We had my loved one stay at the Spring Village at Pocono for a respite stay. The care we had planned for backed out at the last-minute so we had to find a place for my mom immediately. The only negative was we that we had to pay for the whole month and she was only there for two weeks. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. It is a beautiful and clean environment and the property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. We would recommend Spring Village to others, just be aware that they will not prorate the amount of time your loved one actually spends there.

Had a great tour of this community. Courtney, the admissions director, made me want to move in. She was very helpful, took care of all my Dads needs for him to be placed here. We even got to enjoy our family vacation without any cares in the world...it was much needed. I thank the staff everyday when I visit.

Things are going well for mom since moving into this community. The staff are absolutely great. They have encouraged her to participate in some of the daily activities. She likes the food and she has started making friends. Her apartment is nice and they have well maintained grounds. The grounds are a little small, however it is perfect for mom and she enjoys the sitting area they offer outside. This is a good location for us and I would recommend it.

A friend of the family moved in last month. I visit almost everyday. Each time I go in everyone is smiling and friendly. Community is lovely and clean!! The family couldn't be happier where they placed their dad.

WOW! Spring Village at Pocono was a breath of fresh air after touring a few other homes. [Removed] gave us a great tour. She was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. There was a concert going on at the time we toured and all the residents were having a blast! We have an assessment set up this week.

I toured this community for the care for my mom. I was able to get my questions answered by the care that is available. They had a nice menu and the community was very clean. We would suggest others tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was very clean with a friendly staff. We chose not to move here because the community she was already in was able to match the price we wanted.

We cannot thank you and your excellent staff enough for all the extra care and special attention you have given Mom. We are very appreciative and know you all went above and beyond to meet her needs for as long as possible. For the past three years she truly had a wonderful quality of life at The Gardens. We miss seeing all of you and hope you realize what an important job you do. The Garden staff is second to none!

Everyone was so kind and showed so much compassion. The residents I met were really kind and thoughtful to us and our Dad. You have a wonderful staff. Short and sweet, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Words cannot express appreciation enough for all the efforts give by the staff at The Gardens 'home'. Each and every one of you does their point to come together as a team to provide the best care possible for all the residents. Thank you all for helping my mother live out her life as she wished,

I would like to personally thank the entire staff for the efficient and loving care my Father received when living at The Gardens for the past five years. He would constantly tell me what a great place it was to live. It was truly his home and you were all a part of his extended family. I can think of no better place for him to have spent his golden years than at The Gardens.

Words can not express what you have meant to us over the last several years, We love you all dearly.

I can't put into words what you all mean to the [removed] family. However I just wanted to thank you for taking care of him the last 6 plus years. The entire family is better for having met each and everyone of you. Thank you for the beautiful sympathy card. You are the best!

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful and caring staff at the Gardens who provided for [Mother] over the last three years. After visiting other Assisted Living facilities, we chose the Gardens; we are so glad we did. The entire staff really cares about the residents. You enjoy them, they are your friends, you look out for them and treat them as you would your own family. It is really hard to express the appreciation we feel in just words. We know you loved out Mother and she loved you. What the staff does is a real gift for all of those who have the benefit of living at the Gardens. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

I remember liking The Gardens when [removed] and I started looking for Daddy. I was impressed, but when we brought Daddy for his visit, I was sold. Daddy also always loved your musical entertainment; Music was a big part of his life. I could go on and on with compliments about how the last two years of his life were made better because he lived with you. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing nurses. It takes a special skill to run a facility like The Gardens. I don't know how you keep everything so organized while maintaining the warm, homey atmosphere. However you do it, you should keep it up. Thank you!

My parents were recently moved into Atria by me. My father had been neglecting his own health in caring for my mother at home. Mom is currently in the Memory Care area and Daddy is in the assisted living area. As his health improves we hope to put them back together. I needed to find them a place fast. Atria was in their town. My contact there [Removed] was wonderful, we coordinated a lot over emails and phone calls from my home in Florida. When I finally got to Stratford it was to see a beautiful, clean, friendly atmosphere that would be perfect for my parents. I brought Daddy over the next day to see the place, and he liked it. Right now when I talk to him on the phone he seems happy, he loves the food and he likes being able to decide for himself how social he wants to be. The care services are great, they notify me of any appointments they have and work really well with the private nursing service we use to get them around. All in all, Atria was the right choice for my family.

I have no complaints about the quality of care that my wife has been receiving from this community. She has said nothing negative about the food and has enjoyed participating in many of the activities they have to offer throughout the day. Overall I am pleased with Atria and would recommend this place to anyone.
