12 Oaks Senior Living

We moved our mother into this community on January of this year after a tragedy at a different retirement community here in San Antonio. She has truly flourished since then and has made so many new friends. Every time I have gone to visit her, I notice management addressing her by name, kindly engaging her and making her laugh. NewForest Estates is a fun community that has genuinely embraced my mom. I hope to keep her there for many years to come.

As a resident, I am very happy here. The people are very approachable and ready to help and the staff make life easy for us and the meals are very great. Overall I would recommend residency here to any body and everybody. The staff is friendly and caring .

I'm a current resident and former RN, I like the fact that staff cares about the welfare of the residents. I get a call everyday to check to see if I'm doing ok. I enjoy the meals a quite deal and the food is not overloaded with a lot of condiments, which helps with my diet. Staff is very attentive, courteous, and very friendly. I like that I can use New Forest transportation when my kids are unable to take me to my doctor's appointments. Also, taking advantage of activities that are offered is conducive to having great health and socialization. Parties are out of this world and brings the residents together for a good time. Entertainment is super marvelous. Tenants are friendly and have a high level of caliber. I can't praise New Forest Estates enough!!!

My mom and I came by for a tour at this place. The people were really friendly and make you feel welcomed. We were offered lunch and something to drink while we were there. Lunch was good. They provide three meals a day. Throughout my visit, staff members introduced themselves to us and were very helpful. They have activities and provide transportation. This is a place that I would want my mom to live. However, we're still in the early stages of considering retirement living for my mom, but when my mother is ready to make the change this will be top choice. We looked at two other facilities, but we didn't experience the same friendliness and welcoming as New Forest Estates.

I'v e been here 1 month and find all as I expected and better. They are remodeling and all lthe new tile looks great. The staff are all very friendly and the foo is great.

My dad is in the assisted living wing and the attention he has gotten consistently since he's been there has been great. The staff is compassionate and patience and communicative with us. I think the staff has made the most impact, they have had the biggest impression on us. It has been a good experience.

Chisolm Place is great for many reasons. It's fairly small which means the caretakers can really get to know the residents quickly and can take better care of them. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and keeps the family informed of everything. I would recommend Chisolm Place for your loved ones.

At Greenfield Residences of Arlington everybody is really friendly and willing to help out. They are short staffed in dining room. My father-in-law has to sit there for 45 minutes waiting for his lunch. Overall it has been a good experience. He really likes it there.

Lucas Place has been the perfect fit for Mom H. The staff is great and very easy to work with. The atmosphere and residents have been warm and very open. There are so many fun interesting to do we almost need to make a reservation to find her in her room! Mom H thinks the food is great and she feels like a queen when she is served in such gracious style. Thank You you so much!

I would give them a five. They did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond to get us in. I am very happy with Royal Estates, no complaints at all.

My visit went fine. I found a nice apt that 2as budget friendly. Now I need to find someone to help me get ready to move.

We loved everybody there! Paul & Jennifer were top notch! We felt like our love ones received excellent care!

There is nothing I can think of they that can improve on. I think they had a great staff, my mom felt well attended to when she was there. She left because she just didn't feel like she was ready yet, but we when we do go, we will definitely be going back to Springbrooke.

I can not think of anything that The Atrium at Overland Park can improve. Everything the staff has done for us so far has been just fine. My loved one is in independent living, so they offer some services like coming in and cleaning once a week and washing the linens and so forth, but I guess we just expected a little more in that area.

We were very impressed with the facility in Pearland. The people there seem nice. I haven't had too much contact with them, but the level of attention and the genuine sense of care that the staff seems to have is very impressive.

Number One Reason: Perfect Place for Parents with Pets! Number Two Reason: Mom never has to move again! Number Three Reason: All care needs are met!

The Meadows is a wonderful community, I have lived here for over 2 years, The Staff is extremely competent and they have become more than just caregivers, they are Family - the facility is always clean, the food is REALLY good! and its the only place of the many I toured that allowed me to have a pet... safe, secure, friendly and peaceful, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an Assisted Living Community for themselves or a Loved One. you can spend more, but you will not find better.

I think they have gone beyond of what we expected. They made every effort to make her happy. They have done everything that they said they would and beyond that. Everything has been going great.

It feels very first class. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The management makes every effort to make accommodations. I would recommend the Colonial Oaks at Pearland. It is a very nice community.

The Atrium at Overland Park is a very well managed facility. It seems to be a very positive place to live. It's spotless. The staff is very kind. The care givers do a good job. They offer a variety of activities.
