This facility has gone well beyond our expectations. My aunt loves the food, management, service personnel and people. Although she doesn’t participate in many of the activities she is impressed with the opportunities they provide. As an outsider observation I feel they are one of the top providers of senior living facilities in the area. Hats off to every employee that teams up to make the place a five star facility. Everyone is polite, friendly and always speak to the residents by name. Amazing package!

My dad moved from independent living to Chisholm Place assisted living. He needed the assistance and care that is available at Chisholm Place. The staff is professional and caring. The food is very good and the dining room is nice. We have also appreciated the transportation to and from doctor's appointments. Chisholm Place is a great place for Dad.

Our first entry into Mackenzie Place was made so easy by our Sales Rep [name removed]. Her hospitality and gracious spirit was such a comfort. She was well prepared with her tour of the facility and all the information on services and related costs. All of the staff has been wonderful, very friendly and willing to do what was necessary to make Mom feel at home. Mom is enjoying all the activities, and [name removed] has worked hard to accommodate Mom's visual challenges and encourage her. Best decision ever for Mom and for all of us.

Mom had never been anywhere but home. While she is not very outgoing the staff have always tried to get her involved. It seems like the residents enjoy it there. I talked with several residents and they all had positive things to say about the facility and the staff.Everybody seems to be very happy with a lot of activities and laughter. Mom is level three and needs more care than most the other residents, and they have taken wonderful care of her despite her animosity about not being at home. Her dog is allowed to come visit anytime and that is moms high point each day. The food, while I have not eaten there, looks excellent and smells delicious. As this is our first time dealing with and facility of this nature, the staff has been very helpful and understanding. Mackenzie Place is not as expensive as a lot of other facilities , but it has been a perfect fit. I highly recommend Mackenzie place for any one living in or moving to the Lubbock area.

Unfortunately my Mother only was there for 2 months. After living in the same home for 50 years it was a huge change. She appreciated everything at the facility. I highly recommend Chisolm!

Cedarhurst of Woodland Hills is truly a first class facility and the amenities are outstanding. Walking into the facility you will immediately see how nice every aspect of this community is. There is not a better facility in the area! Although I could go on and on about the facility, that is not what makes Cedarhurst outstanding. Literally every staff member cares so deeply for their community residents. This staff loves and serves their residents as if they were their own family all the way from the maintenance staff, dining staff, concierges, activities director, wellness staff, office staff, business manager to the executive director. My mother was a founding member of Cedarhurst when it opened in June 2015 and it has been a complete blessing having my mom live in this community. People are what always make a difference with any organization and you could not ask for a better group of people to entrust with your parent’s care. I can’t thank every staff member enough for all that they have done and how they have loved and cared for my mom over the years! I highly recommend Cedarhurst of Woodland Hills!

He is an excellent leader, he attends resident meetings and getting things done in a timely matter! He has the gift of making people feel good about themselves and makes this place feel like home. Chisholm Place is a very clean, caring, safe, loving, family environment for your loved one. When you enter the building you will receive a warm hello from the friendly ladies at the front desk and they will ask if they might help you in anyway. As you walk down the halls you will be greeted by friendly happy residents and care givers. The nurses and office staff are very professional and truly care about the needs of each resident. They go above and beyond helping your family member feel welcome and well cared for each day. Each resident brings their own furniture and decorations to make their room feel just like home. Delicious meals are prepared and shared in the dining room three times a day. There are game times, Bible studies, singings and special family events. Helpful staff at Chisholm Place are reliable and consistent to come to the resident's room each time the call button is pushed. Chisholm is a quality home for your loved one. I highly recommend it !

My 91 year old cousin is living here and she is so very happy! Everyone is kind, helpful and attentive. Her favorite part is that "the food tastes good!" Those of us caring for her are incredibly thankful for the wonderful staff at Chisholm Place!

[Name removed] at Greenfield Estates was warm and welcoming. She spoke to the residents calling them by name as we passed. The 1 bedroom we toured was spacious. The residents were actively participating in various activities. We really liked the community. Everyone was kind and helpful. We will strongly consider this place. L

My aunt lived for approximately five years in Chisholm Place and could not have been attended to by a more attentive, professional and loving staff. The facilities are spotlessly clean, the food wholesome and delicious, the activities fun and engaging. But most important is the constant love and engagement from the staff working there. They took my aunt from a withdrawn, solitary person and turned her into a happy and active member of that community. My aunt suffered from dementia and yet, I believe her last years were some of the happiest of her life. My family feels a deep and profound sense of gratitude to all the hardworking members of Chisholm Place

My Mother was able to experience the benefits of Chisholm Place. The staff was fantastic and made her feel like one of the family. She had lived in one home for 52 years and the folks at Chisholm made it a very smooth transition. Un fortunately she has passed but they took great care of her until the end.
