Very clean, home like atmosphere. Very small room size.

I did overall like it. The director and the staff were great. It was overall good. There was a problem with my loved one's medications. There was a mix up and issue that bothered me. That was 1 or 2 particular people and not the whole facility. There use to be an activities board but it has been taken down. There use to be an activities director that was all smiles but they have a new woman who never smiles. Other than that, It's a nice place. I did feel like my mom was safe there.

Things have gone well so far at The Waterford! My loved one has only been here a short time, but the staff are very friendly and were a big help throughout the whole process. They've been very accommodating and receptive getting him moved in and comfortable.

Overall we are pleased with how things have turned out at Lakewell Place! The staff here a friendly and professional, and they seem very attentive to the needs of the residents. The facility itself is clean and nice looking. Our only issue is that they still have not gotten the shuttle service up and running, which was one of the selling points to us.

Compared to my father's current community, this would be a ten, it's a big improvement. It was very clean, the carpet has a fair amount of wear and tear, but will be replaced in the near future. They were extremely friendly. They offered great services based on the initial tour for cost breakdown. We visited during lunch and found the staff to be very attentive. They offer many activities for both physical and mental stimulation. It's a big possibility that we will be moving our loved one here based on our initial visit.

The staff was awesome. Knew all the the residents. The residents were on the older side might not be a a fit for my dad at this time.

My mother is very happy and receives good care. Her clothes disappear and she has clothes which are not hers, but overall, we are satisfied. Rooms could cleaner. Only real complaint is with the ever-increasing cost for her to reside there.

Great staff. Most informative and wanted to know about mom's needs. Really liked this place but more care than she needs.

Overall it has been a very good experience with Brookdale Irving. Very nice place and wonderful staff. My one complaint is that there is some sort of medicine that they have started giving her that they say she needs that seems to me to be very expensive. I am in the process of investigating this.

They were very nice, and did a very good job. They were friendly and attentive, and it was always clean. We were pleased with them. I wish we could have still been there, but my loved ones' condition has advanced.

It has been going very well so far. It's kept very clean and the staff is friendly, they really look out for their residents. We are very happy with them. I don't really have any concerns or complaints at this time.

Lakewell is staffed by hard-working, caring people who ten well to my mother's needs. My only complaint is that the diet is not diabetic or heart disease friendly.

Nice place & the staff seems very involved.Apartments are nice and there seems to be something for everyone.

The staff are friendly and caring, the food is good and the place is pretty clean. It's not perfect, but they do a good job of caring for people with memory issues.

I’ve seen the food – my loved one is in memory care and I think the food is sometimes hard for other residents – to cut up. Roasted chicken and beef – these things can be a little tough because they don’t have knives. It would be good if the staff could foresee that food might be difficult.

We toured here and it was nice, but this was going to be cost prohibitive for us. There wasn't a lot included in the price, there were a lot of add on's or extra fees for all the little extra things we were going to need. We found another place that was more inclusive.
