The staff here is very attentive and caring with my Aunt who has been in their care for 3+ years. They always answer our calls/questions and go beyond expectations to help her and us. They are a big comfort to us since we live pretty far away. [names removed] and everyone have been phenomenal.

I find it hard to believe that care needs aren't met because, in my case, both my parents thrive in this community. The staff, including [names removed], go above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional dedication and hard work. Whenever we need assistance, a simple call to these care managers ensures everything is promptly taken care of. I can confidently say they deserve not just 5, but 10 stars for their outstanding service. It's rare to find a place with such a committed and long-standing staff – most of them have been there for years, a testament to the positive work environment. Spring Village has become a second home for my parents, providing not only great care but also a warm, family-like atmosphere. I challenge anyone to find a place with a more devoted and attentive staff. Without hesitation I highly recommend Spring Village.

The Spring Village of Danbury community has the the feeling of a family. When you enter the building, you are always greeted by a smiling face. The staff is always friendly and genuinely cares about the well being of all residents they serve.

We have a family member at Spring Village. Small, loving community where everyone knows her name. Very clean, affordable and always someone to help us. Staff loves the residents, takes time with each one and truly loves what they do and it shows.

Very nice facility with caring staff. On-site therapy, hairdresser, nursing. Monthly concerts, daily bingo, crafts, etc. Friendly and nurturing. Clean and cute apartments. Laundry and housekeeping included.

The staff has taken great care to help her feel loved, safe and cared for, and has worked with us, her family, helping us in every way to navigate this new life with our loved one. We could not be more pleased with the care she is receiving at Spring Village.

We do wish the rooms could be a bit larger. It would be great if the residents could get outside more. However, we are so far we are happy with the facility and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.
