Our friend lives in SV in the dementia wing and has improved since she moved in. We are very satisfied with the care she is getting.

Our family had an in person tour and everything they offered was very reasonably priced, and it is a smaller facility which we liked. However the apartments were just not as nice or what our loved ones were looking for.

Everyone here from management to aides to cleaning staff are wonderful, caring and polite. When I leave my aunt I can go home and rest knowing she is well care for. I would recommend Spring Village to all my friends.

We feel very fortunate that there was availability for our sister to receive a room. At Spring Village the care residents were given throughout the pandemic was. Exceptionally staff was helpful to us at all times, and we were well informed. When problems arose, the surroundings at Spring Village are pleasant and feel homelike. She was very happy with the two years she spent there.

Excellent! Kind people, responsive, good care

This residence has been a blessing for both my mother and law and father in law. The staff is dedicated kind and compassionate. The living quarters provide ample space and are clean and cheerful. The meals are nutritious. Everyone works hard to keep the residents happy, engaged, and involved in various activities. The nursing staff is completely devoted to every residents care, and the aides are loving and patient.

They take extremely good care of my uncle. I show up at irregular times and he is always clean and cared for. He likes the food. And everyone knows him by name. He is happy and that makes me happy.

This community does a great job caring for residents. It is a home like environment from the moment you talk with the folks at the front desk.

Spring Village provided excellent care of my father during a very difficult time. The facility is well maintained and cleanliness is excellent. The medical staff is exceptional. I highly recommend Spring Village as a facility for yourself or a loved one.

I needed a place for my mom and had no idea where to begin. They helped me all the way. The staff has always been very kind to me and my mom. I enjoy spending time with my mom here. My mom is more active now than she has been in years at home by herself. I attribute this to Spring Village. They know what they are doing. My mother has lived at this community for about 10 months. They are attentive to her needs, provide opportunities to socialize, and my mother loves the people, the place and the activities.

my sister and I toured the community for our parents. We were pleasantly suppressed at the level of quality services being performed in all area's. The facilities were immaculate, the staff seemed to be readily available to the resident's needs and the food looked delicious.

Our hospice business has cared for multiple patients at Spring Village, and have always been impressed with the care provided in their community. The people there were great. My loved one was only there for a few days and then passed away. The staff were wonderful for the time that we were there. My loved one sat by the elevator everyday and loved the nurses there. Everyone was very nice to my loved one and made him feel very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend.

We found the staff to be courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the nurses feel at home and welcome.

This facility is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to care for seniors with memory problems. The staff is caring, friendly and so thoughtful.

I've been at Spring Village since 2016 and I love it. I like the atmosphere and all the people around. I enjoyed playing bingo and the concerts. Everyone is very nice and helps me with everything I need.

There are still some covid restrictions so we are not able to visit a lot but what we have seen of the community is very nice and well kept. The staff members have been wonderful. The meals and dining service is very nice and very accommodating. The activities are great and perfectly fine for what our loved one needs. The value for cost is absolutely great.

I moved my mom from one nursing home to Spring Village because the environment is cozier and the nursing staff are competent. The residents enjoy it here and I asked many about their experience. They can be short on staff at times, but there isn't one place I looked at that isn't short on help. Regardless, my mom is always taken care of, and we are pleased we found Spring Village!
