Excellent!! I was assured knowing my mother is well taken care of. She has come back to life with all the "social" activities. The nurses are compassionate, caring and on top of things. From the moment I walk through the front door I am met with smiles and graciousness. I thank god for the opportunity my mom has been given to live at Northwoods.

I love the homey atmosphere of Residences at Coffee Creek. there are lots of windows for cheery natural light. All of the staff seems genuinely happy to be here. My mom is thrilled with the number and variety of activities and events. I can't say enough good things about the care my father is receiving. His physical ability is sliding rapidly but the staff takes it in stride.

I love this place. I toured several places for my mom. North Woods Village was the one for us. The staff is so compassionate and loving. Mom had a rough time transitioning to her new life. Some staff stayed overtime to make mom comfortable and her family. NWV is very family oriented. They provide activities for the resident all day long and include their families for certain events, the facility is kept clean and odor free. I could keep on for pages on how wonderful NWV is. They are family to us!!!

I have been very pleased with the care that they have been giving my father. They have really been right on any problems or changes in his eating habits. They keep me up to date on him. They make decisions together with me. The friendliness of the staff and concern for their patients is exemplary. The North Woods Village Edison Lakes is an excellent community. It has been a great experience. It's a nice place.
