We chose this facility at the time because I took lots of pictures and I showed my dad and he liked this one the best. It also has shorter hallways to the main areas so he could move around more. Overall, I would recommend to others and already have.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Strake Place . We chose this facility because my friend had her mom here and she highly recommended in. When we got my mom here she just absolutely loved it and she has improved a lot. It is the most warm and friendly atmosphere, they are sweet to the core. I would highly recommend them.

During the time our loved one has been there, they have taken great care of him. I am on a first name bases with the staff members, we really could not of asked for a better situation. We would highly recommend this community to others.

What stuck out to us about Mackenzie Place was it was close to my moms home, it was a small community but very cozy, and it was highly recommended. It was definitely the best one we looked at. I think the room sizes were just fine for my mom. The staff members here were great, not only to my mom but to our family as well. They did a lot of neat activities here as well and always had things for residents to do and they were always trying to get them involved. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This was an excellent community, the staff is wonderful and really cared. The facility was always kept very clean and tidy, and always had some type of activity going on. I would recommend this facility to others.

the only issue I had was they tried to charge us for an extra month so make sure you watch your bills. The facility was clean and well taken care of. My mom liked the food and the room size was ok. I would recommend this facility

My dad really likes being there, they do a good job taking care of the residence. Their communication is good and if I contact them take care of any issues immediately. The food is good but they could have more variety. I would recommend this community.

Very safe and loving environment. They know how to care for Dementia/Alz residents! They are amazing.

My Mother recently moved into Copper Canyon! Part of her Dementia was not wanting to eat. She had lost a lot of weight at the past facility she resided (one of the reasons she isn't there anymore!) All of the staff, and I mean, ALL, individually tried to get her to eat. She was offered so many different kinds of foods and Finally, there was one gal, a cook there, she would eat for! Everyday this wonderful lady takes time to sit with her, walk with her and she eats. This is truly amazing!! The effort from everyone there is amazing! They deserve 10 stars!

Over the years, I have made many decisions. Just a year ago, this past June, I made one of the best decisions I have ever had to make. I decided to leave the place I had lived in for 20 years and move into Emerson S. Collins. The community is beautiful, the residents are friendly and welcoming to the a newcomer. Management and staff are absolutely a blessing. They show such love and concern and care for us. In light of what is happening with Covid-19, I feel safe and cared for. Everything they do makes me thankful that they have put in proactive measures to keep us safe. So please think about Emerson S. Collins for your new home. You will be glad you made the decision to make it your home.

I am more than pleased with this beautify facility. It has given a new life for Mother. She hasn't felt this good about herself in 2 years. Staff is wonderful and caring. Thank You!!

I have lived here for only seven months. During that time I have felt cared for and safe. I have made friends and joining in activities, some had done before and learned some new ones. We have extraordinary people here who solve our many-faceted complaints, wants, and desires.

My husband and I are looking at places for my Aunt. She does not want to leave her home but we can no longer care for her. Everything about Copper Canyon was exactly what we were looking for. The interaction with the staff and residents was remarkable! It made me cry in how caring they are! All the department heads made a point to speak with us and ease our minds about putting her in a memory care facility! Our guilt went away! I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Copper Canyon. Everything from A-Z has been the best; care, communication, activities, meals and so much more! This is the best place we looked at!

We can't say enough about how incredible Copper Canyon was and how they helped us thru a difficult time. My mother was diagnosed with bladder cancer and needed short term assistant living immediately. We were so very overwhelmed with everything involved, and on top of it all, we had to do this out of state. Just mindblowing. The Copper Canyon staff helped us every step of the way in the placement and transition process. They did an excellent job of working with the TMC Hospice personnel in making sure Mom's comfort level was best as it could be, which gave us great peace. With the COVID19 situation and Arizona, a significant hotspot, we had substantial concerns about placing her. Copper Canyon took every step in making sure Mom was safe, along with everyone else involved. Mom was a very sharp woman and told it as it was. Everyone at Copper Canyon loved her. When we called, she would say to us what great meals she had and what a lovely and caring staff. Mom and her family very grateful and blessed we had found Copper Canyon. They made the last days of her life peaceful and loved.

The staff is wonderful and very caring. They are always ready to help in any way they can and are very attentive. They have helped my husband adjust to memory care living and always bring him the phone when I call.

My mothers life has improved greatly since moving to Lucas Place. I am very happy with how she is being treated.

Finding the right home (assisted living facility) for my Mom would have been a challenging proposition in the best of times. COVID19 really made the process a challenge. My Mother’s health and living circumstances suddenly presented me with what amounted to an emergency move for her into assisted living. And as her son I was not prepared for it. There’s so much to think about when deciding where to place your Mother in a particular assisted living facility. It’s emotional, but I knew the priorities were good health care and physical security. I was very fortunate to be able to place my Mom at Copper Canyon Assisted Living and Memory Care in Tucson, Arizona. The staff is competent and had the expertise to help me work through the entire placement process and transition. For me it is all about the staff. Those health care givers, cooks, and administrators are where “the rubber meets the road”. They are the individuals primarily responsible for my Mom’s everyday quality of life. The staff at Copper Canyon makes certain my mom eats properly, they prepare meals that my Mom says she likes. They assist her with bathing, dressing, and managing her medications. And as much as possible, help her move around in the facility and work to keep her mind occupied. Copper Canyon is determined to keep their residents healthy and safe during this pandemic and so far they are doing great. The bottom line is I am very happy with Copper Canyon and grateful to their entire organization for providing necessary quality healthcare to my Mom. 5 stars

We had a great experience. I have felt very comfortable with my mom being there. I felt is was very safe. In fact, my mom tells the director that she feels so safe that she sleeps good as night. We chose this community because after we went and visited several ,we liked the location, the feeling, and the amenities at Rose Place the most. I actually have five other classmates that have their parent there as well.

It is a great place, you should give it a try. The food is really good. We eat with them regularly. It is easy to find your way around the community. They have different floor plans to choose from. They have a pool and walking trail as well as a raised bed resident garden area.
