i had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with how things had went for us. The staff where kind and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them. One thing I had noticed is they did not seem to have as many activities as some of the other places. My mom also wanted a closer location to her family in the end decision.

My mother is doing better, The Meadows is a very nice place. It is bright and sunny. The downfall was that they don't follow up on half the things they tell you before moving in. The management did not keep some of their promises and blamed it on miscommunication. We moved mom in and her and my sister had to clean the whole apartment. Their excuse was that they thought she was not moving in for a week. They still have most fixed the cabinets. I am a little disappointed, I also wish they would focus on the new person, helping them getting accommodated and introduce them to some people. They did do that but it was towards about the third week. I also think families should look at is the activity level of the resident's before making a choice. Mom is very mobile, she's walking, and most of the residents there are in wheelchairs and walkers. It would have been beneficial for her to have other residents there that could go on walks with her.

We have had a couple of issues and it appears to be getting worked on. I did not appreciate an increasing bill, it seemed to be higher after the following month. I also was told they had no problems taking care of diet needs. All is getting straightened out. It has been helpful to have them provide the care. It is a positive experience and I see the staff showing compassion and see they are trying to make progress.

The staff have been very helpful. The front desk people know me and make sure they have my physical therapy appointments down so I can get there on time. They offer transportation to the bank and the store. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They clean my apartment every other week and they are very thorough. They offer quite a bit of activity and I would recommend this community.

My mom stayed here for awhile until we found that she needed more help. This was not the right level of care for her and the hallways were distant from her room. They were no longer the right fir. It is a nice place and the staff were very accommodating and attentive during her stay.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Greenfield. Her health is better. The staff are fabulous and really do care about the residents. She does not like the food, however my father in law does. There is not a variety of food options in the evening. They seem to offer a lot of activities. The community is clean but there is a musty smell and some cracked walls in the stairwell.

I think on Sundays they need more employees its hard to find one to help on Sundays .. and its very quiet and deserted on Sundays. You dont see many employees on Sunday .. just residents. You have to hunt for someone.

We toured Lucas Place and it was a nice small lock down unit. This is a cozy community with more of a nursing home feel. I think this might be a good place for people looking for dementia or alzheimer's care.

It seems like a nice place. The outside area is not very big. The food is alright.

I think they need some help on the maintenance. We have had a lot of trouble with the plumbing. The manager is gone now, and I haven't had anyone able to tell me who the new manager is. They have a little atrium with trees and birds, which we used to have a view of, but with being moved due to maintenance. The food has been good. The rooms are clean, they have good housekeeping. The people are friendly, it's a nice place, they just need to work on the maintenance.

This was a nice place, and a top choice when we first toured. I don't think this was the best fit for my loved one. I was not entirely happy, and we ended up moving. Once moved my loved one was much happier.

I Love the Atriums. My Dad passed and Mom wasn't driving. She was lonely and depressed. She still wanted her own apartment, but was losing weight. After 2.5 months, she is doing great. She has made friends, gained 5 pounds. Her memory is better and she is off her anti-depressant. Her meds are delivered, activities and meals all provided. I love Lucille the owner , she herself is 84. Highly recommend . It has given me peace of mind.

They are still remodeling it here, which makes it a little chaotic. The people are relatively friendly, and it's clean enough for having a remodel going on. So far it's okay.

This just wasn't a great fit for us. There just wasn't enough staff for our needs. There isn't enough staff to really watch someone who might be prone to wandering off. It wasn't that they weren't friendly, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

The staff is very friendly and accommidating. The residences are very friendly and always seems very happy. Dad's move in date was this past Monday. He is still transitioning and not a happy camper, but we believe once he starts making new friends and begin to participate in the activities, he will grow to enjoy it.

It was expensive. It appeared to be very nice but you don't really know how it's going to be until you move in there.

The only reason we did not stay with Springbrooke is because of the food. They did not have a lot of alternatives and were not able to accommodate for our loved ones dietary needs. We were paying about $2,045 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that had a den. They do require a 60 day notice if you are going to move out so be aware of that policy. They have wonderful walking paths that go around a very nice courtyard and pond.

The best thing was that everyone was very nice. Also, the shady courtyard was very nice. However, there isn't enough medical staff. One nurse is not enough for all those people. Also, there is almost no staff at all on the weekends.

I would recommend to others. They must be physically active. They have a wonderful wellness center. They are very humane here. They also have a poor food service program. 3 different chefs since Sept.

The facility needs more servers. Some days we have to wait about 3 hours for a meal.
