visit.

Overall, it has been a great place for my mom. Cleanliness - excellent housekeeping service for my mom, and the whole facility always looks tidy and clean. Friendliness - staff is very friendly, always greets residents by name. Care - excellent, very responsive. Meals - food is very good. Activities- wonderful!! My mother loves all the different activities, and I love that she is engaged in doing things that stimulate her brain. Value - it is expensive, but honestly, for room, food, cleaning and all of the activities, I feel it is worth the cost

Other places I looked at had very small Memory Care Section. Common area is big and the bedrooms are a good size. The Meadows has a good energy. It is light and bright, the staff is friendly.

Great PLACE. In apartment repairs not done promptly but other than this it was excellent service. Dinners could have been better otherwise breakfast and lunches good. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Cedarhurst to other families!

This is a great start to find a place for a family member who needs cares for a positive quality of life. My sister loves Sprinbrock. They helped her adjust to the transfer from her condo to assisted living and allowed family to stay with her to help her adjust to facility.
