My brother toured Bluebonnet Place and it was a good tour and a nice community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was helpful and answered our questions. We chose another location that was closer to our family so we could visit mom more often.

Mom really likes living here. She loves to go down and sit and visit with the other residents and she is making friends. We have eaten here and the food is very good none of us have any complaints in regards to the food. The staff is very friendly and kind very attentive to the residents.

I'am enjoying my time here in this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. Everything is working out very well, and I'am comfortable with my move here. Everyone has been very kind, and welcoming. The staff is always willing to help, and very pleasant to be around. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I'am pleased with the meals they provide, and they have plenty of activities available. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for me.

My mom is settling in slowly but surely acclimating at Springbrooke Retirement and Assisted Living. It is a warm and inviting environment. She has a beautiful apartment with a patio that we added flowers, and she recently called me to tell me about the beautiful rainbow she was able to enjoy. I've dined with my mom on occasion and the food is okay, they seem to cater to a bland palate, but there is a variety to choose from. They offer activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate if they want to. My mom does enjoy the entertainment that they provide. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My first impression of Broadmoor Place was it had a wonderfully homey feel. I was met at the door by [Removed], the Community Relations Manager. She was amazing, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and just so personable. She made me feel so good about the place, I knew my Mother-in-law would be happy there. We moved her in and first thing I know they are upset and wanting to send her away because her meds aren't there. I had to rush home and pick up what she needed. Communication is sometimes not the best. She moved in and she likes it there, they have things for her to do and keep her busy and engaged in her surroundings. For the most part we are happy with the place. There are times I feel they need extra help during the night, maybe a little understaffed at times. For the most part she says that the staff is nice and friendly, the ones who have not been she says seems to not come back, which means they were let go or left. We were told that the little kitchen would be getting a face lift this month, we are looking forward to that. Overall I feel that this is a good place and if I needed a place like this I would want to live there.

When I toured Greenfield I knew it was not the place for me. I used to be an activities director for nursing homes so I knew what I was looking for. It was a nice place, but not what I was looking for.

This was our third pick to show mom. It was bright and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. they even had a walk-in bath [removed] everyone was clean, and looked happy.

Tonight is family night, wonderful brisket and cole slaw and potato salad. dessert was watermelon or apple pie. All the residents had guests and the dining hall was running over. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was good to see such a crowd. Singing was fun since we all had a book and all participated. They take excellent care of my aunt and she is loved and they are her family since we live a distance from Abilene.

The family is comfortable with my brother in law move to this community. He is doing great. We know he is safe, and in good hands in this community. It is a nice facility.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been very helpful and kind to all of her needs as well as professional in there work. Overall we are pleased and have no complaints.

Was very impressed with almost everything there the staff was very kind and the patients look very happy the rooms are a little pricey especially since the rooms aren't nearly as large as some of the others I looked at that other assisted-living establishments

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be clean. The I met was cordial, and pleasant. The experience was a nice one overall.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been wonderful and I am comfortable with the care that she has been receiving from them. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents.

Unfortunately my mother in law did not make the move into this community. She was not ready to make the move yet, and we respected her wishe. However this is a very nice community. The staff was kind, and friendly. The community looked great. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend to my family, and friends.

Mom hasn't been at the Meadows very long but so far all seems as presented. It's well staffed with friendly, helpful people that seem to care for their charges.

I had a great tour of this community, all of the staff where friendly and very helpful to my loved one on explaining everything they had to offer in detail. They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just more of a location thing that we ended up not choosing this facility.

I thought this community was a great experience and had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. I noticed on my tour how well maintained there facility was and how clean they kept everything. They had a great menu and activity program available throughout the week which i was impressed with. Overall I have no complaints about my tour.

Greenfield Residence of Arlington was a very nice community. During my tour, the tour guide was able to answer any questions that I had and provide me with good information. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience.

What I like the most about the staff at Broadmoor Place is that they are so supportive. They keep my mother comfortable and are very accommodating. I would recommend this community because it has been a good place so far.

I thought this was a nice community when we toured. The staff I met were friendly. We liked this community, however we were looking for a memory care community only. They have nurses on staff and they offer activities.
