This community is very nice, bright open, clean and all their residents here seem to get along so well as a community. The staff did an excellent job with our tour and they took their time showing us around. There seems to be a lot for the residents to do and to stay busy with. I would definitely recommend a tour here.

The stay at Copper Canyon Alzheimer's Special Care Center was a very unexpectedly brief stay since he has passed away. I understood that they were trying to transition him into his new environment and did not want me to be there when they were trying to get him acclimated. While I was away he had to go into the hospital and while he was in the hospital he was still considered a resident, so it ended up being a very expensive stay. The staff was as caring as they could be in under the circumstances. [Removed]. very nice lady to deal with at Copper Canyon office. The community came highly recommended.

My uncle is doing very well since he moved there I think he is very happy there. He knows just about all the residents there and he loves going to the activities they offer such as movie night and things like that. The staff is very friendly and kind. The management keeps the community very clean and well maintained.

This place was very nice. Has pretty much everything you could want. Staff seemed very good. Talked with a lady who had both parents in there and said it was just the greatest. Will be going in for a pop up visit soon.

Nothing was wrong with the community but it seemed to be more of a nursing home, I did not want that atmosphere. They were very attentive and sent me a lot of information.

I had a nice tour of this community. The experience went very well. Everyone was kind, and helpful. The community looked nice, and clean. The staff was informative, and answered all my questions. I did find another that matched my mothers needs better, but I had a nice tour of this community.

My brother toured Bluebonnet Place and it was a good tour and a nice community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was helpful and answered our questions. We chose another location that was closer to our family so we could visit mom more often.

Mom really likes living here. She loves to go down and sit and visit with the other residents and she is making friends. We have eaten here and the food is very good none of us have any complaints in regards to the food. The staff is very friendly and kind very attentive to the residents.

We toured this community for care. We like the community and the staff. At the time they only had a studio size room. They had great staff members to answer the questions. We think that they should up date the rooms. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care for a loved one.

My first impression of Broadmoor Place was it had a wonderfully homey feel. I was met at the door by [Removed], the Community Relations Manager. She was amazing, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and just so personable. She made me feel so good about the place, I knew my Mother-in-law would be happy there. We moved her in and first thing I know they are upset and wanting to send her away because her meds aren't there. I had to rush home and pick up what she needed. Communication is sometimes not the best. She moved in and she likes it there, they have things for her to do and keep her busy and engaged in her surroundings. For the most part we are happy with the place. There are times I feel they need extra help during the night, maybe a little understaffed at times. For the most part she says that the staff is nice and friendly, the ones who have not been she says seems to not come back, which means they were let go or left. We were told that the little kitchen would be getting a face lift this month, we are looking forward to that. Overall I feel that this is a good place and if I needed a place like this I would want to live there.

I had to place my wife here for a short term stay while I recovered from surgery and it was a wonderful experience for her. She liked being around the residents and the staff. The staff is extremely friendly and interacts with the residents. The food was good very healthy and good portions. The community and the grounds are well kept very clean. I really liked the layout of the community I especially liked that they had 2 dining rooms. The price fit within our budget means

This looked like a nice taken care of community when I visited. The person that took us on tour was nice and knowledgable. They did seem to offer some nice amenities. The cost of the community was just a little higher than what we were looking for.

When I toured Greenfield I knew it was not the place for me. I used to be an activities director for nursing homes so I knew what I was looking for. It was a nice place, but not what I was looking for.

This was our third pick to show mom. It was bright and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. they even had a walk-in bath [removed] everyone was clean, and looked happy.

Tonight is family night, wonderful brisket and cole slaw and potato salad. dessert was watermelon or apple pie. All the residents had guests and the dining hall was running over. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was good to see such a crowd. Singing was fun since we all had a book and all participated. They take excellent care of my aunt and she is loved and they are her family since we live a distance from Abilene.

The family is comfortable with my brother in law move to this community. He is doing great. We know he is safe, and in good hands in this community. It is a nice facility.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been very helpful and kind to all of her needs as well as professional in there work. Overall we are pleased and have no complaints.

Was very impressed with almost everything there the staff was very kind and the patients look very happy the rooms are a little pricey especially since the rooms aren't nearly as large as some of the others I looked at that other assisted-living establishments

I had a pleasant tour of this community. It was a good experience overall, but unfortunately this was not the community for my love one, and her needs.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be clean. The I met was cordial, and pleasant. The experience was a nice one overall.
