They were really wonderful to my mom. They were great. They were attentive, kept her involved, and took good care of her. I really don't have much more to say. Based on the experience we had with Spring Village at Dover, we would definitely recommend them to other families.

My mother has been living with y family for 4 years. After extensive research, we found Spring Village. I am at peace that I could find another home that will care for her like I would.

From the first moment we visited and toured Spring Village at Stratford, we could tell they were different from the other facilities. They don't just go above and beyond - the staff sincerely cares about their residents and their quality of life. It was a difficult decision to move dad from California to Connecticut to be closer to his family. We interviewed over 9 facilities and Spring Village was alone at the top. Once we met with the staff and spoke with residents of the Spring Village family - the decision was easy. The Director of Community Relations is gold. She made sure that dad was not just comfortable but welcomed and loved. Because dad was happy and well-cared for, our worries vanished. If you are looking for a facility that provides top-notch service and sincerely cares about your loved one - consider Spring Village at Stratford. Simply - Outstanding.

The two head of nursing and community relations director are always acommodating, and available. Most of the aides are caring, friendly, and pleasant. I can't speak highly enough, about the director of community relations.

It's a terrific place. I wish that my mom had moved there sooner than she did. The other residents are really nice. She made friends right away. The Community Relations person [name removed] is very genuine and caring with great follow-through. The day-to-day caregivers were nice. I was there almost every day so I really say what goes on there. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The caring staff is what sticks out most. They truly care about my brother and keep me well-informed if there is any issues. Everyone is so nice when I go to visit, it is a pleasure being there. I cannot say enough good things about them. My brother absolutely loves it there too. It is an amazing place and has made such a difference in our lives. I would absolutely recommend Spring Village at Pocono to others.

Mom is very content, safe, active and well taken care of at Spring Village..... gives me great peace of mind!

We've been so pleased with everything here. They really do go above and beyond at this facility. The Director of Community Relations is top notch, she's always open to our concerns or requests for personal needs/assistance for mom. We don't have any worries about mom being here, let's put it that way. We couldn't be more pleased with the staff. They even do the little things: set up a private section in the dining area for us to join mom for meals, work with her to make sure she changes her clothes everyday (they take time to notice if she has or hasn't and to assist her if she hasn't), help her separate her dirty laundry and organize her closet, etc. Mom isn't in Memory Care, but she does have some Cognitive difficulties and they work with her so well to help her with those. Again, above and beyond. They're providing her with some Memory Therapy and Physical Therapy, as well. Mom says the food is good, even the staff likes it. My sister visits very frequently and is also very happy with everything. Housekeeping is often and trash is daily, mom is happy with those also. Everything is just done very well here. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

I love the family feel of this community. The staff really cares about the residents and staff. The music playing throughout the building, the great food and activities make it feel like home! I would recommend this community for anyone looking for a loved one!

I moved my grandmother into this community a few months ago and it has been the best decision I have made. The staff are very kind, caring, and compassionate. I cant thank them enough for all of their assistance. I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend Spring Village at Dover.

It was very hard for Mom to leave her home, but Spring Village made it so much easier for her and her family. The kindness and special care and family atmosphere makes it a special place!

Interior is a clean, friendly place. We were daily greeted upon entering and leaving in a friendly, welcoming manner. Staff members are very pleasant and accommodating in meeting the needs and requests of the residents. My family member was consistently treated with dignity and respect.

After being pleasantly greeted by the receptionist daily, we found the rooms tidy and comfortable. The nurses prepared and distributed medications on time. My brother always spoke about the chef and his tasty meals. His stay was longer than he anticipated, but enjoyable.

We placed Mom in Memory Care at Spring Village in 2020. It was a difficult decision during the pandemic, but we have been so very pleased in every way. We expected Mom to have a rough transition, but the one on one time the staff spent with her and the loving attitudes of all the staff we have worked with put us at ease. We highly recommend!

Nice facilities and good food. Caring considerate staff, good regular activities and special events. I'm glad my parents can call this their new home. They love playing bingo and going to happy hour on Fridays.

The residents and staff are all very friendly. There always seems to be something for the residents to participate in. The front desk staff are very welcoming when entering the building. I highly recommend coming and checking them out

I cannot say enough great things about [name removed] and the staff here. [She] was an amazing problem solver and was so proactive in helping with an incredibly complicated situation. I know we will continue to have a great place for my mother here at Spring Village! Thank you!

The reason I did not choose Spring Village at Pocono was because the memory care unit was all the way up on the third floor. I did not feel comfortable having him up there because I kept thinking to myself "how do you get all of these people out of the building if there is an emergency?" Other than that it looked like a good facility.

At 89, having spent nearly 3 months in hospital suffering from the effects of Covid, then moved to a rehab facility to help her walk again, I, and my siblings decided to move my mom to an assisted living facility. After extensive research of all the facilities we decided on Spring Village on friend’s recommendation, positive reviews, plus the zoom interviews with [name removed]. It was a big step for my mom, as well as for us her children. Needless to say, it was the best decision taken. The first two weeks were difficult for my mom, and for us, but the care givers , nurses, managers, even the chefs were amazing. Everyone was so sympathetic, caring, loving, and very professional at the same time. They made her feel special, loved and family. Fast forward 3 months later, my mom is a different person, independent, happy can walk again with the assistance of a walker, thanks to the occupational therapist and exercise she gets on a weekly bases. We definitely recommend.

We love this community and cannot be happier to have found it. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that take care of my mom. Also, thank you to all the dining staff for preparing wonderful food.
