Awesome place! If Mama had passed her evaluation, she'd be moving in!

My grandparents say it feels like home.

We have had a good experience with them. They are very clean and friendly. They seem to be in between activities directors. When they had an activities director they had good activities. The food seems to be good. We liked the atmosphere there. So far our experience seems to be a good one.

This place was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky that they had an opening just when we went by, so my dad is moving in on the 22nd

Apartment living, pet friendly, reasonable price ranges.

They were just great! We were scrambling to find somewhere after my sister was suddenly discharged from her rehab care. The marketing woman I spoke with, Becky Lundsford, was a godsend. She answered all of my questions and always promptly returned my calls. She really helped me find my feet when it came to senior care. We ended up moving my sister to a location closer to family, but we'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who might be looking.

Basically I looked at five properties when searching for a suitable assisted living facility for my sister. Out of the five, I like Colonial Oaks/Pearland the best. It just is open and bright, the staff seems quite helpful and friendly. I have a positive feel about the place. My sister hasn't actually moved in yet so I can't comment on that. I will say that the staff has been wonderful in working with me and my family just to get my sister moved there.

The marketing staff really made us feel like they wanted the best for my parents, working and waiting patiently with me for a year before my parents decided they would move in to try it, then seemingly bending over backwards to make them feel welcome these first two weeks. The activity calendar is full of good stuff, the facility is beautiful and well-equipped, the food selection is good (to even HAVE a selection at lunch is great), the driver is super-kind, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently-located, and all the staff we've met so far are friendly, nice, and competent. The dinners are on the light side, but healthy.

My mother-in-law was there for a respite stay and it was wonderful! The food up there was wonderful. They would give them a menu when they sat down. There were two entrees with side dishes and other thing if you didn't like either of the entrée choices. It was really nice and it was a bigger place.

We aren't having any problems right now but when we initially moved in we were told new carpet would be put in-it wasnt-the kitchen and bathroom were dirty but we told them about it and they took care of it the next day. The cost is a little bit more than a few other places but the quality of the care they're receiving, the environment, the location, makes it worth it. They play bingo and exercise everyday, my father in law has been doing puzzles, they're very involved with everything. It's not home so there was quite a bit of homesickness in the beginning but they're really trying. My mother in law is basically wheelchair bound but it's basically given my father in law his life back because there are people there who can take care of her, it's been a relief for him.

From the very beginning, Royal Estates has made the transition of moving my loved ones a very easy experience. We are always greeted with positive attitudes and professionalism. Angel and the entire staff have been helpful every step of the way. The facilities are always clean and newly renovated. We would recommend Royal Estates to anyone looking for an assisted living home for their loved ones.

The cleanliness and friendliness at Springbrooke Retirement is 5+! The main reasons we chose Springbrooke was its cleanliness and the great attitudes of the people we met before we signed mom up. We met with staff and residents, the residents seem so happy to be here. They have a little pond, it is so open you feel like you are in a friendly place. The day I toured here with my brother it was pouring rain and this was our last stop. I didn't feel like getting out of the car, but he insisted and we are so thankful we did. My siblings and I have all been to visit mom at Springbrooke and we have had no problems. Mom has adjusted well, she initially did not want to move, but is now referring to Springbrooke as "her place." The assisted living here is just wonderful.

With 6 children looking for a place for Mom was not easy. When my brother and I visited Springbrooke we thought about not going in. The place looked like most of the other ones we had visited. To large and dark and simple. What a surprise that we had. Besides meeting a wonderful carrying staff the Memory Area was outstanding. The lay out of living areas was set up for everyone to enjoy them self's. Large windows in every area is wonderful. The room size is enough space for all of her needs. The food is tasty and they have healthy snack times all day long. The outside walking area has won our mother over. She loves walking around the pond. After 5 out of 6 children seeing Springbrooke it was given a 10 by all. It's nice seeing her smile again.

We chose this location because my wife visited it and simply loved it. I felt very home like and once we visited we just knew this was the right place. The staff is really friendly and really makes the difference. They answer all the questions and really try their best to help.

Love this place, it has moved to #1 on our list. The residents looked very happy there, unlike any of the other places. Prices are very reasonable and the staff absolutely fantastic, lots of laughter every where!! People were milling about, attending classes, in the library reading, doing puzzles etc... It felt very right. The floor plans were excellent.

I recommend Royal Estates for anyone wanting a comfortable independent living experience. There are opportunities for fun, entertainment, meeting new friends, learning experiences, and a lot of celebrations. There are several nice places in Wichita Falls, but Royal Estates had a much better value for the number and quality of amenities. Royal Estates is a blessing for my mom and our family. We all love and enjoy participating in family activities at Royal Estates. Mom is enjoying her life without cooking and cleaning. She feels safe getting her walking exercise and making new friends.

My moms in memory care, so I can't answer to the other areas. The food is good because I've seen how it was where my father was living, and food is better here. I love the garden area, the outside space is really nice compared to other places I've looked at. I live out of town, but the things that people care about like activities, food, and the outdoor space are all 5/5 and of good quality - which is why we picked it. We also like the staff to resident ratio.
