This was a really good place for my loved one. I would recommend the community for the individuals who are more on the active side of life still. I think this is the best place my loved one stayed at. The staff communication with the family was good, and they were good at responding to questions and concerns the family had. The community worked well with the hospice the family selected.

The Winkler Place is a very nice, friendly and caring facility for my loved one. He is receiving very good care and says the food is delicious. He enjoys the activities and therapy.

We chose Emerson South Collins mainly because of the overall appearance of the facility, it presented really well. The staff were also wonderful during our tour. The apartment sizes are very nice, it has been a perfect fit for my mom. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I am in the process of looking for places for my spouse. I stopped looking when I got to The Lucas Place. [name removed]has been the most helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Going way beyond then she is expected. I’m having trouble getting the VA to give my husband his benefits. She is always a text away when I need her. I have never met a more caring person who loves what she is doing. There are not enough letters for this review to tell you how your staff are doing. [name removed] gave us a tour and she was absolutely down to earth. I have enjoyed my visits there and if I can’t get my husband in there, I will still tell everyone to bring their loved ones there..

Based on our tour, I thought Chisholm Place was a very nice place. And the staff seemed very friendly. It was just very expensive and more than my loved one wanted to pay.

Broadmoor Place is a beautiful community. The staff from leadership to Chef is absolutely outstanding. They go above and beyond for their residents and families. They make everyone feel welcome and valued. In the 20 years of being in healthcare, this is by far the best community I’ve ever been in. I’m grateful for such a wonderful community.

Although my loved one was not excited about moving to assisted living and behaved poorly toward the staff, the director and her staff loved her through the transition and provided additional support, care, and guidance. Now, my loved one has a smile on her face, knows the staff members by name, and enjoys the activities and services of the facility. When I come to visit, the facility is clean, smells fresh, and is bright with sunshine and happiness. My loved one speaks highly about the quality of the food served and the kind care she receives. I have noticed an improvement in her health since the staff are responsible for providing her medications and she is receiving proper nutrition. I also appreciate that my loved one is dressed each day and that she has a routine to follow. Overall, I am so grateful to the director and her staff for running a quality care facility; I recognize this is not an easy environment in which to work, yet they are always positive and extremely caring.

As a family, we struggled with finding a safe, clean and caring place for our mom. After touring different facilities, Lucas Place was our top pick! The staff is so kind and attentive. They've "bent over backwards" to make mom feel at home. We are beyond satisfied with Lucas Place! It is an amazing community.

The tour that Mercer Place gave us was wonderful, all of the staff were really good to us. Unfortunately the price was just way too much for what we were able to afford.

As we toured this community it felt cozy with a home like environment. We loved seeing how the team is so attentive to the residents there. Concerned about our mom's safety (she is (age removed) and was living alone), my sisters and I had been looking at independent and assisted living communities, trying to convince her to move. But she was determined to stay in her own home until a fall and broken hip eliminated that option. We are SO glad that we had visited Broadmoor Place. The staff there welcomed her with open arms and open hearts; everyone there is so kind. She is making friends, getting needed therapy, and she loves the food. And her family has peace of mind knowing she is cared for and safe!

They bring years of senior healthcare experience, and are passionate about the residents in their community.

A recent stay at Broadmoor was THE PERFECT PLACE for my father. The casual and inviting atmosphere coupled with the excellent care and affection offered from the staff, gave Dad a place to do as much as he wanted to do while given encouragement to participate in the many activities offered, all while receiving well needed, round-the-clock care. The beautiful remodel brightened the facility and brought a modern look that offers residents the opportunity to feel like they are at home. I recommend Broadmoor for individuals who appreciate living a casual life when the time arrives that care is needed. Thank you to each and every staff member who ALWAYS welcomed my (daily) visits with no hesitation.

Broadmore Place has been a blessing for my mom and our family. Its very comforting just knowing she's safe , well cared for and comfortable. [name removed] was my first contact at Broadmore , she's been in the retirement home community for quite some time. she is very good at making you feel at ease dealing with what you are currently having to go through at this stage in your loved ones life. Believe me there is no manual that covers all the emotions and trails you are about to go down, having both [name removed] to guide you through has taking all my worries away........

Emerson South Collins is beautiful and was just remodeled. The downfalls for us was the fact that there was no full kitchen in the apartments and my mom does all of her own cooking. Also the apartments did not have patios or balconies attached. It was just not the right fit for her.

Lucas Place is an answer to prayer! we are so satisfied with the level of care in this community. the staff is amazing! would recommend this place to anyone needing a safe, caring, loving place for a family member.

I have never been able to visit due to being out of state but we were super impressed with how quickly they were able to accept her once she was realized from a rehabilitation center. it was unbelievably wonderful.

We originally went with Bradfield Place as it was the most cost effective. Now that my friend has moved in, it feels like family. The other residents treat my loved one with care and are very friendly. I have only heard good things about the community from others. There was some initial confusion on the bathing schedule, but this was resolved by putting my friend on a specific schedule. The community is assisting with bathing, and medication management for my friend. The monthly fee includes the apartment, laundry service, utilities, three meals a day seven days a week, and housekeeping. There are staffing that are available 24 hours a day. Some of the activities available are bingo, outside groups coming to visit, and more for the residents to choose from. There is a wall calendar with all the activities for the residents to see. The food is enjoyed by my friend and they compliment all the time. There is a veteran's wall that includes pictures and stories of the residents to share their experiences with others and honor them.

Older building, had a lot of ramps. Everything was pretty spread out. Not really what we needed.

The Atrium has been a great experience so far, occasionally the staff may have a slight attitude but what they lack is made up for by the communities environment. Our loved one has a blood sugar issue and she has been really happy with the meals it is a big improvement. She is engaged a lot more and is surrounding herself with some really great people. The activities are good.
