We have been to NewForest a couple of times browsing for a sibling, but there was an immediate sense of welcome and warmth exhibited by all the staff and including the residents. The environment is so very personable, we felt like we wanted to just stick around and hang out with these people. Such an inviting and lovely community. We LOVE it and hope our sister decides to move there. We would love to visit as often as possible!

We enjoyed the tour of the community New Forest Estates. The staff were very helpful and addressed all of our questions knowledgeably. The community was well maintained and clean throughout. The tour was a great experience!

This is a very nice community for my mom to receive good care. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The environment is always very clean and taken care of. The meals seem to be good for my mom. There do offer activities that she wants to be involved with. We would recommend this for others for good care with a nice value.

We have experience with independent care. The food is fantastic. The staff is very friendly! Overall, I would say this is a great place to move into!

It's a fabulous place to live. My mom is happy and I would live here too. The staff go over and beyond and do more than what's expected. Activities are available and outings like getting ice cream. The chef is so good, it is tasty and healthy. It includes 2 entrees with the salad bar, if needing a light meal they make any request. For guests the meals $4-$5. The feeling and energy here is really fabulous!

The is a excellent community. The best care and staff. The food was wonderful! They have excellant activities to keep active. Very clean room and the grounds are so well kept. A small garden for those who liked to do outdoor gardening. I would highly recommend for loved ones.

I like the staff and they are really good at their job. They feed him very well and my dad seems to like it. The community has plenty of activities for my dad. He has been participating in as much as he can. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

For the most everything is working out well for my in laws here at this community. My mother in law loves it. The community looks great, their apartment is nice and clean when we visit. The staff has been very nice. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. My mother in law is mainly caring for my father in law and his needs. The servers in the dining area are very nice. This is a community I would recommend.

It has been a really good experience for us here at this community. This is a good community, it looks nice and very well-kept. My mother's room is always nice and clean. They have a very good staff here. There are activities offered. She is very pleased with the food. I know she is receiving great and I would recommend this facility.

New Forest Estates has been the perfect fit for my Mother In-law who first started out in an Apartment in the wonderful Independent Living Section. As My Mother In-law's mobility declined we realized we need more care. The management at New Forest Estates made a huge effort to help us transition her to the Assisted Living Care Facility. We are very pleased with the care and attentiveness she is receiving in Assisted Living and most important My Mother In-law is very Happy at New Forest Estates!

Approximately 2-years ago my sister begin to have some medical issues which required that she relocate to an environment where she would have all of the comforts of home, but at the same time, her daily care and needs would be provided. Our entire family scheduled a meeting with Michael to discuss services and amenities provided by Newforest Estates and we are 100% satisfied with everything to include the friendliness of everyone at Newforest. I highly recommend Newforest to anyone in need of luxury and comfort for their family member.

Our Mom moved to New Forest Estates over a year ago. The Staff is very friendly, compassionate, patient, and respectful, ensuring the residents feel at home. At times when my Mom is not feeling well and unable to attend the dining room facilities the Staff conducts follow-up visits with the residents confirming their well-being. Our family is very pleased with New Forest Estates and their Staff ensuring our Mom is in a safe and happy home. I highly recommend New Forest Estates! Thank you for all you do.

We're very pleased with how things turned out with New Forest Estates, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff is overwhelmingly helpful and professional! They've delivered on everything they promised before we moved in, I can't recommend them highly enough!

NewForest Estates is family. All staff are friendly and very helpful. My mom was in Independent Living for 3 years. Now at 87 years young she has been at Assited Living almost 4 years. This establishment is always clean. Food is wonderful. Maintenance done regularly. Nurses so Awesome! Office folks friendly and always helpful. My mom likes the food, activities, and therapy dogs brought in by various staff. I am Thankful for the NewForest Estates folks!

My elderly father lives at Strake Place. My family, including my father, is completely happy with the Strake Place community. The administration and staff go above and beyond to meet my father's needs and well-being. They are flexible, compliant and provide many social outings/opportunities. I truly believe they "care" for their residents - emotionally and physically. I am a very happy daughter.

I toured for my mom and liked it very much. Will definitely consider it when we are ready to move her.

My Mother has been here for 10 months and she loves it, and I (as her only son) am so pleased with the Greenfield staff and the facilities provided to my Mom. I am very cognizant of the manner that my Mom is treated and I could not be more pleased. We visited several senior facilities in Arlington prior to choosing Greenfield and there is no doubt that we made the right choice. Residents can stay as busy and socially active as they choose with the great programs/activities that are offered to residents.
