I would have to know the condition of the person moving in to say if I would recommend this community. They do offer lots of activities and my mom does participate in a few. I have not tried the food but mom does not complain. The staff try their best to get things done and they keep the community clean.

Excellent re-do of this facility with very knowledgeable personnel. many improvements since I found this facility 2 years ago. Some newspaper reported a 100% acceptance of rated criteria in the Bryan College Station area.

Our loved ones are Elmer & Marie [removed]. We appreciate all that the staff did for our loved ones.

The staff at Lucas Place are friendly and easy to work with. The Administrative Staff are open and responsive to the residents, their families, and other health care partners. Highly recommend this facility. We have a good working relationship with the facility. They always try their best to accommodate our pts both in the facility and the ones needing service.

There's pros and cons everywhere. It's a very nice community. The director is very, very nice. There are some dated stuff there. The website says they have a spa, which they do, but it hasn't been maintained, and so it's not usable. They're working on it, though. I think the staff needs a little extra training, on my opinion, but all-in-all, I like it. The director is very consciences, and is working to correct anything that needs to be corrected.

We were very impressed with The Atrium at Overland Park and were seriously considering placing our parents here. The deal breaker was that my father-in-law uses an electric wheelchair due to the fact he is a double amputee. They cannot allow electric wheelchairs in the facility. We were as was Lucille very disappointed we could not place our parents. But other than that particular issue the facility was very beautiful and the residents are very social and active. We were very impressed. I only give 4 stars due to the electric wheelchair limitation

We toured here when we were looking for a place. The residents seemed very happy here. They had a good vibe. However the building was older, and we did see some roaches running around. I liked that they introduced us to everyone on the tour. Unfortunately it was too expensive for us, and out of our budget, so not really a good option.

I considered this as an option for my loved one. I really appreciated how knowledgeable they were, about how the brain works, and dementia. I really felt like they knew their stuff. I ended up choosing a different community, but mostly based on pricing. I was really impressed with the people I spoke with here.

The place has a piano in the cafeteria. There is a game room and business center with computers and faxes and everything. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and kind and helpful.

My mom is here we has been here for about a month now, she doesn't complain about anything and I don't feel that she has been her long enough for me to complain. The staff was very informative on the beginning about my mom's daily routine but, I haven't seen a lot of it happening.

This is a nice community. The apartments are nice with quite a few amenities. The facility is modern and clean. The staff is thoughtful and pleasant and the other residents here are very nice to talk to too.

Well things are going pretty well. They are getting settled in. They haven't been there very long. Everyone is hospice care making sure she is getting well adjusted and getting good care.

It is clean and they are very nice and my mother-in-law is very happy there, but you can come in at all times during the day and no one is around. There is very little staff and administration leaves early, so I wonder about her safety. I walk in all the time and don't see anyone there.

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Irving. The facility is clean and well kept, and for the most part they do a good job taking care of the residents. I do think that they could improve their communication process, it can be a little hit or miss trying to get in touch with the appropriate person, but they are working on that. One thing I do like is that Brookdale Irving takes the security of its residents very seriously. They have a very regimented sign in process for all visitors and vendors.

So far we are very pleased with how things have gone with Bluebonnet Place! The facility is clean and well kept, and it is a secure locked facility, which was one of our requirements when searching. The staff here seems friendly, and they take good care of the residents.

Nice place. Carla Gutierrez really cares about her patients. When going over cost the $1,000 off for 5 months was never offered until I questioned them. The place is doing renovations and & I did like it because it was close to our home, but it was too much for my mothers budget.

I have evaluated them, but I think they are doing very well. They are all very friendly and very helpful and I recommend it.
