Overall, I am very happy with Lucas place. Their management team is very caring and hardworking, particularly, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] have been great. Other newer members of the management team also seem to be following in there footsteps. I have recommended Lucas Place to anyone who asks. Thank you.

We love Lakewell Place. Their customer support has been fabulous. The staff members are so dialed into their residents and what they need. They also work well with the medical community and the families. I cannot say enbough good about them and would absolutely recommend them to others.

My mom and dad moved in several years back. They both enjoyed living there. Since then my dad has passed. The residents and the staff of Lucas Place rally around my mom and wonderfully cared for her. Words can't express enough how much we appreciate the people of Lucas Place.

I did see activities going on in my visits to the facility however, my loved one was not able to participate. I saw them playing with a big stuffed dice with the residents. I would recommend this community. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was worth the cost.

We have nothing but good things to say about Hopkins Place. The staff are all very personable and always answered any questions that we may have had. All of the nurses here are just amazing, they cried as much as I did the night that my mom passed and that showed they truly cared. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

Even though our loved one has only been at the Emerson for a couple of months, our experience has bee excellent. They made the move-in process and getting her apartment all set up so smoothly, they gave us a list of things to expect during the move, how tings worked and gave us a list of recommended movers. The people there are so friendly, the director and sales managers are exceptional. There has never been a time where one of our phone calls go unanswered or not been returned. Our loved one raves about the food they have a professional chef, and incredible activities. Our loved one never feels alone, it has a community atmosphere to it, she never feels alone. Everyone is so hospitable. We have had no problems or complaints, we cannot say enough good things about Emerson South. It is a beautiful and clean facility, they are always making improvements. We love it so much we want to move there.

Good Community. Very promising, they took really good care of us.

Not just bingo and puzzles. You can play pool or go out for breakfast on Fridays. Features a sports bar with happy hour, offering beer, wine, soda and snacks. Also has theater with real leather chair seating with tray tables for food, where football games or Netflix movies are shown on a large screen. You can also choose a movie from a large collection. the dining room looks like a restaurant and has a menu, plus alternatives you can order instead. A chef can barbecue a hamburger for you at an outdoor grill. You can join a morning discussion group (with pastries). People here are happy and friendly both residents and staff.

We did look around at a couple of places and yes you can buy cheaper and yes you can hire home help, but what this community offers we think the value is reasonable, our loved one is being well cared for and we are pleased every time we go to visit. All we hear from our loved one is how good the meals are and we know the activities are good. At first our loved one was not wanting to partake in the activities, and now they are going twice a day.

This one was really close by, so we were hoping it was going to work out. But it was an older facility, and the apartments were small. They had done a good job of keeping maintenance up though. But you could see that it was outdated and need some updates. For my dad, it was too institutional. And he was looking for more male residents. At close to full occupancy, they only had 7 men total.

The staff has gone above and beyond to try to help my loved one. I moved her from a severe hoarding situation, and she has taken that behavior with her. They are very much on top of going through her trash and making sure they help keep that behavior at bay.

Our experience was unique in that our loved one's level of dementia got worse during the move, and once she moved in she tried to escape. So I would recommend that families make extra sure that assisted living is the right option for their loved one's needs. But Mercer Place was very supportive and proactive in helping us find a more appropriate memory care facility for her to move to. The Mercer Place facility was very good, it just needed a little more maintenance attention. But other than that, it was great.

The only thing my mother has complained about is that they do not season the food much. I would not put her anywhere else though. It is a small facility and she gets a lot of personalized attention. I would recommend them to anybody looking. She lives better than I do.

When I first walked in, I knew it was home. I love the people and community. I enjoy it each day. The best part is the friends I have made here. The food is great with a good variety. The chef is wonderful and everything is good. They have plenty of dessert options for the residents. The help is above a 10, they are all friendly, helpful, and go beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied. The community has water aerobics, lots of crafts, exercise options each morning, lots of activities brought in, weekly entertainment, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from. There is always something you can go to.

Mom was a resident for a mere 4 moths, but in that time felt loved and valued by all the staff. They also treated me with love and respect.

The Cedarhurst community is very well kept and the friendliness of the staff members is excellent. The meals and dining is super, the activities are super and the value for cost is right on target.

It wasn't easy deciding to move mom to a senior living place, but we are so pleased with our decision to move her to Bradfield Place. They are so kind to her and she feels loved.

This is such a lovely community. It is well-maintained and the staff here is so caring. Dad loves it here!

Grayson Place is a fantastic place to send your loved ones! My brother’s mother-in-law stays there and it’s truly a “home away from home.” The staff treats everyone like family and they care for our loved one with such compassion. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place that you can trust they will take care of your loved ones like it was their own family member. I have nothing but the utmost gratitude for Grayson Place. It’s truly been a godsend for our family!
