I can't say enough good things about Lucas Court. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and kindness that fills the building. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, respecte and valued. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in each resident’s well-being. The management team is responsive and always willing to listen to questions or concerns. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The meals are delicious and nutritious, and there are so many fun activities that keep residents engaged and active — from music and crafts to outings and celebrations. Most importantly, you will have peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe and happy.

This is the only place that I have found in Lubbock Texas that me and my family love and my mom loves to live there. The staff they are so amazing and are there to help ur loved ones who are living there and if ur loved one needs someone to talk to someone is there to listen to them. The facility is amazing and its always clean and nice in there. So of the family member love to help out as well even if they don't know the other people living there with the TV for all the football game that they want to watch up there.

I have worked with Lucas Place and [name removed] for a long time now. My mom is still in her own home but has dementia and I know there will come a point when she will need to go somewhere to have extra help. Lucas Place is already like family to me! They listen they care and they completely understand how hard the decision is to put a loved one under their care. [name removed] and the team has put my mind completely at ease, and I know without a doubt that my mom will be taken care of when the time comes for this move. Their facility is clean, the residents are friendly and the activities and services make you feel like you’re in your own little city. The most important thing to me is for it to feel like a family as once my mom moves into this facility they will become family. I can say without hesitation that this will be the best option for my mom and anyone reading this should seriously consider Lucas Place! It is a Jewel right here in Beaumont!

Highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I love my apartment. I have a Jr. One bedroom. I have a beautiful view. It is perfect for me. The residents are kind. Dining is lovely. Everyone is wonderful. Too many activities to mention. They have a choir and ambassador program. It is safe and with well appointed decor. Everyone should at least come and tour. You'll find it very flattering and you will feel comfortable here. They will want to know what you need. I can't say enough nice things about the Atriums. Oh they love pets here. There's a person here for dog walking if needed. So come for a visit and have lunch. They've thought of everything.

Everything and everyone in this small community is helpful and informative about any issues you may have. Anything of concern is answered right away and my room is exactly perfect. My bedroom is for one or you can put two people. with bed, dishwasher, and stove. Washer and dryer is on site and just around the corner of my room. Three meals a day and portion meals to my dietary needs. Also included is physical therapy and a workout instructor that I use, as well.

My mother [name removed] has been here five years in her transition. The staff here has been exceptional. The place is always so clean, and everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, kind, and loving toward all who come through the doors and reside at the facility.

First, we’ll talk about the help here. Mother loves her caregivers and be administrative Staff is wonderful and easy to work with. They take great care to keep residents AND their families feel comfortable and safe. They regularly have great get togethers with games prizes and good food to encourage family members to spend casual time with their loved one! Can’t say enough about the staff the right hand ALWAYS knows what the left is doing and it makes for happy staff and residents

I would rate it a 5. We are there roughly every other day. The meals we have seen look good. I am thankful for the staff. They care lovingly for the residents. I understand that many of the residents think they should be cared for by family at home. However, sometimes that is not possible for a variety of reasons. The staff are vigilant and caring. No laundry has been lost. Bluebonnet Court is clean and has no offensive odors, not urine or pinesol or bleach. The residents are comfortable with visiting with us. Staff will ley us know concerns they have about our resident and I appreciate that.

What we like the most about the Wildcat Senior Living community is that It's bright and cheerful and very clean. The staff is very caring

My Dad had a VERY hard year, in and out of the hospital since [date removed]. Knowing the possibility of not going back home I had already reached out to many assistant living place. Lucas Court was there for me in support before my father was even discharged from the hospital, nursing home, and skill rehab multiple times in all atmosphere. Once he finally got to Lucas court I felt a relief of pressure lifted knowing he is safe.

Neither myself or my Mom have any complaints at this time- staff is knowledgeable/ courteous, the place is spotless and there is no urine smell , Moms room is always tidy/ clean. At this point I have to give The Reuion Court high marks- hope this helps ( you guys were great in helping with the search- truly appreciated).

I toured Broadmoor Court in June when we needed to find an assisted living apartment for my mom quickly. As soon as I walked in the door I was struck by how much it seemed like a home! It was clean, nicely furnished, and everyone I encountered during that tour was very friendly. I observed staff interacting with and caring for residents on a very personal level, treating them like family members. We were very fortunate there was an opening when we needed it. Although my mother wasn’t excited to be there, she has settled in and loves the staff and her fellow residents. I learned very quickly I can reach out to various staff members and receive a response very quickly. There are a wide variety of activities for residents to participate in as they like. We were encouraged to decorate my mother’s apartment in a way that would be homey and personal to make her feel comfortable. Her room is cleaned and laundry done weekly!! I highly recommend Broadmore Court for your senior family members.

I recently went on a tour at this community with my family member looking for a place for her dad. When we walked in the door I was amazed at how nice and clean it looked and smelled. We were welcomed by the very friendly sales lady that stayed with us and answered all our questions and gave us many things to look into and resources my family needed. As we walked this community, we could tell that they LOVE their residents here for sure. Many residents stopped us and asked if we were going to move in or if they were going to get a new neighbor. They all wanted us to know how much they loved living here. I just wanted to share our experience we had as we came and toured this little community of love:)

The reason why [name removed] was able to afford The Springs is because they are all inclusive and offer semi-private rooms. Everyone from the director to the hands on staff were more than helpful in the process. It was smooth going once all was approved for her entry. They have called when they needed supplies and let me know of issues involving a UTI. No complaints from my end!! Grateful they offered [name removed] a place to be. With the memory care being on the same campus, I hope she won't have to move again.

Great clean big place with caring staff and friendly patients . [name removed] is a trusting intelligent kind director with activities and games daily.

Staff is very helpful. Activities are varied so something for everyone. Food is good and varied also. I would recommend this community to others.

The wonderful people at Lucas Court have taken great care of my Dad. He suffers from Parkinson’s and dementia and has lost the use of his legs. They take great care in meeting all of his needs and keeping him engaged. They plan great family functions that we all enjoy! I highly recommend them for anyone’s loved one!

I like it here so much that I just signed a new one year lease. I am friends with a lot of people, and there are different daily activities.

I have lived at Broadmoor Court for 3 years now. I love it here. The team is very sweet to me. I have made many friends and some who have already passed on. I look forward to the new people who move in because I get new friends. I appreciate all the staff here.

About 2 months ago I went with my lady to visit her grandmother who was dying. She was in hospice care there. I had never been in an Assisted Living Community before. The warm welcome we received was amazing. I watched the staff come in and out tending to her grandmother like she was a queen. I could tell they loved her very much and that she was important. They were so sweet to my lady and her family too. They offered food and drinks and snacks to everyone. It meant so much to her family and we appreciated it. All of the management came in and out often to just check on us as well. She went peaceful later that day. Thank you to this wonderful community. I would recommend this community to everyone.
