The staff members are outstanding. Whenever I visit my parents, the receptionist is consistently helpful and addresses all my queries. The community maintains a consistently clean and fresh ambiance, making it an exceptional place to be.

Spring Village at Pocono has been great for my dad. He thoroughly enjoys the diverse range of activities, with bingo and happy hour being his absolute favorites. The supportive environment and exceptional care have also played a crucial role in his remarkable progress, as he's now walking again thanks to the dedicated team at Fox Rehab. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Spring Village at Pocono has had on our family's life.

Spring Village at Pocono has been an incredible experience for my dad. The abundance of activities, family parties, and the exceptional level of care and meals have made his stay here truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure he's engaged and comfortable, and the variety of activities keeps him active and entertained. The family parties have been a fantastic way for us to connect and create lasting memories. Overall, Spring Village at Pocono has exceeded our expectations, providing a warm and enriching environment for my dad's golden years.

Our visit to Spring Village at Pocono for a lunch tour was wonderful. My mom and I truly enjoyed the meal and learning more about what Spring Village has to offer. We were seated in a beautiful private dining room, while residents dined in the main dining area. It was heartwarming to see the residents enjoying their meals, chatting, and sharing laughter. A positive and welcoming atmosphere overall.

As a home health care worker, Spring Village is truly one of my favorite communities to visit. The people here are exceptionally kind, the facility is clean, the food looks enticing, and the residents always radiate happiness. It's a special place that embodies care and positivity.

When reset with our family members and had a lunch tour. We were very impressed with the service and the quality of the food. We spoke to the residents about the food at Spring village. And they were very happy with their menus. The dining director caters to the presidents on a weekly basis. Highly recommend!!!

I had a very positive experience touring Spring Village. The facility was impressively clean and beautiful, with no unpleasant odors. What stood out most was how kind and welcoming everyone was; people said hello as we walked through the halls. It gave us confidence that my parents would feel comfortable living there when the time comes, even though we're not considering a move until next year.

Staff is very professional and caring. Very attentiv. Clean and hospitable. Food service was great and the never repeated the menu items. Great variety of food options daily. I would definitely consider this place for loved ones.

This place is clean and really nice. The staff is friendly, they are compassionate and extremely kind. To my surprise, the food was great! Overall a wonderful place to be if you need assisted living.

I had been struggling to find the perfect assisted living facility for my mom, and Spring Village at Pocono turned out to be a promising start to this journey. [name removed] was incredibly helpful in sending me a list of facilities and arranging tours, making this process much smoother. My first visit to Spring Village left a positive impression, and it's very likely that I'll choose it for my mom's future residence. Despite my emotional state during the visit, [name removed], one of the staff members, was exceptionally kind and supportive. Her invitation for my mom and me to return for lunch and her suggestion to join their Friday happy hours was a thoughtful gesture that showed they truly care about their residents and their families. I didn’t want to secure one of their one-bedroom suites during the tour, I appreciate that they understand my timeline and are flexible about it. From what I've seen and experienced, I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Village at Pocono.

It's been such a great to see how well my dad has been doing at Spring Village! He really seems to be enjoying every aspect of his time there. He's a big fan of the concerts, bingo, and, of course, the highlight of his week, the Friday happy hour in the lobby. The fact that he's having such a great time at these events speaks volumes about how well Spring Village caters to its residents' entertainment needs. Additionally, the care staff at Spring Village deserves a special mention. From the front desk to the kitchen staff and even the housekeepers, everyone has been exceptionally kind and helpful. It's heartwarming to know that they go above and beyond to make sure residents like my dad feel comfortable and cared for.

She was not only knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities but also took the time to listen to his needs and preferences. Throughout his time, they consistently provided top-notch service, always ready to assist with a smile. The entire staff at Spring Village at Pocono seemed to share [name removed] dedication to creating a positive and inclusive environment. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a wide range of activities and services for residents. When my dad passed, we left Spring Village with a deep sense of gratitude for the entire staff who made his stay so enjoyable. If you're considering a place consider this the place

My family is so grateful to have found Spring Village, [name removed] and the entire staff. Both of our parents-who are 87-moved in during the spring of 2023 and it has turned out to be the very best decision. They were at home within a day. Everyone is helpful. When they want to be alone-they can be alone in their apartment-if they want to be around people-they go to the activities. It is a perfect balance for them. The meals are definitely a highlight and at this point in their lives really give a form to their day. The meals are delicious and just the right portion size too. There is quite a variety to keep things interesting. They have special days for barbeques and other events. They always have special guest musicians or speakers coming through. [name removed] has been especially accommodating with allowing our very large family to meet in private areas on Easter, Mother's and Father Day. My parents feel SAFE at Spring Village-and that is the most important thing of all. So happy!

We picked this community, because it was only memory care, not a combined facility. Also it was a nice new building (3 yrs old) that seemed (and proved to be) a comfortable and happy place. I would recommend Spring Village to anyone. Staff is TOPS. Smart, kind, caring and there for the residents...from the cleaners to the directors...they are a team. I recommend Spring Village all the time, same as I recommend A Place for Mom.

Spring Village was a blessing for my Mother and my family. My Mother had gotten to the point where she could no longer be left alone and required around the clock care. Spring Village more than provided this care for her. [name removed] was like an Angel that had been sent to watch over her for her last days. She went so far above and beyond her duties and personally helped her with grooming, companionship, and getting hospice care. [name removed] is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever know and my brothers and I are eternally grateful for all you’ve done for our family.

My family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Spring Village at Stratford! The staff are kind, thoughtful, and supportive of the residents and families. Everyone here is very friendly, and there are activities to keep the residents engaged and social. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones!
