The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have very impressed with everything about brookdale ellington. This has been a very easy and wonderful experience. I could not have picked a better place for mom. I have told all of my friends about this location

Can only say good things about Strake Place, facility and staff. The staff is friendly and caring and make a concerted effort to make the residents feel special. Having lived in the same house for over 55 years, the changes facing our family member were daunting. The transition to assisted living was made easier by facility being pet friendly and our loved one being able to take his small dog with him to assisted living. The director, Katherine, goes way beyond what is required to help in any way she can. But the real proof is from what the resident thinks and when our family member was presented with a possible opportunity to go back home he said did not want to hurt anyone's feelings but "they treat me good here and I believe I'll stay."

Lucille and her staff run an amazing community! They are competent, kind and compassionate. My dad has been sick since he moved in and everyone has been so kind to him and my family. I wished we had found them sooner. Highly recommend

Having to move my father into Legacy Ranch was a hard decision but we are happy with the choice we made. Most of the staff is friendly and the community looks really nice. My father has been eating more so the food there must be good. I feel that the staff there care's about him and are really working with him to adjust with the move. He does seem comfortable being around people like himself which is very nice. We would recommend this community.

I live in assisted living and I really enjoy the personnel and the convenience of having their assistance, especially with my medication. The convenience of therapy and doctor home visits in my apartment are a great plus too.

We are all commanded to honor and obey our parents. This commandment is the first commandment in the bible with a promise so I know that it is a really important commandment and I have been looking forward to the opportunity to honor my mother by ensuring that she is well taken care of as she approaches her glorious years as a senior citizen. New Forest Estates is a great place and an AWESOME resource for my mother to enjoy everyday living. When my mother and I were searching for a senior living community, we visited New Forest and instantly felt at home. We didn't have to wait for anyone to assist us. Randy gave us a tour and again we felt at home. We were really impressed because Randy knew every resident by first and last name. After the tour, Randy and Michael sat down with us to get to know us. They found out that my mother loved chocolate ice cream and offered her a bowl. When we left, we were impressed. When we got back home we couldn't stop thinking about our experience at New Forest. We loved our experience so much that we went back the next day because we were convinced that we found my mom's new home. She signed a lease and moved in and has been pleased every day. I have honored my mom by ensuring that she is enjoying every day life.

I live in California and 8 years ago when my parents called me from San Antonio and said they were moving into a Senior Living Home, I was on the next plane! What a wonderful surprise to arrive at Pacific Senior Living and be greeted by the Director, Randy [removed] and his warm staff. I was hesitant in making sure that my parents would have the same lifestyle they were accustomed to .Quickly I checked on all the services and saw the joy on my parents faces!. I have been back many times since and everything is still as wonderful as it was. That brings me such piece of mind. THANKS PACIFICA! You have made my heart alot lighter!

The facility is great. Everything is going good here. They offer a lot of activities. The facility is very clean and they provide great care services.

We have visited unannounced a couple every few weeks for the past several months and we have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. our friends are well cared for and are content. We are happy for them to have such a nice living space.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Broadmoor Place! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and I think they do a wonderful job taking care of the residents. The staff is exceptional, they're warm and professional, and they've done a great job working with my loved one. I'm just very impressed overall!

The Royal Estates is a great place to live and visit. The staff is friendly and the rooms are affordable.

My aunt lives there and she has issues with the food. It's not unhealthy or anything. Sometimes they can have 2 things on the menu that may be spicy such as barbecue or stuffed peppers. She has a little bit of a delicate stomach.

Brookdale has been awesome! He loves it. He enjoys his lunch group. No complaints about maintenance or anything. The person I initially contacted Robin she was and continues to be their biggest asset. We liked the wide hallways, and it's very homey. I think they do a very good job of accommodating their residents, as far as having a very accessible building.

Everything is good so far. The staff is very attentive and very nice. And the facilities are comfortable and nice as well. The maintenance has been quick and I haven't had any issues.

I love it here. The people are friendly, it's beautiful. I don't have any complaints at all. They have far exceeded my expectations. I am really pleased with it. I think they should get a five.

When I was looking for a place for my loved one, the first thing I looked for was the smell, and Brookdale was nice and clean. Then also I looked at the faces of the residents, and everyone looked happy and content. The staff was very nice and personable and they take what they do very seriously.

I like the different events we have here and the interaction with everybody. The grounds are really nice. Love the swimming pool!!!
