The Meadows is a wonderful community, I have lived here for over 2 years, The Staff is extremely competent and they have become more than just caregivers, they are Family - the facility is always clean, the food is REALLY good! and its the only place of the many I toured that allowed me to have a pet... safe, secure, friendly and peaceful, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an Assisted Living Community for themselves or a Loved One. you can spend more, but you will not find better.

I think they have gone beyond of what we expected. They made every effort to make her happy. They have done everything that they said they would and beyond that. Everything has been going great.

The Atrium at Overland Park is a very well managed facility. It seems to be a very positive place to live. It's spotless. The staff is very kind. The care givers do a good job. They offer a variety of activities.

My folks tried another facility and it was so much less than The Meadows, and as it turns out, not that much different in cost. I would recommend The Meadows to any seniors that still have some independence and life in them and want to enjoy it on their terms while still having the help, care and facilities to support them when needed. I am very happy my folks are at The Meadows and enjoying life. thanks A Grateful Son

Its is very difficult to have to move a loved one out of there home. I was very pleased when I visited Greenfield Residences of Arlington. Very Clean, very affordable - I worked with Mary [last name removed], Move-in Coordinator - who is awesome!! Gave me a tour and explained the benefits and activities Greenfield offered. Greenfield goes over and beyond to assist the residence and family . The staff is wonderful - from the front desk (Charmaine - totally awesome) to the maid service - I am glad I chose Greenfield, would not put my mother anywhere else.

We have moved my father into this community as we liked how it was close to us and that it's not a big community. Only about 30 residents and so far dad is good!

My Mom is currently in the independent living section of Atria at Overland Park. She appears to be very happy there. She has not had to take advantage of the care activities yet, so that is hard to judge. She is enjoying the food and they do have a good variety available. The dining room staff seems well organized. The staff there is great and the staff to resident ratio seems good. They do have call buttons next to the bed and do respond quickly if needed. They do go on outings with residents. Doctors do make house calls to the community.

The New Forest Estates is very, very nice. It is a very nice place to be. The Food is excellent with a good selection. I would recommend this community. I am very happy here. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 5 stars. I rate the care services 5 stars. I rate the activities 5 stars. This is a 5 star community!

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Strake Place seemed like a very nice place overall! The staff were friendly, and take very good care of both the residents and the facility! They are also capable of long term care.

my mom loves it there so much to do and so many friends she has meet, Mr Micheal Rivera has been very good and excellent representative as well Ms Debra. We can always call and ask questions and get quick response.

So far I have no complaints. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly, and very attentive. They don't have to do anything or want for anything. We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness They have been doing a great job. They have been very attentive She is really happy there.

My mom was there and it was fantastic! She had a great 2/2 corner 1st fl. The food was good and everyone was so nice and helpful! They were just starting the remodeling when we needed to move mom. We were very pleased!

I can't recommend this place highly enough! We toured quite a few communities during our search and Strake Place was absolutely the best one that we saw. The people here are great, the facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take wonderful care of the residents. I never found a single thing I could complain about!

My mother was their for nine days and even was very helpful and settling in. It was great food and the people are very caring. If She ever needed anything someone would be right their shouldn't didn't have to wait and don't have anything to complain about. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about Strake Place they were wonderful, caring and we like them very much, The facility was clean and the staff was caring and attentive. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I am pretty happy with them. The staff is very friendly. It's very clean, and I haven't had any complaints about the food. The rooms are a pretty nice size. I haven't had anything I don't like. We chose them based on location, cleanliness, price, and the socializing ability of the fellow residents. We liked the closed in outdoor garden as well.

Moreen the activities director helped my mom with activities, put on a christmas beauty pageant it was awesome. I can't say enough good things.

New Forest Estates is a very warm and caring community. My Auntie is in the independent living section there and is very happy. She gets all of the attention she needs when anything arises. They do have trips and excursions available to residents. They are in the process of remodeling at this time. The food is very good and the dining room experience is well organized. They do have safety alarms in place. The only thing I might not agree with is the price they are charging residents for internet access.

I am happy with the care being given, think they could be better in dining room wait staff wears tshirts and has food stains. The food is good and has a variety. They don't always clean sinks or counter tops not always cleaned. Resident is showered and groomed daily.

I had to make arrangements for my mom with very little notice and was excited to find Rose Place so close to home. The residents are warm and inviting and seem very happy with the management and staff, the food, activities and living arrangements. My mom has been here for a little over a month and I am pleased with her experience here.
