The few times I have been there I always found it to be clean. My brother in law always looks like he was showered. The food is great. The staff is always friendly. They held a holiday party with lots of food and live entertainment. It was very nice. No place is like home but I would say it's pretty close to it ..

The staff takes great care of my dad and they are very kind and caring.

They were so helpful in getting our family member settled into the facility. She was very confused, but they put her at ease. We have seen a remarkable improvement in her every day contentment. I think my only suggestion would be a little more communication when there have been any changes or events.

I visited a family friend over the holidays and was extremely pleased. The staff are very friendly and the place felt welcoming. The friend I visited had nothing but good things to say about this place. I wouldn’t mind spending the rest of my days here.

This is an overall warm environment for the residents. The staff are very friendly and sincerely care. We have a family member who is a current resident; she is always happy and eager to introduce me to the staff and their role.

Friendly, always keeps family up to date on any med/condition changes. Based off of what my father tells me, they could serve less casseroles.

I would recommend it. They have a great activities director that keeps the residents busy most days. It's expensive.

Spring Village was working very hard at the time of my loved one's residency to resolve many management/staffing changes. During my brother's last days the care staff and nsg director were so attentive and kind -supporting him and all of us in the best way they could.

My mom is happy there. The staff is friendly. I would recommend Spring Village at Stratford to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

They do pretty good, one problem is my aunt has been there for 3 months and has two new cavities. Big concern because she has not had decay for years. The facility needs to make sure clients are reminded to brush and take care of teeth, watch their diet, etc. with bedding i have had to take home bedspreads because they stink like urine.

It's a nice place with a very friendly staff. My mom was well cared for there.

Great place! All staff are always on attention to the resident's needs and any family concerns. We are very glad that we trusted Spring Village to care for my husband. We strongly recommend this facility.

It was difficult to get return calls from nursing staff. Some orders weren't carried out. Limited activities especially for those higher functioning. Very expensive and constantly increasing costs. Thank God for hospice. If they weren't there then the care would have been questionable. They were always complaining about being short staffed and wanted hospice to do the daily care.

This place has a lot of activities. The food is really good. And the care is good. They have physicians and other medical people that go there to help the residents without them having to leave the property. The only thing I wish they had was mental health services coming into the place. It would be great if they could get 1:1 services as well as support groups going into the place.

I feel confident that my Mom is comfortable and getting the care that she deserves for the money that is charged for her monthly living expenses and care. We need to have more places like this for her state and other states across the country. I hope to keep her there for as long as her personal expenses last. I feel that the nursing home health care is broken and it needs places like this facility available for all patients who need the proper care for memory care needs.

The care staff has been wonderful. They all work hard to individualize care for my brother with early onset Alzheimer’s. Hospice provides care and Spring Village staff works very collaboratively with the Hospice agency staff. The living space is clean and attractive. The only draw back is the lacking of social activities. The previous care center in another state was very enriching with activities-live local music performers, movement activities, frequent socials and animal visits. Even group television was enriching celebrating games, nature shows, classic movies and performances by contemporary artists. No TV reruns…I am hopeful the activities will improve.

The facility is award winning in the area and I can't say enough about the staff. They are so caring and friendly. They really go the extra mile. A real game changer for us is that my mom is allowed to have her cat there! The food could just taste better and the veggies always look way over cooked. To be fair, I've never actually tasted it. But it doesn't look that good and my mom and her table mates never seem that enthused, but that could be a symptom of age

Due to mom’s health she was only there for a couple months. But while she was there everyone was very kind and helpful. The facility is really nice and even though it has a large population, it felt very cozy. The staff helped mom with all her needs as she declined with such compassion. Dementia and aging parents isn’t easy and there is always challenges, we are grateful we had Spring Village to help is along this journey.

Friendly staff. Move in process was very easy. They need to pay better attention to cleaning the rooms. They clean each bathroom, but need to be asked to clean weekly. My mom enjoys the food, so no problems there.
