My Mom needs some extra special care to help her through rough days. The management team, care staff & facilities staff of Broadmoor Court are IMPRESSIVE! They are different from other communities in the area because they consistently show care & compassionate concern for their residents and their families. This is a small community that is noticeably trying to provide the very best care for their residents.

When Mom and Dad moved in they were not terribly happy about leaving their home. Broadmoor helped us navigate all the issues and welcomed them with all their heart. And as their health declined, their caring and compassion were amazing. We could have not asked for more from every staff member we encountered. Thank you Broadmoor!

I like the fact that [name removed] is in a community with people her age. Everyone is friendly, and she has made lots of friends. I like the fact there are meals for her to eat and activities like bingo and music that she can dance to. It's a great place! Oh, I also like the fact that there is someone who checks on her every day to make sure she's alright. New Forest Haven is a wonderful retirement community!

This is a well-run community with knowledgeable staff who really care about their residents. It is small enough to to feel like home. They provide quality care, great services and fun activities for their residents.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Meadows at Escalante and everything has been great for her. She is over the top happy there. I would enthusiastically recommend this facility to others.

Broadmoor Court is an incredibly caring assisted living facility that I go to frequently to treat patients. The residents are so obviously well cared for and the staff is amazing. I am grateful for the opportunity to treat patients in this particular facility. especially appreciate the sales and leasing director for her interactions with not only the residents but staff, family and healthcare professionals as well. If I had a family member that needed placement in this community, Broadmoor Court would be my absolute first choice.

We are so thankful and happy that our loved one (my mother in law) is living at Broadmoor Ct! From the minute you walk in the door and as you walk by the front desk and dining area and then around the hall, you can see that it is a very clean and well managed place, with a friendly atmosphere. All of the staff are very nice and very helpful. They always have a smile and a welcoming attitude. They are genuinely happy to see you, and to help you with any questions you may have. I have been to other places with other relatives and have not had this feeling. So, I noticed this positive difference at the Broadmoor. I also noticed that the residents themselves are always dressed and clean, and they are smiling, which says a lot about their care. Food quality is always an important consideration when making a decision about where to place your loved one, and we are very happy with this too. Our whole family is very impressed with Broadmoor Ct, and we thank God for helping us find it!

My experience with Strake Court Assisted Living has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the exceptional care my loved one received. They go above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and supported in their daily lives. My Dad lived at Lucas Place (Court) for a little over two years. I would highly recommend it. The staff is very caring and patient. They not only treated my Dad very well but the family also. He passed away a few months ago but I still stop by to visit the staff from time to time. They are like family to me.

It only took 1 minute to realize this was a special place! On the initial visit, we felt like part of the family at Lucas Court. The environment was welcoming and cordial. The experience has only deepened. Knowing that the staff cares about not only our mother and her dog, but also about the entire family, makes this a wonderful place. We know they care!!!

I would most definitely recommend Lucas Court to others. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to every resident. They learn all about the residents and know each of their individual needs. The housekeeping staff, Amazing!. They know their job and they do it very well. The food looks so good. I would eat everything that I have seen them serve and I can be a little on the picky side. The move in process was so smooth. The staff had my family member's room ready for her from day 1. My family member loves it there because she now has a new family that loves and cares about her. The nurse,[name removed], is the greatest nurse that I have known. She keeps us updated and always calls us about any concerns that she may have. I love Lucas Court!

The staff at Chisholm Court are wonderful. They genuinely care and are understanding and loving. The meals are great and housekeeping is excellent. They keep everything clean and smelling nice. I would recommend Chisholm Court for anyone. The prices are very competitive. My mom loves that it is a smaller community and has the personal attention that she needs.

Hey if you are looking for a place for your love once this this the place they will do your laundry you will have housekeeper you will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we also have happy hour activities.

I love living in this facility. It is a home away from home. and the food is wonderful and the staff. they have real good activities they also have happy hour. So if you are looking for a home for you mom are dad this is the place.

We continue to have good experiences with The Lodge at Pine Creek community. The staff members are accommodating and great to work with. My mother likes staying there. And the meals that are prepared are good

The friendliness, helpfulness of staff, the community as a whole as made my mom much happier, and having PT/OT right there in the facility did wonders for my mothers rehabilitation after coming from the rehab hospital from when she broke her femur. I cannot express how grateful I am especially for [name removed] she has been a plethora of information and guidance for my mother and I. I would live there if I could! [name removed] she never gets the full accolades she deserves and she loves her job and the people that live there.

The staff members have been wonderful and so far we have heard of no complaints when it comes to the meals and dining service. What we do like the most about this community is their attentiveness and friendly staff. We would recommend the Strake Court community to others.

I am not there for mother's cares, know she can be very uncooperative and difficult. Just wondering how dementia pts are approached for showers and changing clothes, especially when pts not cooperative. Like, It's time to take your shower, or change your clothes. "This doesn't work. Like I said, I don't know if this is how they do it or not. I do know you need to kind of sneak up on them, as a manner of speaking, and not keep using terms of shower, and changing clothes. Keep the distracted while trying to accomplish task. I know this doesn't always work, and that my mother can be impossible at times. I am speaking from experience with my mother, and from over 50 years of nursing experience, mostly geriatric and management, and dementia clients. Not trying to be bossy or critical, but know with young people, they are not aware of many things, maybe not enough training about approaches for those with cognitive impairments.

Very friendly, yet professional and affordable for my Mom's income. They also offered an amazing move in special for August.
