Recently placed our 99 yr old Mother here and she seems to be adjusting as well as can be expected. Staff at the Winkler Place are very friendly and helpful...They have many activities such as Bingo, Exercise Classes, Church Service, Movies..etc. I highly recommend the Winkler Place in Carthage, Tx

We had a great tour with Strake Place. The cost was on the higher end and we could not afford it. We were very impressed with the whole tour experience and all of the people that we met. They were very thorough with their information. The communication was wonderful, they stayed in touch with us even while we were in the decision making process and afterwards and I really appreciated that.

I have lived here 1.75 years and I am happy with the care and services available to me. I enjoy other residents' friendships and company compared to previous 2 years I was isolated in fear of COVID.

I have enjoyed having my meals with friends that I have met while living here at Emerson. I have been here at Emerson 1 year and love it here.

The staff at Lucas Place are all very caring and attentive to my mother. I was allowed to have a family Christmas dinner in their craft room since my mom was not able to get out for the day. This made Christmas a very nice day with her family. The only problem is sometimes mom cannot eat the meal provided but they are always willing to prepare something else.

I have been an Avon vendor at this location for more than 20 years. The residents are happy and engaged most of the time. The activity director is friendly and constantly finding ways to meet the residents needs. It is a positive environment.

I never really had any bad experience with anybody. They have been good to me. I get along with them as long as they are nice and friendly to me.

Everything has been a good experience for me at Emerson South Collins.

I am currently looking for a place for my father and toured this community. The people are so warm and caring. The residents look happy and cared for. I M in the process of trying to get our VA info together so that we can move forward.

This is a very good and secure place. Our loved one is very happy and settled nicely into the community. The food is very good, and there are three meals a day served to the residents. There are choices for the residents to choose from. I believe there should be more activities offered to the residents, specifically more intellectually. Bingo, exercise activities, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in.

WoodCreek Bend Memory Care is truly a hidden gem. The location is tucked away in old Katy in a quiet suburb and is so beautiful. The staff are amazing to every resident and the management team is truly wonderful. They make everything so easy and smooth from touring to move in. It’s truly an amazing place to be!

We had looked at several communities in Bryan/College Station for a nice place for our mom. My sisters and I chose this community because we fell in love with the leaders of this community first, and then the care staff that take GREAT care of our mom. I visit her several times a week and the community is always clean and everyone is so nice and welcoming. They treat us like we are all one big family. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for their mom or dad.

From the beginning, we could tell the administrators cared for every member of our family. They listened to our desire for someone to lovingly care for our mom and helped each of us feel confident in their care. They are knowledgeable and skilled. They work diligently to create a community that feels like a close knit family. They decorate the facility with beautiful seasonal decorations and provide activities of interest. Then we saw the caregivers tenderly care for mom, give encouragement, and watch for any medical concern that we might not see on a quick visit. They hugged my mom when she was discouraged or scared and assured her that they cared for her. The nurse was meticulous about getting meds lined up so mom had what she needed. In addition, they work to make their facility better, not satisfied with “okay”. Also, they provide transportation to Dr appts, a beautician for routine hair needs, and a chef concerned with delicious meals.

I have visited this property on numerous occasions and have had a great experience each time. From the outside to the inside, this place is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking forward to a superb environment for their loved ones.

For the past 20 plus years my granny has always walked with canes due to having several back surgeries. She moved into Broadmoor Place this past year due to declining health and her doctor saying she can't live alone any longer. The Community Relations Director suggested she move in straight from her rehab stay instead of going home first. It was the best decision our family made. She has received physical therapy each week and has settled in very nicely. She walks now without using her canes at all. The staff at Broadmoor have her completely spoiled and are so good to her. Our family is extremely happy with this small cozy community. The community is beautiful!!!
