It is a great place to live. They show me great care. We have good activities. I am allowed to be creative. The food is good. I like making friends in the dining room. The nursing staff is great.

I am very happy here. I am pleased with the activities food and [name removed] makes this place a home. I feel very secure here.

My mother is 89. Last January I noticed a marked decrease in memory and ability to handle everyday tasks. I searched for a care facility and was luck y to find Spring Village. The staff and management have proven professional and caring. She expresses trust she likes it there. The management has done a commendable job in handling the COVID protocols. I receive notices of any changes in mom's needs or facility, visitors, etc...I rest assured that mom is in good hands and receiving quality care.

The staff is kind and competent. There are many activities to keep my mom active and engaged. The facility itself is very nice and home-like. There are open lines of communication between the staff and myself. Any of my questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Our friend lives in SV in the dementia wing and has improved since she moved in. We are very satisfied with the care she is getting.

Our family had an in person tour and everything they offered was very reasonably priced, and it is a smaller facility which we liked. However the apartments were just not as nice or what our loved ones were looking for.

Everyone here from management to aides to cleaning staff are wonderful, caring and polite. When I leave my aunt I can go home and rest knowing she is well care for. I would recommend Spring Village to all my friends.

We feel very fortunate that there was availability for our sister to receive a room. At Spring Village the care residents were given throughout the pandemic was. Exceptionally staff was helpful to us at all times, and we were well informed. When problems arose, the surroundings at Spring Village are pleasant and feel homelike. She was very happy with the two years she spent there.

This residence has been a blessing for both my mother and law and father in law. The staff is dedicated kind and compassionate. The living quarters provide ample space and are clean and cheerful. The meals are nutritious. Everyone works hard to keep the residents happy, engaged, and involved in various activities. The nursing staff is completely devoted to every residents care, and the aides are loving and patient.

They take extremely good care of my uncle. I show up at irregular times and he is always clean and cared for. He likes the food. And everyone knows him by name. He is happy and that makes me happy.

This community does a great job caring for residents. It is a home like environment from the moment you talk with the folks at the front desk.

my sister and I toured the community for our parents. We were pleasantly suppressed at the level of quality services being performed in all area's. The facilities were immaculate, the staff seemed to be readily available to the resident's needs and the food looked delicious.
