My mom has been at Lucas Place for one year, couldn't be more pleased. Level of care and concern and sincerity is amazing. When your loved ones need some help, this is where they need to be.

This facility is stellar! The staff is friendly knows residents by name, knowledgeable, and accommodating. [Name removed] the former Executive Director demonstrated the highest level of competence, care, and commitment.

Our loved one is eating well there so we have to assume the meals are good, and even though they choose not to participate in the activities when we visit they always have a lot going on. The value for cost and for what we paying it seems to be good.

We chose Cedarhurst of Woodland Hills because it seemed very updated and they were accommodating as far as letting us decorate and paint the walls in the apartment. It is a very bright, open, and lovely facility. The apartment size is great for her, the value per square foot was something we were looking at and it was very comparable. The only downside is that they are having trouble with internet access in the apartments themselves. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This is a really nice community. The director was great but for us the deciding factor was price and this one was too high for what we were looking for.

This community was very nice it was just to far away from where we wanted our loved one to be located at.

this staff is amazing - my dad has been living here for two years now and they are our 2nd family. They are quick to respond when you have questions and have done a great job keeping up with dad's changing medical needs. I could not do this without them. I will be forever grateful for all they do. They've earned a special place in heaven!

This is the most amazing place ever. My dad is so happy here. I would recommend it too anyone who wants to feel loved, taken care of and at home to consider Lucas Place for their loed ones. The employees are always so happy, welcoming, loving and kind. "10 star"

Lucas Place is a very nice place! They take excellent care of my Dad so I don't have to worry about him. The workers are all very nice and friendly.

We chose Broadmoor Place because of the family atmosphere and the value for the money was better than some others we looked into. Everyone of the staff members really truly cares about the residents. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

[name removed] was so kind and patient with my mother, brother and I. She took time to show us around and explain every detail of the facility and activities. She greeted us at the door and went step by step with us. The facility was extremely clean and sanitized, which was a major win with us. I definitely recommend Lucas Place and thank them for their support and time.

Hoyt Place is in a much better location for our family, much closer to home so we can visit our loved one everyday. The staff takes really good care of our loved one and really pays attention to her needs.

Due to our loved ones health they are no longer there, but during her staff the staff members were super friendly and nice. They really seemed to show genuine care for our loved one.

Thankful for the care my parents have received while at Lucas Place. My daddy always looked forward to the family meals each month.

Very clean and nice, the people are very friendly and helpful, I've been happy with them. The food is really great or so my loved tells me and they make sure my loved one eats the right kinds of food with a good verity to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour and we really did enjoy Lucas Place, it was our first choice, however after they evaluated our loved one due to her dementia she was just bound the care they could provide.

We had an in person tour and our experience was very positive, we just liked another community a little bit more.

My mother is at Lucas Place and has done very well. All the staff are great and there for her when she needs it. It’s her home now and she is very comfortable there. If there is no one to take her to the doctors they step in and make sure she gets to her appointment. The family appreciates everything they do for our mother. Thank you Lucas Place.

My parents moved into Lucas Place in [date removed] when they were in their 90s. Staff and residents welcomed them to the Lucas Place family. The facility has a wonderful homey atmosphere. When my mom passed away, staff and residents rallied around my dad which helped him tremendously. The staff has been fantastic at keeping the residents safe through the challenges of Covid and also storms. The staff was very helpful as my dad's health declined this year. He passed away a little shy of his 100th birthday. Staff and residents were like extended family. I appreciate them!
