I am in LOVE ?? with [name removed] and the Community. It is so bright and cheery with lots of color. The activity and movement was such a welcoming sight to walk into. It is an exceptionally beautiful place to want to live with lots of excitement that has lots of life to it which is exactly what any person in the whole wide world would want. If everything works as planned this is where I want to be.

The staff here were very supportive and always called to check up on my mom even after she was no longer staying here for respite. They went above and beyond and we really appreciated the and they were very helpful. It was a great experience and I would recommend to others looking.

My mom has lived there for several years. We are happy with the excellent facilities, events, and staff. They go out of their way to schedule events to share with the families. They are always responsive to concerns. I recommend Emerson South Collins.

Mackenzie Place was incredible, we would highly highly recommend this community to anybody. During the time our loved one was there they took great care, they did such a wonderful job. Our loved one loved the meals and the activities. They were somewhat loose on the covid restrictions, so our loved one was able to get out of his room and watch TV in the big room, The staff was incredible, the facility is beautiful and well maintained and very clean. They were so accommodating during the pandemic, and they knew isolating the residents was not the way to go which we really appreciated that. At one point they had a contest between the residents, so they wanted each residents to submit a recipe for them to add to the menu. Our loved one had picked out his recipe but ended up having to go to the hospital and passed. Even though he has passed away the community still wanted to have his recipe on the menu for everyone else to try. Our loved one had said to us at one point that we could not of found a more perfect place for me to live.

We chose Hopkins Place because they made us feel welcome and we talked to many residents and they seemed very friendly and happy so we went with our gut feeling and it paid off. It is a great place and we are very happy with them. They do seem to be having management turnover which makes me a little nervous. I would highly recommend to others looking.

These people are like family to me. They are so nice. I feel safe and loved here. It is wonderful.

My mom is very happy here. Well trained staff, excellent management staff. Mom needed clinical management, which was lacking in her last facility. Excellent clinical over site at Strake.

We love that the people there are very compassionate, they seem concerned about the residents well beings and are always very helpful. the cleanliness of the community is excellent, and the meals that are served are excellent. We do not know much feedback regarding the activities but we do know they have started to open back up.

The quality of the facility, the care and the people cannot be beat, compared to other places the value for cost is a five plus it is just fantastic. They have been really good with activities and providing different things, out loved one is really enjoying those. However, our loved one can be a complainer and a picky eat so from their point of view they think the food is okay, a little limited and cheaper quality.

The tour director, [name removed], was outstanding. Nice curb appeal, friendly to residents, garden area and facilities clean and appealing. Room was well maintained. [name removed] listened to my mom and didn't interrupt nor dismiss her with me present. She provided my mom with the dignity she deserves.

We cannot think of any red flags with this community, this was a huge leap of faith for our family and so far it has been a great experience. Every time we talk to our mother she has this lightness in her voice, she is so happy there. She is having more fun with the activities then ever before, her absolutely favorite is bingo. This community has really changed her outlook on life. Sometimes she is not the biggest fan of the food, but for the most part she is very satisfied.

Based on our virtual tour at Meredith Place, we though it was very nice. The woman who led our tour was very informative. This was a sister company to the place we ended up at, and the two were very similar. It was a tough decision. We chose the other community because it was closer to the VA.

Not too big and not too small but just right for loved ones needs. Our visit with the staff and marketing person was informative,friendly and casual. Activities,room sizes and regular practices were in line with costs.

The food is really good and they have a good variety. communication between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my exprience.

Lucas Place is a beautiful facility. I was able to meet [name removed] and she shared a lot of information with me and answered all the questions I had.

Facility was awesome, staff knew all the tenants. Mom is going to live there! Thank you so much!!

[name removed] was great to visit with and very knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know about Emerson. Very impressed with their community and this is definitely a place I can see my mom being happy.
