We chose the facility because the staff members here were so friendly, they introduced us to everyone and everyone stopped to talk to us.The facility is so comfortable and homey and it is not as large as some others we looked at. It is a more intimate setting which we really liked. It was set up in a square and there was a nice courtyard in the middle. We were very pleased with our experience here and I would recommend them to others looking.

The community is very resident-oriented. They get things done quickly and they are a very friendly staff and everyone here really likes the communictions. Communication is good and they keep us all well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Lucas Place because of the location, value for the money, they had availability, and they were super friendly over the phone. We do scheduled weekly visits with my mom and you are only allowed 15 minutes, but we are doing those inside finally. Hopefully restrictions will ease up in the next few months for longer visits. I will be so happy when covid is over and they are able to do more activities, we are really looking forward to that. It is in a great location, it is maintained very well, and the staff members are extremely helpful. I think it is the best bang for the buck in this area. I would recommend to others looking.

We were there only a brief time, but in that time they were out of this world amazing. The staff was so nice, so helpful, and so accommodating. My loved one needed a lot of help to move in, during Covid keep in mind, so they made sure I could go in and out as needed to help out. Anytime there were hospital stays or accidents, they called me right away to let me know. I'm so glad my loved one was able to live there for those few months. We were concerned before move in as our loved one was a big foodie and and loved to cook. But in the end, our loved one preferred to eat there instead of go out. She said she felt like she was eating at a restaurant, and the desserts were amazing!

Make sure you understand everything, the cost and the care that's provided. Be sure to negotiate. A Place For Mom was able to help us get placed in the community. I've been able to visit her apartment, and it's kept clean. The food is okay, but when there are options that our loved one can't eat, sometimes they bring her the opposite of what was selected. We understand though that with Covid, it's been overwhelming for everybody. Our loved one has been slow to warm up to the activities, but the ones she's tried she's been pleased with, including happy hours in the courtyard, and manicures.

My friend is in here and she has nothing but good things to say about the facility. We chose Bradfield Place because when we went to look it over and they provided a virtual tour. She liked it so much that we did not look anywhere else. Working with the director has been phenomenal, she is wonderful. When she first moved in she could not stand the food but recently she has been saying she has eaten every last bite on her plate. She is enjoying the activities they offer here as well, she likes to play bingo. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

The community took real good care of my loved one. The community could do better with communication but they are getting better. I would recommend this community to others

Very warm & friendly staff. All the guests were active, engaged in activities & seemed very happy. Everything was clean & very inviting. I would feel comfortable having my loved one there.

Top notch community. Friendly, professional staff. Immaculate. Whatever was on the menu for lunch smelled wonderful. We walked away very impressed.

The facilities are new and up to date, and the community is very clean. They helped get everything set up for my loved one and were very helpful. I would highly recommend this community to others.

We chose Mackenzie Place because their community relations girl we talked to, she sold the place with her kindness and demenour and you could tell that she really cared. The room sizes here are very spacious. My mom absolutely loved it here and I would highly recommend.

The community is spotless and the staff members are very helpful. We have had no complaints, and we were able to see some of the activities but due to covid they are scaled back. The community is expensive, but it is well worth it.

We chose Rose Place because of the affordability as well as the friendliness of the staff members here. We knew some of them and they thought highly of the facility. The room sizes are good, my mom and dad had 2 studio rooms with a door in between. The meals here are fresh and they have a good cook. I feel like the staff members really do care about their residents. I would recommend and already have.

I would recommend this community I feel it is one of the better ones.

My loved one was only there a few months and we were happy with the care my loved one received. Rose Place has a great dining area. The rate did go down, the more my loved one was able to take care of themselves.

From my perspective, it was an excellent place to be. the room sizes were great. I would recommend the community to others
