My mom was at Chisholm Place for almost 4 years and I feel she was at the best place in Abilene for the last four years of her life. Chisholm Place is more of a family oriented assisted living facility and nothing like one of the bigger ones where someone can be forgotten. I feel she was treated as a mom by all of the caregivers with love and compassion and I will recommend Chisholm Place to anyone who asks.

My loved one is currently a resident at Wheeler Terrace and everything has been great at this facility so far! The staff is wonderful. The housekeeping keeps the facility clean. The move in process was smooth. They assembled my loved one's new bed, hung pictures on the walls and explained the cable to us. We sampled dinner and it was great. I would recommend Wheeler Terrace to family and friends.

Bluebonnet Court is a beautiful community with great staff and amazing resident engagement. The facility is well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend your family choosing Bluebonnet as their home.

Approximately two months ago my dad became more of a responsibility than my mom could handle by herself. We began looking for options and was referred to Lucas Court by a family friend. Our friend had placed a family member under the care of the folks at Lucas Court. She had nothing but good things to say about Lucas Court. As a family we did not know what to do. We weren’t expecting my dad’s health to decline as quickly as it did and were not prepared for the situation. My brother and myself just knew my mom needed some immediate help. After researching and making calls to different facilities we made a call to visit Lucas Court. After a visit we decided Lucas Court was the place for my dad. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and answered all questions. Luckily they had an opening and we moved my dad in that day. We have been like family with Lucas Court staff and employees since day one. We are very satisfied and I recommend Lucas Court for there services.

My experience with Lucas court is that their staff is very friendly and caring with their residents and also with visitors. They are very attentive to the needs of their residents. They continually work with other entities to bring engagement and socialization to the Seniors that live there

I can’t praise Lucas Court enough. From the staff treating you like family to the facility always passing the smell test. A few food choices for the residents to choose from at meal time. My love one, she loves to garden and Lucas Court made sure she has access to a garden area to plant her tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash. Thank you for always putting her needs as a priority.

I love visiting Lucas Court because the residents seem happy and the staff is always so friendly. You should definitely check it out! I had a family friend that lived in this community and she loved being there.

Mackenzie Court is a very nice community with staff members that go above and beyond. What we like the most about the community is the staff are just easy, personal and caring. Our loved one has not participated in the activities so we cannot comment on those. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The time my dad spent at Lucus Place was truly a blessing for all of us. The admitting and moving in process was easy and fast. He enjoyed the activities and home cooked meals a lot. The apartments are nice and spacious. It was especially nice that he was able to have his furniture and familiar belongings. The staff is truly a family and they treated him like a member from day one. I would recommend Lucus Place to anyone searching for an assisted living facility for their loved one.

Broadmoor Court has brought peace of mind knowing my mother is part of a community that cares about her, listens to her needs, and happily fulfills them. It makes my heart happy to see my mother being cared for, encouraged, and made to feel secure. The administration has excellent communication with the resident's families. They are visible, connected, and pleasantly call the residences by name, as well as their family members. If your loved one needs to be away from home for additional care, Broadmoor Court is the next best thing to home!

Legacy Ranch Memory Care has been absolutely great to deal with and my dad seems much happier being there. My dad seems to really enjoy it all and based on the experience we have had, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

All 5 stars. The staff at Strake Court takes the time to know and understand your loved one. They are kind, helpful, and caring. The size of the facility was just right. It wasn't too big or small. They offered physical therapy there as well.

The best part about the Strake Court community were the people. The staff members were wonderful when handling our loved ones dementia. At times she was often difficult but the staff handled her with patience and respect.

Everyone at Reunion Court of Clear Lake is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything is kept clean at this facility. If someone doesn't know the answer to your question/concern, they will find someone who does. A+ for this facility. I would recommend Reunion Court to friends and family.

My mother is in the independent living apartments. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, caring and supportive. They are observant of the habits of their residents. For example, if a resident always eats lunch but they don't show up for lunch they either check with others that might know if they are ok or go check themselves. The staff helps out during lunch and dinner so they get a lot of interaction with the residents. The other residents have been wonderful as well. There are set groups that have lived there longer than my mom so naturally they are have a bond. However, they have all been friendly, kind and supportive. It has been a good experience.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Strake. They are the most loving, and caring group. My mother receives personalized care like she never received in the 2 other communities she lived in.

I chose Strake Place because from the very first time I walked in until the last day I walked out, the staff was incredibly friendly and always had time for our questions. They went out of their way to make sure she was transported to her appointments and got all her medication.

I picked this community, because of all they offer. Others had lower rent, but you paid all utilities and for Wi-Fi. They also allowed pets.You should move there.

EVERYONE that works there are very kind and responsive to my mother and her needs. We chose this facility initially because of [name removed], the first person I spoke with. She has a good soul! The room sizes here are a little on the smaller side. I would highly recommend Mackenzie Place.

I just know that my mother n law was very sad, lonely, depressed before we moved her to reunion court. She is now doing much better...she smiles, laughs and has companionship. Based on the experience we have had so far with Reunion Court of Clear Lake, we would absolutely recommend them to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.
