We chose Spring Village because of the location for family, the value for the money, as well as the availability. They room size here is great for my dad. They do memos that they send to families from time to time but they havee always been excellent in regards to timeliness of their response. One of the things I was extremely happy with was the level of physical and occupational therapy my dad got. He came in here not able to walk and he is now independent and can walk with cane. I would recommend to others looking.

The community seems to be well run and communication is very good. The staff seems to be well trained and knowledgeable., and I comfortable with this facility. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We chose Spring Village at Danbury because we just felt that she would be more comfortable here. The staff members here have been very friendly and helpful. My mom is in a suite and it is good sized. From her room, she has a beautiful view of greenery. My mother has a window so we are able to go see her through window visits and drop things off for her. She is not the biggest fan of the food here, so we have been bringing her food. Overall, my mom is very comfortable here and they take great care of her.

They started my mom in a wheelchair and they shouldn't have yet. She doesn't walk anymore. Due to staff conveniences they made her go into a wheelchair to go to and from activies. She has gone down hill since this time. They have let us seen her via a window screen due to COVID. In the last month, two of the last four Friday nights they weren't prepared to bring her down to visit. This has been disappointing and having driven over an hour, it was disheartening. Since the virus no one on the second floor never answers after the hours the phone when I try calling. I have complained to the nurse, and they haven't done much about it. I have seen a change in behavior with the staff since my mom has gone down hill. I feel that in this medical field they should be more prepared. The receptionist goes above and beyond and helps us out very much. She will go out of her way to check on my mom, and my mom lights up when she sees [name removed]. They have activities; however my mom won't participate any of them. As long as someone is going for an assisted facility it is a great facility. If they have any issue that is out of the norm, I'm not sure how I would recommend. I would think that if they had an Alzheimer's floor they would know more about the progression and taking care of my mom.

Very impressive with management eager to please. Facility still under construction so unable to tour all areas. Does not have a Medicaid capability so would wind up in nursing home if we run out of money.

Clean, not to big, engaging with residents

I lived here for 2wks now, food is very good. The staff is exceptional, they treat you very well. The rooms and facility are very clean.

Been here a few months and like the personal care and caring all the people here give.

My mom and Aunt are now roommates here and they have a very nice, spacious room that they share. This community and its staff are just great, they show that they care about their residents. There are lots of activities and my mom and Aunt enjoy taking part in them, and they have lots of entertainment as well. They also have a nice patio out front with table and chairs so the residents can sit and enjoy being outside. Both my Mom and Aunt like going to the dining room and there's a nice variety on the menu to choose from. I would definitly recommend this community

My father is well in this community. He is safe, and receiving good care. We are pleased with all they have done for us.

Pleasant Tour of this Community.

My tour of this community was a very nice one. The experience went well. The community looked very nice, everything was nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and friendly. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. I was pleased with my tour overall.

This is a nice assisted living community. They offer daily activities and some nice amenities. The person that took us on tour was nice and knowledgable.

I cannot begin to thank you enough for everything you did for my Mom. Moving her was much harder than I anticipated primarily because I felt the loss of such a warm and caring family you have created at The Gardens. You have built such a wonderful environment for your residents.

Thank you again for all of your kindness and concern with your help and wonderful support team that has made Mother so very happy and truly feels this is her special home. I am forever grateful.

[Removed] was very nice and helpful. After visiting a depressing facility the day before, it was a breath of fresh air. Showers did not seem as safe as those at Grace Park. However, we could see our mom feeling home here.

So far everything is going very well for my grandmother here. It is a day by process, but she is holding her on here. My parents and I am satisfied with her move here. They know she is safe and in being cared for well. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. Overall this community has worked out well for us, and I would recommend it.

Appears well maintained, staff was active, friendly, good size rooms, reasonable costs.
