The family is comfortable with my brother in law move to this community. He is doing great. We know he is safe, and in good hands in this community. It is a nice facility.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been very helpful and kind to all of her needs as well as professional in there work. Overall we are pleased and have no complaints.

Was very impressed with almost everything there the staff was very kind and the patients look very happy the rooms are a little pricey especially since the rooms aren't nearly as large as some of the others I looked at that other assisted-living establishments

I had a pleasant tour of this community. It was a good experience overall, but unfortunately this was not the community for my love one, and her needs.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be clean. The I met was cordial, and pleasant. The experience was a nice one overall.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been wonderful and I am comfortable with the care that she has been receiving from them. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents.

I'am satisfied with my fathers move to this community. Everything seems to be working out pretty well. He is safe, and in good hands in this community. The staff is amazing, and taking good care of him. When I visit the community looks well-kept, but they could a better job keeping up with the cleanliness in his room. There are plenty of activities available for him when he is ready to participate. He is pleased with the meals. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for my family.

Unfortunately my mother in law did not make the move into this community. She was not ready to make the move yet, and we respected her wishe. However this is a very nice community. The staff was kind, and friendly. The community looked great. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend to my family, and friends.

Mom hasn't been at the Meadows very long but so far all seems as presented. It's well staffed with friendly, helpful people that seem to care for their charges.

I had a great tour of this community, all of the staff where friendly and very helpful to my loved one on explaining everything they had to offer in detail. They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just more of a location thing that we ended up not choosing this facility.

I thought this community was a great experience and had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. I noticed on my tour how well maintained there facility was and how clean they kept everything. They had a great menu and activity program available throughout the week which i was impressed with. Overall I have no complaints about my tour.

Greenfield Residence of Arlington was a very nice community. During my tour, the tour guide was able to answer any questions that I had and provide me with good information. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience.

What I like the most about the staff at Broadmoor Place is that they are so supportive. They keep my mother comfortable and are very accommodating. I would recommend this community because it has been a good place so far.

Overall I think Greenfield Residences is a very nice place, my loved one is really enjoying it here. The staff is very friendly, and the maintenance and front desk staff in particular deserve a mention, they're very on top of things! The kitchen staff also deserve a mention, as they're very accommodating when it comes to requests. However, I do think the meal service could be improved. Often what is served will not match what is on the menu, and it can be disappointing when you're expecting dessert and don't get any! I'd also like to see the cleaning staff be a little more thorough. But otherwise things have been great, and it's a very nice place overall!

Mom stayed at this community for a short time, however it was a little to large for her and it felt a little overwhelming. The staff were attentive, helpful and encouraging. The food was ok. They offered daily activities and they keep the community clean.

I am happy with this community. I like that fact that they take good care of me. The staff is very friendly and caring. They offer a lot of great activities. the meals are appealing. I like the senior staff and would recommend the care and value to other families.

My tour of this community went very well. Everything went well. and they were very kind to my family and I. From what I saw the facility looked nice, you could tell they do a very good job with the cleanliness. All the staff was great, they were very friendly and professional. This is a very nice community.

We toured this community for my father. They did not have anyone that would of been able to help lift my father in and out of his chair. We found this to be a issue at the time. We were not able to see if they had a good variety of meals. The staff was nice and helpful. The community. This was not going to be a good fit. We were at least happy to see that they had activities. Families might want to make sure that this nice community can take care of the needs of a loved one.

We met with [Removed] [Removed] last Friday. She and the staff were very nice and helpful. [Removed] seemed very knowledgeable about the facility and she seemed to really care about the people residing there. It was the afternoon, so didn't see many of the residents out and about. Maybe they were taking an afternoon nap. Overall, the place was nice.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind and helpful. The community is very nice looking. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. All my questions were answered, and this was one of my top picks. The location of the community was a little far for my family to travel too, but this is a lovely place.
