Very nice. Busy feeling - which I liked. People seemed friendly and happy to be there. The activity coordinator seemed like a lot of fun. Room upgrades were nice - it felt clean and fresh - even though it was older.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and did answer my questions on the care that would have been given for my mom. I liked that the community was very clean inside and out. They had a good variety of meals that would have been appealing. They had activities that would have been offered here. We would recommend this community to other families.

Overall I think Greenfield Residences is a very nice place, my loved one is really enjoying it here. The staff is very friendly, and the maintenance and front desk staff in particular deserve a mention, they're very on top of things! The kitchen staff also deserve a mention, as they're very accommodating when it comes to requests. However, I do think the meal service could be improved. Often what is served will not match what is on the menu, and it can be disappointing when you're expecting dessert and don't get any! I'd also like to see the cleaning staff be a little more thorough. But otherwise things have been great, and it's a very nice place overall!

I am happy with this community. I like that fact that they take good care of me. The staff is very friendly and caring. They offer a lot of great activities. the meals are appealing. I like the senior staff and would recommend the care and value to other families.

We chose this community because the place is very bright with a lot of windows and sunlight. My father is still struggling to adjust as well as with other things, but the staff has been very nice and accommodating. I know they have a hard job, and they are very good at it. The place is very clean and the meals are very good. I am happy with our choice so far.

We toured this community for my father. They did not have anyone that would of been able to help lift my father in and out of his chair. We found this to be a issue at the time. We were not able to see if they had a good variety of meals. The staff was nice and helpful. The community. This was not going to be a good fit. We were at least happy to see that they had activities. Families might want to make sure that this nice community can take care of the needs of a loved one.

We met with [Removed] [Removed] last Friday. She and the staff were very nice and helpful. [Removed] seemed very knowledgeable about the facility and she seemed to really care about the people residing there. It was the afternoon, so didn't see many of the residents out and about. Maybe they were taking an afternoon nap. Overall, the place was nice.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind and helpful. The community is very nice looking. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. All my questions were answered, and this was one of my top picks. The location of the community was a little far for my family to travel too, but this is a lovely place.

This community had a beautician on site and offered various activities. The staff were courteous with me. I got to see the available bedrooms that they had and dining room. The rooms were very spacious and the dining area was nice. I didn't get to try a meal but they sounded good.

We are thankful for Blue Bonnet place. The staff has been kind and attentive as we have had mirror problem, they have addressed the problem and have been accommodating. Our loved one is happy there that means a lot.

My mother has been engaging in some of the community activities like bingo and their exercise activities. The place has a good smell and it's up-kept. There are switches around the room where if she needs help someone will get notified and she will be assisted. Meals do seem to need a little more seasoning to them, but overall it has been a nice place.

I got the chance to tour this community and thought that it was great. The staff was very informative and helpful. It looked like all was good in the community. I would recommend this community. We just did not go with them because it was a little to far.

The location of this community is wonderful , and the facility is beautiful. The tour was great and the staff was very generous with information for my loved one and I. My mother just needed more care then they had to offer.

This was a really nice and clean facility when I went to view it. The community was well kept and the environment was good. The personnel seemed good and I was able to talk with the residents. After touring, it seemed close to our budget but ended up not choosing them.

The staff that offered the tour at New Forest Estates were very friendly and courteous. They were able to address all of my questions and concerns. The New Forest Estates is an older community but it is very well maintained. They do a good job of keeping nice and clean.

I showed up without an appointment to Strake Place and they still gave me a tour of the community. The staff that i got to meet during the tour was nice. The community was clean and organized. The guide was able to answer my questions. I would recommend a tour of the community.

I really wish that the community can look into the housekeeping that is going on. The hallways need better cleaning and the carpets as well. The meals are good and there is a lot of nice people that reside here. I feel that i am in a safe community and also in a positive environment.
