Overall rating, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and qualify of care are all great. Meals have been delivered to her room which is great. But she is very difficult to satisfy and she would not be a valuable, fair responder about the meals/dining. She does not participate in any activities but has been having hair appointments. As far as cost, the value fits the market competition.

We love all the wonderful staff, building is always very clean and smells great . Y’all take very good care of my cousin [name removed] . Thank you so much ! Enjoy the family nights once a month . The grounds always look mowed and edged .

Seems really good from what we experience. Small group which we think is good. No complaints I do not understand why 200 characters is needed on this form unless you have issues. We are sure that it would be taken care of if needed.

All of the employees treat each resident with love and respect...just like family! My mother in law loves to participate in all of the activities, especially the bingo and domino's! Thanks for everything!

They really try to keep the residents active. They do bingo on a regular basis. They have a prayer group daily. The food is good. It is as close as they can be to home. My mom enjoys it even though she wants to go home.

We had to move our Aunt from Houston to get closer to us, her nieces. The first day we walked into the building, we felt at home. One thing I really appreciate since she has been here for over a year now, is that the staff has remained the same. We feel comfortable asking any questions. We love it here.

The quaint atmosphere, beautiful decor and friendly staff are just a few of the reasons that I love that Broadmoor Place is my Mom’s home. It ended up not being a difficult decision because we could see very clearly the love for seniors that the entire staff shows for the residents. Broadmoor Place has truly been a blessing to our loved one - thank you!

Broadmoor is a blessing in every way. They take very good care of our loved one and make her feel right at home. The staff is so caring and really treat the residents like their own family, which gives our family a great peace of mind.

My mother has dementia. She was at a stage of the disease where she could no longer remain at home alone while my wife and I are at work. The staff at Broadmoor Court has taken care of her needs; food, medications, bathing and trying to keep her active. The staff understanding better than I what she is going through with this disease and they keep me updated on an relevant issues regarding my mother.

I don't worry about Mom anymore. I used to have to stop by her place at least once a day, sometimes twice. Did she take her medicine? Did she take a shower? Did she remember to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer? Did she tell me she was out of important items, or do I need to look in the kitchen and bathroom? Did she hang up the phone correctly so we could reach her? Did she charge her cell phone? Is she conversing with people or staying inside watching TV all day? Does she know where the remote is? And more! I no longer think about these things. Sure, she still forgets, but there's a safety net of caring caregivers around her to help keep her safe and enjoying life. They call me if something needs attention. Now, I can more often just "go by to visit". Listen to stories, and tell her about my day. I no longer have to worry, every day, about every detail. The staff care. The manager cares. The nurse and the chefs care. All of that frees me up to love.

Broadmoor Court is a great place. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring. They go over and above all to ensure everyone is always taken care of. It is very reassuring your family will be well cared for.

My mother-in-law moved into Broadmoor in May. We have seen her jump right into the atmosphere and enjoy the neighbors and new friends she makes every day. Sometimes the friends are new and sometimes she had previously met them, but to her, she is meeting new friends. Her dementia had all of us so worried about her ability to find her new place and develop a safe routine. Thankfully the staff at Broadmoor help redirect and encourage her to engage and move every day! We love coming to the building. It is bright, cheery and smells so good. The residents are happy and obviously, well cared for. The team there also make us feel very welcomed and sincerely love what they do and who they serve. If you are unsure if your loved one is a fit; call anyway. We almost put mom in memory care and she didn't need that.

The people were AWESOME!! He is no longer there unfortunately but I loved it while he was there .. he loved it also but his son insisted on moving him closer to him. He even enjoyed leading activities

As a matter of fact I am at Bradfield Terrace (the first place y'all placed my dad) right now. I came to visit the staff and some residents that I have made friends with. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend this community to others

Based on the experience we have had, the Bluebonnet Court community gets five of five stars. The staff was great.

Everyone - all of them - are very attentive and kind. The food is just not very tasty to me. Veggies are not flavorful. Seems not very high quality. Would recommend Mercer Terrace highly.

They accepted my daughter, which is Mentally Challenged & Physically Disabled. Also, they accepted my husband, which made a total of 3 residents. I would definitely recommend Royal Estates!

I would everything a 5. I'm very happy here. This is an excellent place. I wish that I had moved here sooner than I did. Very friendly staff who are dedicated to providing excellent care. The residents care about each other...we feel like family. Highly recommend this facility. Could not ask for better care.

My mother likes living there. The food is good and the staff is very supportive. The most important thing is the staff goes out of their way to care for their residents. My mother confirms that and I see that when I am visiting her there. I would highly recommend the Lodge at Pine Creek.

My Mom loves it and they are so nice! She is happy and comfortable. All the staff love her and I never have any complaints at all! My mom has been there about four months and loves it there at Mackenzie Court! We are so happy to have found a place that we are satisfied with.
