I feel confident that my Mom is comfortable and getting the care that she deserves for the money that is charged for her monthly living expenses and care. We need to have more places like this for her state and other states across the country. I hope to keep her there for as long as her personal expenses last. I feel that the nursing home health care is broken and it needs places like this facility available for all patients who need the proper care for memory care needs.

The care staff has been wonderful. They all work hard to individualize care for my brother with early onset Alzheimer’s. Hospice provides care and Spring Village staff works very collaboratively with the Hospice agency staff. The living space is clean and attractive. The only draw back is the lacking of social activities. The previous care center in another state was very enriching with activities-live local music performers, movement activities, frequent socials and animal visits. Even group television was enriching celebrating games, nature shows, classic movies and performances by contemporary artists. No TV reruns…I am hopeful the activities will improve.

The facility is award winning in the area and I can't say enough about the staff. They are so caring and friendly. They really go the extra mile. A real game changer for us is that my mom is allowed to have her cat there! The food could just taste better and the veggies always look way over cooked. To be fair, I've never actually tasted it. But it doesn't look that good and my mom and her table mates never seem that enthused, but that could be a symptom of age

Due to mom’s health she was only there for a couple months. But while she was there everyone was very kind and helpful. The facility is really nice and even though it has a large population, it felt very cozy. The staff helped mom with all her needs as she declined with such compassion. Dementia and aging parents isn’t easy and there is always challenges, we are grateful we had Spring Village to help is along this journey.

Friendly staff. Move in process was very easy. They need to pay better attention to cleaning the rooms. They clean each bathroom, but need to be asked to clean weekly. My mom enjoys the food, so no problems there.

We have a family member in this community, small, charming and everyone knows your name! Staff is very approachable and will always lend a hand. Clean and fresh smelling. Love the special attention given to residents when neede

My mother is a resident of Spring Village. My family and I are very happy with the facility.

My family member is doing very well. She is as happy as she can be, and they are doing a great job caring for her. We are much happier with her here then we were at [community name removed]. She is making friends and is much more involved.

Caring staff, sometimes confused communications. All in all I feel that my loved one is well taken care of. This location has 2 floors, assisted living is on the first floor. The director was very accommodating as our needs changed. They have had some inconsistency with caregivers.

I have had a great stay at Spring Village at Stratford. the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. severs did a great job, the other duties they did were to take care of the patients. food was tasty.

Spring Village is an excellent place. We chose this facility because out of more affordable for the care, it is a smaller place with only about 35 beds, and the memory care unit is brand new. I feel like I got more bang for the buck here than some others we looked into. I like that it is smaller because everyone knows everyone. I do feel like had some issues with the beginning with my wife's care and medication, but things are getting all worked out and everyone seems to be on the same page now. The staff have been accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

I think that Spring Village is a nice community. My loved one requires a more advanced level of care and could likely benefit from more care services. Spring Village currently has some issues with staffing retention, and my loved ones level of mobility requires a bit more attention. Overall, I do think this community is a nice place.

Bathrooms and rooms are clean. Food is very good.

Some of things at Spring Village were a 5 and others were a 3. The facility itself was absolutely a 5, the administrative staff and day to day staff were very accommodating and helpful to our family. That all gets a 5. The only reason we gave a 3 was at times they were short staffed, so when our loved one would call for assistance sometimes it woudl take them a good long while to come. However, we did really like the facility.

The facility itself is smaller, there are not a lot of big outside areas for residents. She is not a big fan of the food, they are more like cafeteria meals. The front desk staff we have interacted with have been very nice. For the money, I think it is a good choice. They have been on top of the covid situation and are keeping the residents safe. I would recommend to others looking.

There seems to be a shortage in staff and this has been a struggle. Overall, the staff has been very good to work with. The quality of the food is okay, the dining is still in the resident's rooms. There is one meal in the cafeteria and one in the resident's room. The community has a full sheet of activities available for the residents to choose from. The value is very good. [name removed]has been exceptional.

We chose Spring Village because of the location for family, the value for the money, as well as the availability. They room size here is great for my dad. They do memos that they send to families from time to time but they havee always been excellent in regards to timeliness of their response. One of the things I was extremely happy with was the level of physical and occupational therapy my dad got. He came in here not able to walk and he is now independent and can walk with cane. I would recommend to others looking.

The community seems to be well run and communication is very good. The staff seems to be well trained and knowledgeable., and I comfortable with this facility. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We chose Spring Village at Danbury because we just felt that she would be more comfortable here. The staff members here have been very friendly and helpful. My mom is in a suite and it is good sized. From her room, she has a beautiful view of greenery. My mother has a window so we are able to go see her through window visits and drop things off for her. She is not the biggest fan of the food here, so we have been bringing her food. Overall, my mom is very comfortable here and they take great care of her.
