Recently transitioned my mother from one facility to Spring Village. They were very accomdating.

Our families experience has been excellent so far, it is a smaller community so the staff are able to stay in touch with you easier. Our loved one is getting very good care there. We really like the interaction with the directors, and the entire staff team. They are very involved with the residents and easily accessible.

I was here for respite for several weeks! The staff was extremely helpful and always kind. Going above and beyond the normal duties. I highly recommend this assisted living place.

Today I did a virtual tour with C[name removed]. She had expert knowledge of the entire tour. The unit we visited was spacious and the amenities were very welcoming. There were also several activities in which a person could become involved. We see our mother here in the future.

I would tell people that this is a good community for your loved one. They have activities like t.v., board games and more for the residents to do. The staff are also good.

I've been pleased with the nursing care that my step mother has received for her respite stay. The nurses have been attentive and proactive and have communicated well with me. The other staff have been friendly and helpful. That's helped relieve a lot of worry.

My brother and I moved mom to Spring Village in early October 2021. We have been very happy with the facility, the services and the people. The building is clean and bright, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are multiple services that are a great addition to her every day comfort and needs.

I feel very fortunate in finding Spring Village at Dover and am extremely impressed with the facility and staff. They are so supportive to all the residents and their families. My husband is happy, content, and safe. It's a huge comfort to know that he is being well cared for and I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart to the staff and management of Spring Village at Dover.

Excellent staff, easy to work with. Real team players-I'm a visiting nurse and go to many buildings-at Spring Village. They are always psoitive a care about the pt's in all aspects. Always asking to help when needed! Great place.

Spring Village is the best community! Very inviting and feels like home!

I feel that my mother is well cared for and the staff is an exceptional group of people that always tries to meet the needs of their residents. As mom always says "they spoil me here". What more could a family ask for?

I have lived here for 5 years. There is no problem that can't be solved. Everything is taken care of. Food is fine. You don't have to worry everything is taken care of by the staff. The burses are very good and helpful.

I am happy living here mainly because of the wonderful attention I get from staff and [Name removed] I enjoy having meals with friends. I enjoy the activities, we are kept busy and look forward to bingo. This is home now.

It's a beautiful place. [Name removed] in activities has been great to me. I've become good friends with other residents.
