They have enough staff and I feel like my loved one is well taken care of. I feel like anyone who came here would be pleased with the love and care that I see provided for my loved one. We came from another community and this one is completely different from what we dealt with.

We have been very happy with our experience with Residences at Coffee Creek and we have no complaints. I cannot say enough good things about them and I would give them all 5/5 stars.

This community is a very nice and beautiful place to live.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. They were able to care for my loved one with their needs. They worked well with hospice. The compassion from the director to the caregivers was evident during my loved one's time here.

We chose North Woods Village because we were in an emergency situation and they were pleasant and easy to work with. My mom is religious and they have a very nice chapel with services provided. They offer both shared and private rooms, she has the smallest private room and it is fine for what she needs. The staff is very nice and caring, they always have an answer for your questions. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We were under a time crunch to get our loved one moved out of a rehab facility to an assisted living community and the director here just went out of her way as far as we are concerned to help make that process easier. She was spectacular with her guidance. The staff members get higher than 5 stars, they are very friendly. Our loved one has had no complaints about the meals. Our loved one does not really participate in the activities, but when we visit we do see other residents participating in the activities and they look pretty good.

My mother-in-law is here now. Cannot say enough good. Staff is so caring, cannot do enough for her. Very attentive and she can be difficult - she likes to wander. They are so kind to her and redirect her everyday. Clean facility. Food very good. Festive environment. Lots of activities.

I toured here recently and was very impressed by how clean and fresh the place looked. I've toured a few of these with my friend and I'll be honest, they don't compare to Coffee Creek. Whoever is running this place runs a tight ship. My friend isn't ready to make a decision yet and move from her house, but when she does, I have no doubt she will find herself here. The staff was very friendly, residents looked well taken care and happy. The apartments were larger than I expected and I loved the kitchen areas with the stainless steel appliances. I enjoyed my visit.

North Woods Village is superb. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone that is looking. The staff members are so caring and kind and it is the best place that I have ever been. Everybody from the director down to the janitor is amazing. I want them to get all of the credit they deserve, no one would be sorry taking their loved one here.

I have only been able to see the inside of the community on the initial tour, but everything was very clean. The staff members are the best, and the meals they serve are the best. Our loved one really enjoys going to their movie nights.

Our Mom has been a Resident in Memory Care for 2 plus years now. Our family is very happy with the care, concern & respect that has been shown to our Mother and us as family members. Even during this past year during the pandemic they took extra time to make sure we were all informed of daily activities and the health status of residents and staff. This was very comforting to us as "outsiders" were not allowed to visit for some time. I would recommend RDC to all of my friends in regards to the care of their elderly parents. Very Satisfied!

Residences at Coffee Creek is an outstanding and beautiful place for our dad. His recent move to his memory care apartment has been an extremely positive experience. The staff has been wonderful with taking care of his move -especially [name removed] who has been awesome with the communication and the excellent attention to our dad's needs. I have consistently been informed how well our dad is doing and how much they enjoy having him there. Most importantly, he is happy, healthy and well cared for. We feel so blessed that he has such compassionate caregivers who go above and beyond to help him adjust wonderfully to his new surroundings. I am very grateful for all of the wonderful staff at Coffee Creek!

My parents moved to Residences at Coffee Creek in [date removed]. They enjoyed their spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a huge walk-in closet. They were very excited that the dining room was open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. daily, and the bistro was open 24/7. In [date removed], my parents needed to move to a memory care apartment. With the COVID-19 mandates, we could not help them move. The staff moved all of their belongings to their new apartment and brought their extra furniture outside for us to pick up safely. As my parents celebrated their 65th anniversary in August, the staff helped provide a cake for them and sent me pictures of the celebration. Anytime my mother needs supplies or just a phone call to be reassured, a staff member calls me immediately. The staff has been great to work with; [name removed], director; [name removed], head nurse; in addition to all of individuals who have helped my parents. The many shift nurses are always willing to give me an update on any current situation.

My grandmother moved in about two months ago from a different assisted living in the region. We had no idea what we were missing until we came to Residences at Coffee Creek. The administrative staff made us feel very secure and were extremely helpful throughout the move-in process. We have been extremely pleased with her care. My grandmother is mostly independent but does need help with her medications and her insulin shots. She has made some friends and I feel like she is in the safest place she can be during this pandemic. She is signed up to get her vaccine and I couldn’t be more pleased with the emphasis the staff has on the health of their residents. Her previous place felt very much like a nursing home and Coffee Creek feels like a luxury hotel. I can’t say enough good things. If you are dissatisfied at the place you are currently, I encourage you to check out Coffee Creek. It is truly a step above!”

We are so pleased with North Wood and have been for almost two years. Everyone is professional, kind, thorough and responsive. [name removed] seems comforted and happy and that is all we can ask.

Beautiful Apartments and facility. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they do a lot of activities and events. The food is great, lovely dining area with inside and outdoor seating, even a little bistro area for snacks and drinks. The location couldn't be better, right off the highway and toll road but back by the Watershed so there is a pretty view of the park, walking areas, and nicely manicured grassy areas in front. I have visited many other facilities in the area (Lake and Porter Counties, in Indiana) and can say without a doubt this is the best Assisted Living Facility I have personally had experience with.
