I could not say enough good things about this community, I have really been enjoying my stay and have been overly pleased with the services I have been receiving. I really enjoy my dinning experience interaction with the other residents as well as the variety of delicious meals they serve. Bottom line I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place.

We moved our Mom to Chisholm Place a little more than a month ago. Having been in another Assisted Living home in town we only had that to compare to and boy what a difference. Very caring folks who check on her every couple of hours; great food with a choice and treats served to her at break times right in her room, décor that is beautiful plus the fall decorations this year are astounding! When we pull the cord for help someone is there instantly. What else can you ask for? People are so friendly - we are simply thrilled with the choice and think you would be too. Check them out, my Mom would love more new friends!

We are happy with the care at this community. The staff is very helpful and caring. They are offering great meals that are very good. They activities are wonderful. We would recommend this community for all around great care.

With a heavy heart and doctors' recommendation, I searched and search in the Katy area for 'THE PLACE' to move my mom for a better quality of life. I visited many, many locations and when I sat down with Lance & Samantha at Sundance, I signed papers ON THE SPOT! This has been one of the most important decisions I've EVER had to make. It rates right up there with picking one's Soul Mate, purchasing your first home and giving birth to children. Sundance has surpassed any and everything I ever imagined. The entire staff is professionally schooled and taught about every singe resident before they move in - as to know their personal needs and wants. Just to mention a few things: Cleanliness, happy/upbeat environment, in house salon, daily ministries, daily activities: exercises, bingo, ring toss, golf, puzzles, singing & dancing, outside gardening and my favorite is the Thursday " Tea Party " - prepared for KINGS & QUEENS. The list goes on & on. Not only does Sundance treat their residence like royalty, but when we/the family enters the facility, we are recognized and called by name = PRICELESS. So, if your loved one is affected by this horrible disease of Alzheimer's, I personally promise Sundance is number one on my list. God Bless you all!

I am so blessed to work for such a great community. We have incredible team members that are dedicated to loving and caring for our residents as if they were their own family. It truly is a blessing to work for Sundance!

The tour went well. The community is very clean and nice. The actually apartments were set up like a hotel. From the living room view there is no outside view and it seems dark. The apartment did not have any area for storage.

The location of the Broadmoor Place worked very well for us. There is wonderful staff in the community that are helpful and friendly. My father has been engaging in some of the activities that they offer. I really like that the staff follow up with me. The food has good portions to it and it's also tasty. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

My mom lived here for two years. I have the highest regard for the care she received, from the management to the care workers. They were all wonderful.

My mom loves it here. It is such a relief to know that she is so well taken care of when I’m not there!

My loved one and I had a terrific tour during our visit at Mercer Place. The staff greeted us with a big smile and gave us a detailed tour of the beautiful community. All of the amenities where convenient with many terrific features. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for comfortable and peaceful living for there loved one.

We were really impressed with Greenfield Residences as the new home for my mother in law. The staff there are really nice and interact with the residents. It is very clean and updated. It really has a warm and friendly feel, which is one of the main reasons why we chose it. There are lots of fun activities and outings that the residents can enjoy. We highly recommend this place.

Recently my mother developed an infection and had to receive some extra care, but once she is better she will return to this community. This is a lovely community, everyone is very nice and caring. The community is nice and clean. The staff is great, they are very friendly and attentive. Before we moved into the community they completely change out everything. They have good rates. I know she is safe, and being cared for well here.
