I would rate them high 4 to 5 in all categories. They have been great to work with and the minor problems that have come. Up have been quickly addressed. Yes, we would for sure recommend this community to other families.

The apartments are reasonable in size but if moving from a house they are not very big. They also lack much closet room or storage. The food is adequate if not exceptional and not as good as last year. The staff is excellent and lots of activities.

She liked it and chose it. I merely offered it as an option. I would recommend to others.

Loved the staff, very accommodating and helpful. Rooms weren't great but very good for the price.

If they would keep the common areas a cleaner and run the kitchen better it would be an easy 5 out of 5. They also need to have the maintenance crew be more accessible. My mom's place has had significant water intrusion in the ceiling 3 times now from the place above her clogging the toilet and the lack of communication is a little frustrating. They might be communicating with her but it doesn't get relayed to me because of her dementia.

I enjoy most of my visits here. I enjoy music and family nights.

[name removed] did a great job showing us the facility and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly the size we needed. They had plenty of activities and the food was good. The only complaint is they were understaffed on weekends. Took too long to respond at times. Other than that, it was a good experience. The staff was helpful and the residents were friendly toward my mom.

Staff - mostly good, a few not so great. I think the activities is good. I enjoy arts and crafts and bingo. Food rates only about a 3. Apartment b is one bedroom and ok size for 1 person.

Diamond in the rough. Have some kinks to work out. Food staff, housekeeping staff, activity staff. Enter with caution.

They are a little disorganized when it comes to onboarding and letting us know who is in charge and who does what. Other than that everyone has been super nice and helpful and friendly. The financial side has been confusing since he didn’t move in at first of month. But the finance manager has been helpful.

They seem to be short staffed on the Assisted Living floor where my uncle now is. They do their best. [name removed], the med tech, who delivers the patients' meds to them, is personable and very sharp. [name removed] the director of nursing has a lot on her plate. I'm told most places are like this now. Hard to find staff. Lots of turnover due to low wages and dealing with what they must deal with (in these elderly patients). I'm just not 100% sure since I'm only there to visit my uncle. I don't live there. And he has Parkinson's with cognitive issues. The pricing is more affordable than many other Assisted Living facilities around the KC metro area The food seems like it's delicious and always smells great. My uncle told me it's very good. They have a bulk program with Spectrum which is only $[removed]a month. Lots of activities available (exercise, pool, music performances, movies, bingo, poker, game room, library - and much more). It's a clean facility (although the patient apartments only get cleaned once a week).

I would rate it a 4. I am very pleased with all aspects except the food needs improvement.

It's a great community, have made many friends here... the food is good, with large portions, the only problem I have is zero visibility on my money. The thing that I can't handle is I told mgt to hold out my rent on [date removed] it sat in my account for 10 days. This is unacceptable.

The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. I have been here I full year today. There have been a lot of people left and replaced. The food quality has been decreasing very bad lately. If they get the food fixed it would be a nice place.

The facility was quiet, clean and friendly and comfortable. Everyone was nice. She was only there for about 6 weeks before she passed away so she wasn't able to participate in any of the activities but from my observations it seems that there were lots of nice activities keeping folks engaged. My only complaint was that mom was supposed to get a land yard call button her first week and she never received one even after multiple requests. The staff was nice to her and to me. Thanks I would recommend Mercer Terrace to someone in the same situation

Best value for the money. Check around and you'll see. Transportation to stores and doctors is really good. I would recommend to others.

The Reunion at Clear Lake was one of the better options for my parents who are in their 90s and have special needs. The community is active and it's nice to see residents around every time I stop in. My parent's are still adjusting to the lifestyle of living in an apartment and having to do some things for themselves. All people who work there are very nice and try to be accommodating. My mother says staff do not come as soon as she needs them when pressing the alert button. I think the staff do the best they can with amount of people they take care of. I thinks it's great they know everyone's name. There were 2 things that concerned me. 1. The tracking of my mother's meds ans 2. Tracking the water needed for my mother's oxygen machine.

I have made friends here and eat meals at various tables with them. The WFV is an old building and has not been maintained well. I've heard multiple tenants comments on allergies to unknown causes. I suffer greatly when I go down for meals and usually end up sick for several days. I have had pneumonia for the first time in my life, and suffer with multiple allergic reactions.

Overall, good. We picked them because it was close to my house. I would recommend to others.
