We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one, and we actually ended up moving her in to their sister community. Both of these places were very nice! Everyone we met here seemed friendly and caring, and the facility itself was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend them, they are worth a look!

They've done a wonderful job so far at Broadmoor Place, we couldn't be happier with them! They give each and every resident so much personal attention! It feels like they really go above and beyond when it comes to the effort and care that they provide the people who live here. And they're very friendly to the families as well, they always greet me by name when I am visiting. I would highly recommend this place!

Colonial Oaks was my first choice for my mom and they lived up to expectations. The food, activities, the staff, all A+. I couldn't be more happy!

It really is a good place. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are respectful upbeat and happy, and very attentive. One big reason we liked the Atrium is because of the food. Not everything is something that he likes, but they have good variety of alternate choices. Every time we have eaten there it has been good. The waitstaff is very good, they are trained and dedicated so they aren't doing other things while trying to serve. It's well staffed. There are a variety of activities. They bring in performance troupes. They do things, like going to movies, and they have in house activities as well. There are other gentleman there, and since they have assigned seating in the dining room, they make an effort to place people with others they might have things in common with. There is always someone at the front desk, and available, even later in the evening. When we have needed something hung up, or installed, they have always done it right away, usually by the next day, even on the weekends.

Spring of 2014 my father moved to Colonial Oaks Pearland. From the first impromptu visit the staff was friendly and helpful. My dad is happy with the living environment, staff, food services, and accommodations. I am happy with the full service heath supervision, genuine friendly and kindness of the staff, location, cleanliness, and peace of mind. A few initial issues were rectified immediately. This is to be expected when someone is having a complete lifestyle change. The cost per day for the services provided are very reasonable.

We looked at six different places in the Denver area, and Springbrooke Retirement and Assisted Living seemed to be the best fit. I really like the fact that they do not rely on a call button to let them know you are alright. They want to see you personally and check up on you regularly to make sure you are alright. Mom was able to get the sort of place that she wanted within the budget that she wanted. The staff there is always cheerful and exceptionally friendly. It has been a really good fit.

My mom loves it here! It's a large apartment complex, kind of like a hotel. It's very nice. They have a nice dining room, where she gets three meals a day. The food is good. She has a one bedroom, it has a small kitchen and bathroom. They have lots of activities. The staff are very nice, five stars. They're all wonderful! Everyone is very responsive. Cleanliness is good. The people that live there are friendly. They have entertainment that comes in and complimentary transportation to take them out, unless it's something out of the ordinary. They take them out to doctors visits, take them to the pharmacy, grocery shopping, restaurants, concerts and so on. It's five stars for what my mother needs!

I checked out New Forest Estates and from all I was able to observe I was very impressed and would give them a high rating. My loved one ended up staying in the hospital longer than expected and as such they never stayed at New Forest Estates so my experience was very limited, from from that limited experience I liked what I saw.

I am impressed with Winkler Place - very impressed! They have a lot of activities going on. They really bend over backwards to help, and if ever there is an issue they go out of their way to fix it. The staff is incredibly nice, very friendly and personable, both with the residents and their family. They are just really a nice group of people, and it shows that they really truly care. The only thing I can even think of where they might could improve would be to give their employees a raise. Not that I know they need one (I have no idea what they make) but whatever it is I'm sure it could be more, as they are just that awesome!

Things have gone very well with Springbrooke Retirement so far! I really appreciate all the effort they put in to making my Mom feel welcome! Everyone here is very very friendly, and they seem to take a genuine interest in both the residents and their family members! I was so impressed when after only having seen me a few times the receptionist recognized me when I came to visit, even though I hadn't been in for over a month! The staff all know Mom by name, and they even know her schedule! If she isn't up and around at her usual time they will check in on her. The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and just has a great feeling to it. As soon as we stepped in the first time we knew that this place was home!

It's a really nice, clean facility, and very friendly; very friendly. He's got his own apartment . They also have 24 hour care there. It has a small kitchenette, and a full bathroom. They do all kinds of outings, to parks, the mall. They go out and eat sometimes. They have a place for exercise, and walking groups. They're working on a gardening group. The location is close to where I work, in a good part of town; easy to get there.

From the first time I visited Springbrooke, I found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful. A week after my mother moved in she said to me, "I feel so safe here. The food is suprisingly good. This was the right move or I wouldn't be so content here."

They are doing a good job so far. I don't have any complaints. I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I think we get our money's worth. We are happy with Emeritus at Irving.

I have been very happy with them. I really didn't want to come here, but now I really like it. Everyone called me by my first name within a few days. The food is good, except it's not as hot as it could be. They have steam tables, but if you don't get right down there, it can get cold. There are all kind of things to do, and I can go out and they take me places, like Walmart and the Doctors.

I have the highest regard for all the employees at Strake Place. They are fair. They are prompt. When you call them, they always come right away. They are very caring here

Best so far. Very nice, seemed to be the most for the money. eating liked the eating counter that eliminated the need for a table. Pond and fountain a plus. balcony a plus. Only 15 meals a month provided on basic rate. Swimming 2x/mo. PT available and we were told cost was only $35/1/2 hr. Mom has Kaiser that will not authorize ongoing PT.

It was clean. They’re very nice. My loved one was only there for a short time. The nursing staff was very attentive and plugged in though. It was a very homey environment with a lot of activities on their calendar.

I've been very pleased with how things have been going at Emeritus! My loved one has had trouble settling in and adjusting to the new community, but they have been very accommodating and are trying their best. It's a nice, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They're great when it comes to communication, always easy to get ahold of and quick to fix any issues that I bring up. They could do a bit better when it comes to their dining service. The food is fine, but they're not very flexible when it comes to what they offer.

That was one of the things I first noticed when I first toured – they are incredibly clean! They’re excellent – they reach out and communicate when needed. I think we get our money’s worth. It’s good value. Within a week of my loved one being there, they had occupational therapy, physical therapy, and it’s just been a great experience. They have activities that are appropriate for dementia care.

I love that place. Everything is very good. She loves it there. They are great communication. My mom is very happy there. The administrator and all the staff is very good. They always know where my mom is and can get her to put her on the phone when I call. She’s busy and she’s happy.
