I am a visitor who comes into the facility on a regular basis. The staff is always prompt to residents and visitor needs and are very caring. The facility is always clean and well maintained.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. I am very comfortable with the quality of care that she is receiving from the staff and she is happy in her new living environment. My mother has been loving the nutritious meals they provide and enjoys participating in a few of the activities with the other residents. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

I'am pleased with my fathers move to this community. He is doing good, and has adjusted well to this community. I know he is in good hands. The staff is good, and they have been helpful when needed. When we visit the community, and his room are neat, and tidy. Everything is working out well for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

My dad moved into these apartments and he is really happy there. They really do care and help him out.

We are so happy with our choice! My Sister and I both agree this place meets all of Mom's needs and doesn't break the bank! Senior management has been a pleasure to work with making the move as seamless as possible. The community is small, clean, beautiful, and has good food too! Not only would I recommend this place I wish I could live here myself.

My husband is much happier since moving in. The care is wonderful. Everything is so much better from what we have seen in 4 weeks. He is active and participating in the activities. The nurses tell me he takes walks around and does not use his walker unless it is not a good day for him. He likes the residents and speaks to everybody there. I see he is fairly content even with his dementia.

The staff are really nice, quick to answer our questions and address our concerns. They are really good with my mother in law. The community is very clean and well maintained. She has not complained about the food and they encourage her to participate in the activities. They are quick to notify us and when I walked into the community it felt like home.

Wonderful staff. Couldn’t do enough. Never complained. Always upbeat and supportive. Tries very hard to make sure all needs were met.

I am very happy with the care from this community. I like knowing that my husband is getting the care that he needs. We like the staff who are very attentive to his needs. I like knowing that he has a variety of healthy meals. They do offer activities for the residents. We would recommend this care and value of the community to others.

Mother was at Chisholm Place for about a year. We have now had to transfer her to a nursing facility. From day one the staff, from the administrator to line staff and maintenance consistently watched over her and met her every need, always in a timely fashion. The counseling was absolutely outstanding, with nothing but frank and viable suggestions when needed. Food was always good and nicely presented in a pleasant dining room. Mother was happy and comfortable during her entire stay. There were plenty of activities for the residents. The facility is small and intimate where everyone knows one another by name. The facility is clean, and very well maintained. A positive, caring atmosphere is very evident. Home health was called in when warranted. Transportation can be arranged for physician and clinic visits. We live a substantial distance from Abilene and we were kept well informed. We feel so fortunate we were able to have mother reside there as long as she could. Pricing is based on resident needs.They are most definitely worth a good look. Thanks to everyone at Chisholm. Great job!!

I just love [Removed]. She and her staff make this place so special. Lots of love and activities for all. Everyone seemed so busy and happy to be there. The facility is not the newest, but I don’t think that is important. Great views out the rooms. They only concern that I have, is that they will not accept Medicaid in the event my parents’ funds are depleted.

Friendly, helpful people helping my mother.

Dad has had a good experience at this community during his respite stay. The staff seem to be friendly and helpful. He likes the food and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities including music and trips out. I feel comfortable with him staying here and I would recommend this community.

I like the care at this community for my mom. The menu is wonderful and my mom is very happy with the nice variety of options. This is a clean community with a nice environment. I like knowing that my mom likes the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for great care and great value

I am rating Bluebonnet as “Great!”, because it is a lovely place to live. My mom has lived in several places but Bluebonnet has been the best by far. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an onsite maintenance man, who is always busy. The rooms are cozy, and the common areas are always decorated seasonally. My mom is very happy there, and we are too!

This community is smaller and the residents seemed happy. It was clean and had there are many activities posted. There are two floor plans and I think my dad would be happy here.

My father is settling in and adjusting well. The staff has been very helpful. This is the facility that he chose, and he is happy with it. He likes the meals that they provide, and we have no complaints so far.

The staff are positive, attentive and encouraging. Mom likes the food and they offer a variety of choices. They offer daily activities and she does like to participate in some of them. The community is very clean. We like that this community offers an in house rehabilitation center. I would recommend this community.
