Neither myself or my Mom have any complaints at this time- staff is knowledgeable/ courteous, the place is spotless and there is no urine smell , Moms room is always tidy/ clean. At this point I have to give The Reuion Court high marks- hope this helps ( you guys were great in helping with the search- truly appreciated).

I toured Broadmoor Court in June when we needed to find an assisted living apartment for my mom quickly. As soon as I walked in the door I was struck by how much it seemed like a home! It was clean, nicely furnished, and everyone I encountered during that tour was very friendly. I observed staff interacting with and caring for residents on a very personal level, treating them like family members. We were very fortunate there was an opening when we needed it. Although my mother wasn’t excited to be there, she has settled in and loves the staff and her fellow residents. I learned very quickly I can reach out to various staff members and receive a response very quickly. There are a wide variety of activities for residents to participate in as they like. We were encouraged to decorate my mother’s apartment in a way that would be homey and personal to make her feel comfortable. Her room is cleaned and laundry done weekly!! I highly recommend Broadmore Court for your senior family members.

I recently went on a tour at this community with my family member looking for a place for her dad. When we walked in the door I was amazed at how nice and clean it looked and smelled. We were welcomed by the very friendly sales lady that stayed with us and answered all our questions and gave us many things to look into and resources my family needed. As we walked this community, we could tell that they LOVE their residents here for sure. Many residents stopped us and asked if we were going to move in or if they were going to get a new neighbor. They all wanted us to know how much they loved living here. I just wanted to share our experience we had as we came and toured this little community of love:)

Everyone is accommodating and fully capable of handling an elder with dementia. They helped me in every way.

The reason why [name removed] was able to afford The Springs is because they are all inclusive and offer semi-private rooms. Everyone from the director to the hands on staff were more than helpful in the process. It was smooth going once all was approved for her entry. They have called when they needed supplies and let me know of issues involving a UTI. No complaints from my end!! Grateful they offered [name removed] a place to be. With the memory care being on the same campus, I hope she won't have to move again.

My interaction with Sharon and Dusty was always pleasant. My mom seems very adjusted there too. I would absolutely recommend Mercer Terrace to others, it's peaceful and serene.

I was very impressed with the staff. They are all very kind and caring folks. I think they have all worked there for some time so I don't think they have frequent turnover of their staff. I appreciated how well they cared for my cousin while he was there.

Great clean big place with caring staff and friendly patients . [name removed] is a trusting intelligent kind director with activities and games daily.

Staff is very helpful. Activities are varied so something for everyone. Food is good and varied also. I would recommend this community to others.

The wonderful people at Lucas Court have taken great care of my Dad. He suffers from Parkinson’s and dementia and has lost the use of his legs. They take great care in meeting all of his needs and keeping him engaged. They plan great family functions that we all enjoy! I highly recommend them for anyone’s loved one!

All interactions with executive director[name removed] and sales rep [name removed] have been professional, friendly and caring. While there in facility, all staff appear to be kind, caring and respectful of residents. Was told by several residents that the food is very good (it looks and smells delicious).

I like it here so much that I just signed a new one year lease. I am friends with a lot of people, and there are different daily activities.

I have lived at Broadmoor Court for 3 years now. I love it here. The team is very sweet to me. I have made many friends and some who have already passed on. I look forward to the new people who move in because I get new friends. I appreciate all the staff here.

About 2 months ago I went with my lady to visit her grandmother who was dying. She was in hospice care there. I had never been in an Assisted Living Community before. The warm welcome we received was amazing. I watched the staff come in and out tending to her grandmother like she was a queen. I could tell they loved her very much and that she was important. They were so sweet to my lady and her family too. They offered food and drinks and snacks to everyone. It meant so much to her family and we appreciated it. All of the management came in and out often to just check on us as well. She went peaceful later that day. Thank you to this wonderful community. I would recommend this community to everyone.

What a wonderful homey place that treats their residents like family. The staff is so caring and the management has been here so long that they operate like a well oiled machine. This community allows beautiful people to age with dignity and I would trust them with any of my loved ones.

I have worked here since [date removed]. This community is the best assisted living that I have ever worked at in the past 8 years. All of the staff have been very welcoming. I appreciate all they do for me:)

We just moved in a couple of months ago and we love it. The care staff here have been so kind and welcoming. We enjoy the exercise classes and the hymn music activities. We know a couple of people here and have made some really nice new friends.

Emerson is a great place with great staff. They have welcomed my Dad with open arms and has become very comfortable with his surroundings.

The staff were caring and kind. The food was good and they delivered my husband's meals as he was in his bed all day. They also checked to see if he needed anything special to eat. There were plenty of activities going on, but he was unable to participate. The social director came in several times to ask if she could get him anything like games or cards, etc. A very caring community of people, both staff and residents.

I've already referred and they have moved loved ones in.. People and staff are family and are wonderful
