As we toured this community it felt cozy with a home like environment. We loved seeing how the team is so attentive to the residents there. (name removed) is so helpful and knowledgeable through the process. Thank you for being an excellent community! We can certainly see why you have a waiting list!

Concerned about our mom's safety (she is (age removed) and was living alone), my sisters and I had been looking at independent and assisted living communities, trying to convince her to move. But she was determined to stay in her own home until a fall and broken hip eliminated that option. We are SO glad that we had visited Broadmoor Place. The staff there welcomed her with open arms and open hearts; everyone there is so kind. She is making friends, getting needed therapy, and she loves the food. And her family has peace of mind knowing she is cared for and safe!

I have been coming to this community since 2006, as a healthcare professional. Broadmoor Place is so warm, and inviting. [Name removed], [name removed], and the team are always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They bring years of senior healthcare experience, and are passionate about the residents in their community.

A recent stay at Broadmoor was THE PERFECT PLACE for my father. The casual and inviting atmosphere coupled with the excellent care and affection offered from the staff, gave Dad a place to do as much as he wanted to do while given encouragement to participate in the many activities offered, all while receiving well needed, round-the-clock care. The beautiful remodel brightened the facility and brought a modern look that offers residents the opportunity to feel like they are at home. I recommend Broadmoor for individuals who appreciate living a casual life when the time arrives that care is needed. Thank you to each and every staff member who ALWAYS welcomed my (daily) visits with no hesitation.

Broadmore Place has been a blessing for my mom and our family. Its very comforting just knowing she's safe , well cared for and comfortable. [name removed] was my first contact at Broadmore , she's been in the retirement home community for quite some time. she is very good at making you feel at ease dealing with what you are currently having to go through at this stage in your loved ones life. Believe me there is no manual that covers all the emotions and trails you are about to go down, having both [name removed] to guide you through has taking all my worries away........

Emerson South Collins is beautiful and was just remodeled. The downfalls for us was the fact that there was no full kitchen in the apartments and my mom does all of her own cooking. Also the apartments did not have patios or balconies attached. It was just not the right fit for her.

Lucas Place is an answer to prayer! we are so satisfied with the level of care in this community. the staff is amazing! would recommend this place to anyone needing a safe, caring, loving place for a family member.

I have never been able to visit due to being out of state but we were super impressed with how quickly they were able to accept her once she was realized from a rehabilitation center. it was unbelievably wonderful.

We originally went with Bradfield Place as it was the most cost effective. Now that my friend has moved in, it feels like family. The other residents treat my loved one with care and are very friendly. I have only heard good things about the community from others. There was some initial confusion on the bathing schedule, but this was resolved by putting my friend on a specific schedule. The community is assisting with bathing, and medication management for my friend. The monthly fee includes the apartment, laundry service, utilities, three meals a day seven days a week, and housekeeping. There are staffing that are available 24 hours a day. Some of the activities available are bingo, outside groups coming to visit, and more for the residents to choose from. There is a wall calendar with all the activities for the residents to see. The food is enjoyed by my friend and they compliment all the time. There is a veteran's wall that includes pictures and stories of the residents to share their experiences with others and honor them.

Older building, had a lot of ramps. Everything was pretty spread out. Not really what we needed.

The Atrium has been a great experience so far, occasionally the staff may have a slight attitude but what they lack is made up for by the communities environment. Our loved one has a blood sugar issue and she has been really happy with the meals it is a big improvement. She is engaged a lot more and is surrounding herself with some really great people. The activities are good.

Our initial tour was so compelling we only toured one other facility. We have not been disappointed. Administration and staff are outstanding. Our relative seems to be very happy there and grateful for their service.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful and they gave great advise with how to proceed moving forward with certain things given this was our first time experience. We did not have any first hand experience with the meals but from what we saw they looked great. Once we saw the Wheeler Place we cancelled all other tours and overall it just worked out great

This has been a great experience with Emerson South Collins for us. My loved one enjoys the shopping trips, and outings the community provides for activities. They also have a weekly calendar of activities and menu of food being served they provide to the residents. There is a sign out procedure to ensure the safety of the residents when leaving the community for trips or to visit loved ones.

I would absolutely recommend Emerson South Collins! [name removed] was an amazing interviewer. she's the one who showed us around and gave the introduction. I've maintained contact with her ever since that day and she has been amazing. when I came by to pick up my brother for an outing, I noticed they had a pool tournament going on inside. everyone's very friendly and they keep the people busy. I'd give them all 5's across the board. the value exceeds the cost by far. this place has an amazing culture and location; and they give the residents access to Target and other stores, that way they can leave the site to pick up personal things for their hygiene and so forth. they answer everything, I'm never left with any question or concern.

The new nurse they have now is beyond amazing. She is always smiling, always willing to help, always makes sure my mother is taking great care of. I sure hope they don’t lose her. She is the best and they definitely needed someone like her..However, the director can be rude at times and seems like she doesn’t know how to run things, but hopefully as she gets older she will grow into the position.

I loved Legacy Ranch! We had a great tour experience with them. My loved one was just not ready for this type of care yet, it was not the right fit at this time.

This community was nice, however it just seemed to be over elegant it was just not really my loved ones style.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this facility, it would be great for those who are still physically and mentally able to care for themselves.

The staff are sharp and always willing to work with you at this community. My loved one really liked all of the meals at the community. I think one of the things is that you want to put your loved one somewhere that you want to be as well and I feel that here. There was a lot of activities and always something going but my loved one was not able to participate.
