We toured with Reunion Court of Clear Lake and the tour experience was fine. We were met at the appointed time. And we were not hurried through the facility. Questions were answered as we toured. We didn't have any "we will get back with an answer".

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Conner Place. We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving. The staff take great care of the residents. Everyone is friendly. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We picked this community, because of the price and location. Also, we had family at this facility before. I would recommend to other families. It's well organized and they communicate well.

Dad is pleased with Broadmoor Place. The administration is superb. Holding on to staff (in this post Covid era is so hard). My only complaint is that although this is an independent/assisted living facility nursing care is still needed for observation. Very little attention to residents at night. Yesterday a resident was depressed and decided to go back to their room and skip lunch. The attendant was very forceful when asking if they were refusing their lunch. Although he may have been "refusing his lunch he was not eating for that reason. The reason did not seem important. In this field there is a lot of talking about the residents negatively. They deserve our respect. We will all get older

We are so happy with Lucas Place!!!! I would highly recommend it. The staff is so friendly and they know the residents and their family members. It's clean and the food is very good. We love Family Night!!

High quality display of leadership and professionalism from management every time I visit. They put together a beautiful event for residents and families. Community is always very clean, and the staff is well put together. I continue to count my blessings that my loved one moved into The Lodge at Pine Creek.

I enjoyed the tour experience at The Meadows at Escalante. It was a newer facility and way out of my price range. It felt more like a cold overly modern hotel to us. No handicapped observed, it seemed like a place for higher functioning people.

It has provided excellent services. The staff is very friendly and has provided excellent care. Mom enjoys the food. They also offer various activities at the facility. I would recommend to other families.

My husband moved into Broadmoor Place about 5 months ago. We know the Executive Director there. Broadmoor Place is a very good community for what he needs. We like that it's a smaller community and we have several friends here who are also so happy. We have many Catholic's at Broadmoor Place and we have communion service on Sunday's. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We love the laundry service as well. They have fun activities, monthly outings to several places and nice family nights each month. We have a big family and they all love to come and enjoy family night. I also love that they take him to the doctor's appointments, and I can just meet them there. This helps me physically to not have to lift him. I would recommend this sweet community to anyone who is looking.

The staff has gone above expectations. Extremely caring and sensitive to their residents as well as caregiver family members. A small facility makes a difference for all since it allows staff and residents to know each other well. This staff is simply amazing. I would also like to offer my thanks to A Place For Mom's, Lisa Kododoy, who was tremendously helpful in getting the process started. I didn't know where to begin. Lisa reached out to me multiple times to make sure I had the assistance and resources we needed. She is awesome!

My mom is a resident in Assisted Living at The Meadows at Escalante. This is not just a facility, this place is a wonderful community! A community that my mom loves and is thriving in! The Staff and the Activities are a 5+. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We love the facility. It gives my mother-in-law room to get her walks in. There are scheduled activities, crafts, musical bands, pet therapy and some outings to keep her busy, although she would rather walk than enjoy them. We hope maybe one day she will get to enjoy. The staff is very caring and understanding with her as well. I'm thankful we found a place close to our home that we know has her best interest at heart.

I am comfortable. My family and friends come to visit. Sometimes they have lunch with me. We eat in my apartment so we can continue visiting. The food is good. And the chef will make a substitution if the menu is not to my liking. The servings are generous and well prepared. I feel welcomed here

Friendly staff who call residents by name. I'm very grateful for the care and attention given to each residents. Great communication with the family and home health/physician

Mackenzie Place was clean and beautiful. We liked that the community had a small number of residents. We were put off that they had restricted visiting hours.

It's a very comfy, homey, relaxing feeling living here. It's clean and the staff is helpful and very happy!

I'm very pleased with the facility. It smells good most times I am there. It's like a hotel as far as hallways and décor. They, like most other facilities, are understaffed, which causes some issues from time to time. It would be a good reference for you to use.

We loved this place the first day we toured it. Everyone made us feel like family members and we knew it would be the best place for our aunt.

My dad has lived here for 2 years and he loves it. There are many activities and the staff are wonderful. The food is good but not always what he likes. They are able to make other things. They offer transportation and nursing care. I would recommend this place.
