We have visited unannounced a couple every few weeks for the past several months and we have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. our friends are well cared for and are content. We are happy for them to have such a nice living space.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Broadmoor Place! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and I think they do a wonderful job taking care of the residents. The staff is exceptional, they're warm and professional, and they've done a great job working with my loved one. I'm just very impressed overall!

The Royal Estates is a great place to live and visit. The staff is friendly and the rooms are affordable.

My aunt lives there and she has issues with the food. It's not unhealthy or anything. Sometimes they can have 2 things on the menu that may be spicy such as barbecue or stuffed peppers. She has a little bit of a delicate stomach.

Brookdale has been awesome! He loves it. He enjoys his lunch group. No complaints about maintenance or anything. The person I initially contacted Robin she was and continues to be their biggest asset. We liked the wide hallways, and it's very homey. I think they do a very good job of accommodating their residents, as far as having a very accessible building.

When I was looking for a place for my loved one, the first thing I looked for was the smell, and Brookdale was nice and clean. Then also I looked at the faces of the residents, and everyone looked happy and content. The staff was very nice and personable and they take what they do very seriously.

My mom does not do a lot of activities. The thing I like the most is the friendliness of the staff and also the residents are also friendly.

Chisolm Place is great for many reasons. It's fairly small which means the caretakers can really get to know the residents quickly and can take better care of them. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and keeps the family informed of everything. I would recommend Chisolm Place for your loved ones.

I am really pleased all around with Wheeler Place. There is nothing at this facility that I would say needs improving. It has been a good experience.

At Greenfield Residences of Arlington everybody is really friendly and willing to help out. They are short staffed in dining room. My father-in-law has to sit there for 45 minutes waiting for his lunch. Overall it has been a good experience. He really likes it there.

Lucas Place has been the perfect fit for Mom H. The staff is great and very easy to work with. The atmosphere and residents have been warm and very open. There are so many fun interesting to do we almost need to make a reservation to find her in her room! Mom H thinks the food is great and she feels like a queen when she is served in such gracious style. Thank You you so much!

All of the staff at Wheeler Place are being very kind and patient with my mom who is being very difficult. The nurses and staff are giving her exceptional care. They have gone above and beyond to help mom get well from having a UTI. I am very pleased with this facility.

I would give them a five. They did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond to get us in. I am very happy with Royal Estates, no complaints at all.

We loved everybody there! Paul & Jennifer were top notch! We felt like our love ones received excellent care!

Moved my Mother who is blind to Grayson Place Saturday, Sept. 5th. My only wish is that she could see how beautiful her new room is and how great the staff has been accommodating every request we have asked for to adjust her room for her safety and for her to be able to adjust easier to her new surroundings. The food has been delicious in fact Mother is afraid she is going to gain weight from the variety of homemade ice cream to all the great meals she eats. The staff has gone overboard to catering to Mother to make her transition easier even to sit her at a table where the ladies are chatty so Mother makes new friends easier. I feel more comfortable every day with the staff in knowing they are doing a great job and taking good care of Mother!

I can not think of anything that The Atrium at Overland Park can improve. Everything the staff has done for us so far has been just fine. My loved one is in independent living, so they offer some services like coming in and cleaning once a week and washing the linens and so forth, but I guess we just expected a little more in that area.

I think they are very good. They are very good at calling us and letting us know what is going on. My mother in law has had some challenges adjusting, but they have been very helpful throughout the process. Any time we need help they immediately get right on it. I am very confident in the care givers, they are very good. We are very happy with the facility and think it is worth the money.

It's been really good for him. They are the only ones who can handle the challenges he presents. He eats like a horse, the food is good. It's really nice, and clean, we have had family visit, and they all say everyone is friendly, and nice, with the exception of some of the residents, who have made some very inappropriate comments. But the staff and the management are the sweetest people ever. They have bent over backwards for us. They were one of the least expensive places we saw, a real hidden jewel.
