Our hospice business has cared for multiple patients at Spring Village, and have always been impressed with the care provided in their community. The building is clean and safe, and the caregivers are attentive to their residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Spring Village to my own family. Thanks for all you do.

The people there were great. My loved one was only there for a few days and then passed away. The staff were wonderful for the time that we were there. My loved one sat by the elevator everyday and loved the nurses there. Everyone was very nice to my loved one and made him feel very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend.

We found the staff to be courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the nurses feel at home and welcome.

This facility is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to care for seniors with memory problems. The staff is caring, friendly and so thoughtful.

I've been at Spring Village since 2016 and I love it. I like the atmosphere and all the people around. I enjoyed playing bingo and the concerts. Everyone is very nice and helps me with everything I need.

There are still some covid restrictions so we are not able to visit a lot but what we have seen of the community is very nice and well kept. The staff members have been wonderful. The meals and dining service is very nice and very accommodating. The activities are great and perfectly fine for what our loved one needs. The value for cost is absolutely great.

I moved my mom from one nursing home to Spring Village because the environment is cozier and the nursing staff are competent. The residents enjoy it here and I asked many about their experience. They can be short on staff at times, but there isn't one place I looked at that isn't short on help. Regardless, my mom is always taken care of, and we are pleased we found Spring Village!

Spring Village at Pocono is wonderful! They provide a warm and caring atmosphere while taking great care of their residents. The staff is very genuine and their dedication is very obvious when you step into the community.

Overall, the facility is very clean and organized, and they just provide full service to my mother's needs. She tells me she's treated phenomenally, and that takes such a weight off of my shoulders. She's eating well and enjoying the food. They are very active with her in offering activities. I never expected a place could be so great.

We chose Spring Village because of the value for the money, they have an inclusive price. They also were very flexible and the staff members truly care, they really check in on their residents. They are great with communication, they always call if there are any questions or concerns. From what I have heard, it seems like they have a good variety on the food menu. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Spring Village at Danbury because the girl we spoke with was very nice and we had a good feeling about the facility, so we decided on this one. I really like that the facility itself is not very big, so it is more personalized care. I would recommend t o others who are looking.

Due to some of the covid restrictions I have only been able to see the lobby, but the lobby was very clean. Our loved one seems very pleased with the meals and dining service. We do think the activities are limited, but also our loved one is physically limited so we just are not sure exactly what or how many activities are going on. It is pretty pricey, but this community is by far the more efficient when it comes to cost for the amount of care our loved one is receiving.

We did not get much feedback about the meals while our loved one was there, but we do know they always gave her plenty of food. The value for cost was excellent, and the staff members were all just very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I have two family members living at Spring Village. They are always having activities for the residents. The entire staff is very attentive to everyone and everything. I would have no hesitation recommending Spring Village.

We just moved my mom into this facility, but I have been overwhelmingly impressed with everything I have seen do far. The facility is beautiful, the residents are active and happy, and the staff is phenomenal. It's clear they fully understand the responsibilities with the memory care residents, and they are competent and professional. I look forward to to my mom's future here with confidence

It seems nice and the people seem nice. The community is smaller and my mom seems to like it here.

We chose Spring Village because it seemed that it was going to exceed our expectations and it did. The room sizes here were standard. There is one staff member here who took us through the tour, she was extraordinarily helpful with presenting herself, her staff, and the facility. I would absolutely recommend them.

The community was one of the best things we could do for my mom. The prior place seemed more a warehouse, and because of this she ended up in the hospital. However, Spring Village was able to turn this around for our mom. She is able to do puzzles and read, along with other items. This experience has given her the ability to do the things she loves. The staff is very caring.

Wonderful home with extremely caring and dedicated staff. The degree being taken to keep all residents safe, especially during VOCID, has been outstanding. The visiting booth they built has been a great way to see my mom.

Spring Village at Danbury is a very kind, caring place. The staff is very helpful to loved ones, especially the social woker, [name removed]. She is a true gem. Especially in these difficult times of COVID, [name removed] has been my saving grace.
