Everyone has been so helpful. We were attracted to them because of the location, it was close enough I could visit more often.

Terri with a Place for Mom, [name removed] the Leasing Agent, and surely [name removed] the GM have all been exceptional. Facilities, services, and cost factors have all been great. Somehow everything even on par with locations that my Dad had previously. Reminded of Avalon, versus places like Arlington Autumn Leaves and Fox Run. Several visits over the past few months have led me to believe that we got it right from the start this time.

[name removed] was very good to work with..explaining and helping with every step..after [name removed] got moved into her unit every one has been helpful and take good care of her needs..Mother has adjusted much better than we were expecting..has been a very good experience for all of her family and herself.

Moving to bluebonnet was the smartest and best thing we did for my mom. She enjoys the smaller community of residents and all the activities that she has the opportunity to join in with. The staff is amazing and really cares about the residents. Our family has been very happy and satisfied with bluebonnet and would recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. The staff is very helpful, the entire facility is very clean, and free of any odors. The food is outstanding. The people who live there are all very friendly and welcoming. And they have lots of activities to be involved in.

Overall I'm very happy with the experience and the staff is great. As with anything there are times where some care givers that are better than others. The best care that we have gotten however comes from Hospice. My dad is happy there and the people do have caring hearts and I give them so much admiration and credit for the care they do give! It's not easy!

The staff is friendly and caring. Very down to earth and compassionate. Was very accommodating on a difficult move. They seem genuinely concerned about the happiness of there residents and the staff is all very easy to communicate with.

The residents and staff at Royal Estates are very happy and upbeat everytime I go in to visit.

Overall, it has been a great place for my mom. Cleanliness - excellent housekeeping service for my mom, and the whole facility always looks tidy and clean. Friendliness - staff is very friendly, always greets residents by name. Care - excellent, very responsive. Meals - food is very good. Activities- wonderful!! My mother loves all the different activities, and I love that she is engaged in doing things that stimulate her brain. Value - it is expensive, but honestly, for room, food, cleaning and all of the activities, I feel it is worth the cost

Other places I looked at had very small Memory Care Section. Common area is big and the bedrooms are a good size. The Meadows has a good energy. It is light and bright, the staff is friendly.

Great PLACE. In apartment repairs not done promptly but other than this it was excellent service. Dinners could have been better otherwise breakfast and lunches good. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Cedarhurst to other families!

I scored lower on food because I don't think it looks good, although I haven't eaten there myself. I think the activities are very repetitive, and it seems like the same people participate while others never do.

I love the facility and the staff. We picked this community because of the affordability, cleanliness, and it was beautiful.

It felt like home when we walked in the door. It was great. We found a place quickly and easily.

The location was perfect for us. The staff is among best I've encountered in the industry. The cost is on the high end of the spectrum, but that is probably due to the low number of residents in the facility and the low resident to caregiver ratio. I would highly recommend Chisholm Court.

The staff has been amazing Only thing is that memory care could use more staff. The Oaks needs to have more engaging activities for those that are mobile. Again this appears to be a staffing issue. It is a little pricy based on care my aunt requires in Oaks. Working to move from oaks to assisted living to reduce cost.

Mother instantly fell in love with the staff and cleanliness. Price was more affordable. Difficulty reaching staff after 5pm. Front desk not manned after 5pm. Frequent changes in administrative staff. TV signal and WiFi frequently out. I once asked one of the nursing staff to make sure my mom took the right dosage and the right medication. She said she would but she never checked her

I have found this location to be very welcoming. All services here are good and I am grateful for that. I spend a lot of my time volunteering and working the convenience store here. There are a lot of other great activities we all share.

Staff is always there to help! [name removed] is awesome very kind and caring!?? I feel like they all go far and beyond their job duties the only thing I think that should be done is a cover over the court yards so that residents can sit outside when it’s either raining or to hot

The time my mother in law spent at Lucas Court was amazing!!! They are super friendly, they care a great deal about the residents or family as they call them, they are prompt, and very loving. I highly recommend them to anyone.
