I am pretty happy with them. The staff is very friendly. It's very clean, and I haven't had any complaints about the food. The rooms are a pretty nice size. I haven't had anything I don't like. We chose them based on location, cleanliness, price, and the socializing ability of the fellow residents. We liked the closed in outdoor garden as well.

My Mom was only there one week and a day before she passed away but they were very friendly and provided her and me everything needed. They were very encouraging before she even arrived. You couldn't ask for better help.

Everything is wonderful highly recommend.

Moreen the activities director helped my mom with activities, put on a christmas beauty pageant it was awesome. I can't say enough good things.

I am happy with the care being given, think they could be better in dining room wait staff wears tshirts and has food stains. The food is good and has a variety. They don't always clean sinks or counter tops not always cleaned. Resident is showered and groomed daily.

I had to make arrangements for my mom with very little notice and was excited to find Rose Place so close to home. The residents are warm and inviting and seem very happy with the management and staff, the food, activities and living arrangements. My mom has been here for a little over a month and I am pleased with her experience here.

They are doing a very good job. we are very pleased. The staff is very friendly, and courteous. The food is very good. The dining hall is very clean. I don't have any complaints or concerns, at all.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one, and we actually ended up moving her in to their sister community. Both of these places were very nice! Everyone we met here seemed friendly and caring, and the facility itself was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend them, they are worth a look!

They've done a wonderful job so far at Broadmoor Place, we couldn't be happier with them! They give each and every resident so much personal attention! It feels like they really go above and beyond when it comes to the effort and care that they provide the people who live here. And they're very friendly to the families as well, they always greet me by name when I am visiting. I would highly recommend this place!

It really is a good place. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are respectful upbeat and happy, and very attentive. One big reason we liked the Atrium is because of the food. Not everything is something that he likes, but they have good variety of alternate choices. Every time we have eaten there it has been good. The waitstaff is very good, they are trained and dedicated so they aren't doing other things while trying to serve. It's well staffed. There are a variety of activities. They bring in performance troupes. They do things, like going to movies, and they have in house activities as well. There are other gentleman there, and since they have assigned seating in the dining room, they make an effort to place people with others they might have things in common with. There is always someone at the front desk, and available, even later in the evening. When we have needed something hung up, or installed, they have always done it right away, usually by the next day, even on the weekends.

Sabra and her staff do a wonderful job of creating a clean and cheerful home for my mother who has lived at Lakewell for 3 1/2 years. The staff and facility are excellent. On the corporate side, the substantial increases in price cause us to evaluate constantly whether Mom will be able to afford to stay. Lakewell has priced itself out of reach for most people in this rural area.

So far it's going pretty good. We haven't had any complaints so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We haven't had complaints about food at all. We mostly chose them for the location, and the proximity to family. So far it's working out fine.

My mom loves it here! It's a large apartment complex, kind of like a hotel. It's very nice. They have a nice dining room, where she gets three meals a day. The food is good. She has a one bedroom, it has a small kitchen and bathroom. They have lots of activities. The staff are very nice, five stars. They're all wonderful! Everyone is very responsive. Cleanliness is good. The people that live there are friendly. They have entertainment that comes in and complimentary transportation to take them out, unless it's something out of the ordinary. They take them out to doctors visits, take them to the pharmacy, grocery shopping, restaurants, concerts and so on. It's five stars for what my mother needs!

I am impressed with Winkler Place - very impressed! They have a lot of activities going on. They really bend over backwards to help, and if ever there is an issue they go out of their way to fix it. The staff is incredibly nice, very friendly and personable, both with the residents and their family. They are just really a nice group of people, and it shows that they really truly care. The only thing I can even think of where they might could improve would be to give their employees a raise. Not that I know they need one (I have no idea what they make) but whatever it is I'm sure it could be more, as they are just that awesome!

I am very pleased with the staff and their caregiving. The food is excellent! The help is always ready and willing to help us in any way. The staff is always planning different things to keep us entertained and they include our families in some of the activities. The staff has made this a pleasant place to live.

It's a really nice, clean facility, and very friendly; very friendly. He's got his own apartment . They also have 24 hour care there. It has a small kitchenette, and a full bathroom. They do all kinds of outings, to parks, the mall. They go out and eat sometimes. They have a place for exercise, and walking groups. They're working on a gardening group. The location is close to where I work, in a good part of town; easy to get there.

Conner Place is clean, inviting, friendly, and wonderful. The staff is incredible and we are so grateful for the care they provide for our dad. He is happy and healthy. We couldn't keep him at home any longer and the Conner Place answered or prayers. Thank you forall that you do. (Including the line dancing. . .that's his favorite!)

The care and compassion of the staff at Conner Place made my mom's transition to assisted living easier than we thought was possible.

They are doing a good job so far. I don't have any complaints. I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I think we get our money's worth. We are happy with Emeritus at Irving.

I have been very happy with them. I really didn't want to come here, but now I really like it. Everyone called me by my first name within a few days. The food is good, except it's not as hot as it could be. They have steam tables, but if you don't get right down there, it can get cold. There are all kind of things to do, and I can go out and they take me places, like Walmart and the Doctors.
