We chose Spring Village at Danbury because the girl we spoke with was very nice and we had a good feeling about the facility, so we decided on this one. I really like that the facility itself is not very big, so it is more personalized care. I would recommend t o others who are looking.

Due to some of the covid restrictions I have only been able to see the lobby, but the lobby was very clean. Our loved one seems very pleased with the meals and dining service. We do think the activities are limited, but also our loved one is physically limited so we just are not sure exactly what or how many activities are going on. It is pretty pricey, but this community is by far the more efficient when it comes to cost for the amount of care our loved one is receiving.

We did not get much feedback about the meals while our loved one was there, but we do know they always gave her plenty of food. The value for cost was excellent, and the staff members were all just very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I have two family members living at Spring Village. They are always having activities for the residents. The entire staff is very attentive to everyone and everything. I would have no hesitation recommending Spring Village.

We just moved my mom into this facility, but I have been overwhelmingly impressed with everything I have seen do far. The facility is beautiful, the residents are active and happy, and the staff is phenomenal. It's clear they fully understand the responsibilities with the memory care residents, and they are competent and professional. I look forward to to my mom's future here with confidence

It seems nice and the people seem nice. The community is smaller and my mom seems to like it here.

We chose Spring Village because it seemed that it was going to exceed our expectations and it did. The room sizes here were standard. There is one staff member here who took us through the tour, she was extraordinarily helpful with presenting herself, her staff, and the facility. I would absolutely recommend them.

The community was one of the best things we could do for my mom. The prior place seemed more a warehouse, and because of this she ended up in the hospital. However, Spring Village was able to turn this around for our mom. She is able to do puzzles and read, along with other items. This experience has given her the ability to do the things she loves. The staff is very caring.

Wonderful home with extremely caring and dedicated staff. The degree being taken to keep all residents safe, especially during VOCID, has been outstanding. The visiting booth they built has been a great way to see my mom.

Spring Village at Danbury is a very kind, caring place. The staff is very helpful to loved ones, especially the social woker, [name removed]. She is a true gem. Especially in these difficult times of COVID, [name removed] has been my saving grace.

The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and caring. My mother is very well cared for. She is more alert and engaged since coming to Spring Village. The staff communicates with our family regularly. We could not be happier with our decision to choose Spring Village at Dover.

[Name removed] has exceeded my expectations regarding wonderful care for my dad. My dad has visited his friend at this community several times, staying a month or more during each visit. [Name removed] has been kind, sweet, courteous and consistently responsive to any concerns or requests I have had. She has and continues to facilitate Facetime visits for my dad and his friend. It is because she is so conscientious and diligent that she does, that I feel confident and reassured when arranging for my dad to stay at this facility. She truly is a gem!

Spring Village has been very helpful in moving Mom into their memory care facility. We are a very close knit family that never pictured Mom anywhere but home. The transition, though difficult for all of us, has been made smoother by the knowledge that Mom is at a place that keeps her engaged and happy. Spring Village has been wonderful about working with me to set up visits and the Director, [name removed], has always been available and insightful with her advice and assistance. This transition has been made ever more complicated by the Covid-19 pandemic, yet Spring Village has gone above and beyond to to ensure I am still able to see and speak to my Mother while also keeping her protected from the risk of infection.

We moved my mom into Spring Village at the start of COVID-19. She's been there 6 months now. I can't say enough about everything they have done for her. Kind, compassionate, caring are just a few words that come to mind. She's thriving, moving more, happier and happier every time we talk to her.

I feel very comfortable that we made the best placement decision when I hear my spouse say: “everyone here is nice...I have a couple of friends... ...the food is very good... I’m never hungry... ...it’s nice to look around at the pretty decorations and it’s very clean... ...nobody makes me do anything I don’t want to do...” I find it worth the two and a half hour round trip drive to see him in such capable hands. Staff ([name removed]) was so kind, thoughtful and responsive during the transition. I feel so very supported.

We are so happy we chose Spring Village at Dover for my brother's care. He developed Dementia at a young age and wanted to continue to live on his own. We new he wouldn't be able to so we started our search for just the right place. Spring Village is that place. They are continuously engaging him. He eats great meals, medications on time in the right amount, and his hygiene has improved greatly. He does still call multiple times a day, asking the same questions, but this is to be expected. Now I know he is being cared for and is safe, so every call doesn't have the same sense of urgency as when he was on his own. Not being able to tour facilities currently like we were able to, makes the families decision even harder. Thankfully we had the ability to tour facilities and as I said before we couldn't be happier with our decision. Residents are not just Residents at Spring Village they are Family. I can only imagine what Spring Village has in store for their residents once Covid-19 is over and gone!!

Spring Village Dover is a wonderful place. Both of my parents are there. It gives me peace of mind that they are being cared for by a phenomenal staff. They give updates and send photos, which is great because I do not live close by. It is also a beautifully decorated facility. It has a very homey feel. I highly recommend this place!!

My parents were both residents at Spring Village. I cannot say enough about the staff there! They are friendly, kind, compassionate, and respectful! They are very attentive to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean, food is tasty (per my parents). My dad has been in the memory care unit for the past 8 months, and the staff there were the best.

Spring Village is a great facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Feel like they are apart of my family. I visit my Dad frequently even during nonbusiness hours and I'm always greeted with hellos and smiles.
