We are pleased so far. The staff is very friendly, I would give them a six out of five. They have plenty of activities. There are no complaints about the food at all. The staff is really, really attentive, and they respond to me very well. We liked that it was not so large as some that we were looking at, and that they seemed to have a Christian base.

I have the highest regard for all the employees at Strake Place. They are fair. They are prompt. When you call them, they always come right away. They are very caring here

I worked for a temporary housing agency that places people into housing if they're displaced due to fire, flood, storm damage, etc. In cases where someone needs assisted living care, it usually requires me to search assisted living places in the phone book and make numerous calls to see if they have availability. Most times I would worry if the provider in the phone book is a reputable company. With this service, I made one call and told them what I need and the time frame needed, and then the properties called me. I didn't have to worry about multiple calls, vetting the providers. or seeing if they had availability or the level of care I was searching for. It was all done for me, so all I had to do was have the family tour and get them moved in. This is a GREAT service!

I met with Sandra and took a tour of the facility. It is a smaller property than others I have visited, but it was very nice. The rooms are nice - more of a mini-suite with a small kitchen and living area, full bath, and sleeping area. I would definitely consider this property except for the fact that the monthly cost is over our budget.

It was clean. They’re very nice. My loved one was only there for a short time. The nursing staff was very attentive and plugged in though. It was a very homey environment with a lot of activities on their calendar.

I've been very pleased with how things have been going at Emeritus! My loved one has had trouble settling in and adjusting to the new community, but they have been very accommodating and are trying their best. It's a nice, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They're great when it comes to communication, always easy to get ahold of and quick to fix any issues that I bring up. They could do a bit better when it comes to their dining service. The food is fine, but they're not very flexible when it comes to what they offer.

I love that place. Everything is very good. She loves it there. They are great communication. My mom is very happy there. The administrator and all the staff is very good. They always know where my mom is and can get her to put her on the phone when I call. She’s busy and she’s happy.

Awesome place! If Mama had passed her evaluation, she'd be moving in!

We have had a good experience with them. They are very clean and friendly. They seem to be in between activities directors. When they had an activities director they had good activities. The food seems to be good. We liked the atmosphere there. So far our experience seems to be a good one.

This place was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky that they had an opening just when we went by, so my dad is moving in on the 22nd

They were just great! We were scrambling to find somewhere after my sister was suddenly discharged from her rehab care. The marketing woman I spoke with, Becky Lundsford, was a godsend. She answered all of my questions and always promptly returned my calls. She really helped me find my feet when it came to senior care. We ended up moving my sister to a location closer to family, but we'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who might be looking.

The marketing staff really made us feel like they wanted the best for my parents, working and waiting patiently with me for a year before my parents decided they would move in to try it, then seemingly bending over backwards to make them feel welcome these first two weeks. The activity calendar is full of good stuff, the facility is beautiful and well-equipped, the food selection is good (to even HAVE a selection at lunch is great), the driver is super-kind, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently-located, and all the staff we've met so far are friendly, nice, and competent. The dinners are on the light side, but healthy.

My mother-in-law was there for a respite stay and it was wonderful! The food up there was wonderful. They would give them a menu when they sat down. There were two entrees with side dishes and other thing if you didn't like either of the entrée choices. It was really nice and it was a bigger place.

From the very beginning, Royal Estates has made the transition of moving my loved ones a very easy experience. We are always greeted with positive attitudes and professionalism. Angel and the entire staff have been helpful every step of the way. The facilities are always clean and newly renovated. We would recommend Royal Estates to anyone looking for an assisted living home for their loved ones.

We chose this location because my wife visited it and simply loved it. I felt very home like and once we visited we just knew this was the right place. The staff is really friendly and really makes the difference. They answer all the questions and really try their best to help.

Love this place, it has moved to #1 on our list. The residents looked very happy there, unlike any of the other places. Prices are very reasonable and the staff absolutely fantastic, lots of laughter every where!! People were milling about, attending classes, in the library reading, doing puzzles etc... It felt very right. The floor plans were excellent.

I recommend Royal Estates for anyone wanting a comfortable independent living experience. There are opportunities for fun, entertainment, meeting new friends, learning experiences, and a lot of celebrations. There are several nice places in Wichita Falls, but Royal Estates had a much better value for the number and quality of amenities. Royal Estates is a blessing for my mom and our family. We all love and enjoy participating in family activities at Royal Estates. Mom is enjoying her life without cooking and cleaning. She feels safe getting her walking exercise and making new friends.
