Spring Village at Dover is an amazing community. They take fantastic care of my Uncle and I am so grateful that we found them. They are clean, caring, and offer delicious food.

Overall positive experience for my mom and our family. She has adapted well to her surroundings and staff. She is in a happy place and we know that she is safe and well cared for!!

We decided on Spring Village because our tour was really great and the director is absolutely fabulous. We just felt very good about the place and it was close to my mothers home so she was in a familiar location. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, especially to us when we go to visit. My mother seems to be pretty happy here which makes us happy.

Choosing a care facility for an ageing parent can be daunting. From my first tour at Spring Village to moving my mom in, I felt confident that I made the best choice for her. I was most impressed with the kindness and care that the staff displayed when interacting with the residents.

[name removed] has been so helpful and caring during this difficult time. My mother is reaching the end of her life and due to being unable to give her the care that she needs, we found Spring Village. The feed her, take care of her medications, work with Hospice, check on her multiple times a day, and help her with washing and anything else she may require. I am very thankful for Karolina and the staff at Spring Village. It's nice to have someone I can trust with the most important person in my life. I only checked NA for activities because my mother does not have the strength to participate, otherwise there are a lot of things to do (Bingo, movie room, puzzles, card games, library, happy hour, etc.).

Eighteen months ago mom moved to Spring Village during Covid. It was huge leaving her home and with the help of all the staff she is doing really well. Mom suffers from dementia and it has been life changing for her and the family. [name removed] constantly does activities with the residents and is so attentive to them I can't say enough about her. [name removed] nursing director is priceless as well as her staff. The executive director was so helpful in moving mom in and explaining all We couldn't find a better place. The staff when moving our loved one in had been so comforting and very friendly about the entire transition. They have really done a great job taking care of our mother, great job overall with her moving in. They have been fantastic with everything thus far. My mother doesn't necessarily want to be there but they are making it as comfortable as possible for her.

I feel that Spring Village is so lovely and homelike. Such pleasant surroundings and the staff is wonderful with the residents. A great place to call home

Thank you to the staff of Spring Village. The great care saved my life after I had a stroke. Physical Therapy was amazing. I can walk on my own, lift my arms, and comb my hair thanks to [name removed] and the nurses.

We are so happy here and this is the 3rd home dad has been in. It's the best by far. We are so pleased and Dad is so happy!

Spring Village is a beautiful facility, their staff is friendly, thoughtful and caring. All through the entrance process our needs were met at every step.

Spring Village is great at what they do. The staff work hard at taking care of my mom. She has improved significantly since being at Spring Village.

Recently transitioned my mother from one facility to Spring Village. They were very accomdating.

Our families experience has been excellent so far, it is a smaller community so the staff are able to stay in touch with you easier. Our loved one is getting very good care there. We really like the interaction with the directors, and the entire staff team. They are very involved with the residents and easily accessible.

I was here for respite for several weeks! The staff was extremely helpful and always kind. Going above and beyond the normal duties. I highly recommend this assisted living place.

Today I did a virtual tour with C[name removed]. She had expert knowledge of the entire tour. The unit we visited was spacious and the amenities were very welcoming. There were also several activities in which a person could become involved. We see our mother here in the future.

I would tell people that this is a good community for your loved one. They have activities like t.v., board games and more for the residents to do. The staff are also good.

I've been pleased with the nursing care that my step mother has received for her respite stay. The nurses have been attentive and proactive and have communicated well with me. The other staff have been friendly and helpful. That's helped relieve a lot of worry.

My brother and I moved mom to Spring Village in early October 2021. We have been very happy with the facility, the services and the people. The building is clean and bright, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are multiple services that are a great addition to her every day comfort and needs.
