It is a smaller facility and the workers all know our names and who our loved one is. She was in a facility in Houston and she had to wear a name tag. It is very homey. It's not fancy but that's what we like.

There used to be more activities for physical wellbeing. The move in process was amazing! I love that the staff keeps up on mom and her daily routine and she considers most her friends. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

The staff is great !!! They r always trying to make residents happy ! Always calm when I'm there !!

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with Strake Court. From the moment we walked in, the warm & welcoming atmosphere captured our hearts. The staff stands out for their prompt responsiveness, always addressing any concerns. The updated decor creates a modern & inviting space, & the wide carpeted hallways give a sense of openness & accessibility. It truly feels like a home away from home. One of our main concerns was ensuring that my mother would feel comfortable & engaged. They have exceeded our expectations in this regard. Not only has she not missed a single meal, but she eagerly participates in every activity offered. The activities have proven to be not only enjoyable but also tailored to the diverse interests of the residents. Our family is grateful for the positive experience we've had. It provides peace of mind knowing that she is not only cared for but is thriving in an environment that fosters both well-being & community. We wholeheartedly recommend Strake Court.

The staff I have encountered have been very friendly. Everyone is friendly and approachable, no matter what time of day I show up. I have never caught even a hint of bad smells and I worked in different facilities for almost 15 years. It always smells fresh and clean. Communication has been outstanding on any issues that have come up. I see that my dad is very happy and I also see him putting on a bit of weight, which is a good thing because I was getting worried. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

My mother is an eight year resident of Lucas Court. We chose this Assisted Living over others in the community for cleanliness, friendliness & competitive pricing. At that time, my mother was mobile with a walker, vision challenged, deafness and mild onset Alzheimer’s. I loved that they had a secure front door and a courtyard to the open air. I work in the healthcare industry, in a position to advice people on Long-term care placement. I recommend visiting a facility at key times of the day such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. If the dining room is not filled with residents, they may be still in bed. Lucas Courts dining room teams with residents even on weekends. Eight years later, my mother’s mobility has declined to a wheelchair, & her dementia has progressed. Instead, of transferring her to a Nursing Home, Lucas Court combined efforts of end of life care with a local Hospice organization. Today, I find my mother cared for in the same familiar place and faces.

I do wish they would bring back supplying meals at dinner for the residents that way they don't have to spend extra on food for dinner. Overall my Dad seems to enjoy it and now I am worry free for him because he has a nice secure place.

One thing that just sticks out at Bluebonnet Court was how extremely friendly and professional all the staff were. The sales person and nurse worked very well together compared to other places we went to. They seemed to have all their ducks in a row and were prepared for any questions or concerns we had. The nurse was just so friendly and honest and we loved that. What sticks out most about this facility would be the staff from sales, nurse, caregivers and the guy cook .

From the very beginning [name removed] was so helpful and accommodating with all my questions, calls and texts. We even ended up moving my day in early and she made it as seamless on outside but she had to scramble to get things ready. She is always so positive and was such a delight to work with. [name removed] the nurse is very easy going and super helpful as well. She too took the time we needed to ensure we got all our questions answered and were in a good place with getting my dad settled there. After moving my dad and taking about 6 weeks for him to feel like home, he now is very happy there. All the care givers and staff are attentive and care for the residents as if they are their own family. 2 CNA's in particular stand out and they are [name removed] and [name removed] (not sure of correct spelling). Both have gone above and beyond to help my dad out and settle into a nice routine. I'm thankful and grateful to have found Strake Court and it makes me relieved to know my dad is getting great care and is happy!

I came in looking for a facility for my mom and was very impressed with Bluebonnet court. The foreign lady that handles billing is awesome. She went over so much with me and was very kind and patient. I also met the manager of the facility and she was so informative and really down to earth. She walked me through the process and explained everything and let me ask so many questions. I could tell she really cared about the people there which put my mind at ease. Unfortunately, my mom passed away before she was able to move in. I would have been very comfortable knowing my mom was in good hands!!

Can’t express enough how much I appreciate the ease of this move has been for my mom! The Marketing & Admittance(med) Team are phenomenal!! Aides & Staff have been great and I anticipate continued care for Mother.

As a nurse I’ve been providing care at many facilities in the area and I’ve been pleased with the care I’ve seen here. The staff are caring and attentive. They’re my eyes and ears and our communication is crucial in provide the best care possible.

Everything is very homey at Conner Court. The staff seem like family... always helpful with everything. The food is great and everything is kept so clean. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

The staff at broadmoore took great care of our mom and are now caring for our dad. Lines of communication are always open, the staff is always friendly and courteous and the care givers go above and beyond! We have been so pleased with how they have treated our parents and our family! They are such a blessing to those they care for!

Broadmoor Court has been home for our parents for about 9 months now. Our Mom passed away in November and now they take care of our Dad. Broadmoor has been a great place with outstanding service taking care of our parents, and now Dad. They always greet you with a smile , the facility is clean and Dad is always up and dressed and in need of nothing. After a trip to the hospital a few weeks ago, I stayed the night with Dad at Broadmoor. The staff checked on him every hour and when I needed help, I pushed the button and they were there very quickly, faster than any hospital we have ben in! It was a difficult decision to move our parents from their home, Broadmoor Court was the right decision for our parents and us.

My Mom needs some extra special care to help her through rough days. The management team, care staff & facilities staff of Broadmoor Court are IMPRESSIVE! They are different from other communities in the area because they consistently show care & compassionate concern for their residents and their families. This is a small community that is noticeably trying to provide the very best care for their residents.

When Mom and Dad moved in they were not terribly happy about leaving their home. Broadmoor helped us navigate all the issues and welcomed them with all their heart. And as their health declined, their caring and compassion were amazing. We could have not asked for more from every staff member we encountered. Thank you Broadmoor!

This is a well-run community with knowledgeable staff who really care about their residents. It is small enough to to feel like home. They provide quality care, great services and fun activities for their residents.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Meadows at Escalante and everything has been great for her. She is over the top happy there. I would enthusiastically recommend this facility to others.
