The building is less than 5 years old. everything is still new and clean. There was a challenge with my fathers room that I addressed myself. The staff are all warm and helpful. There is always something to do on a daily basis. Per my father, the food is good. All times of the day.

Nice here so far. Nickel and Dime everything but probably every place does. Very very friendly staff and residents. Upkeep good. Housekeeping is minimal and they won't move anything to dust or sweep. They Do make your bed! Apt nice and modern. Food good but not excellent. New chef learning how much to buy, I think. (Senior portions) Over all I'm settling in. Miss my garage.

From the minute you walk in the door you are met with friendly and helpful people from the reception desk to the residents, the servers in the dining room to the person who cleans my apartment. My only concern is the elevator as I live on the 3rd floor. The carpet should be cleaned daily. There should be hand sanitizer dispenser located outside of the elevator so people can sanitize their hands before touching the buttons to select their floor.

For our LO the décor was similar to her décor at home. After multiple unannounced visits I was always warmly greeted by staff and that still happens. The menu fit her taste and the meals continue to be delicious. It is a smaller facility. But the biggest attraction was 2 levels of memory care. I would recommend to others. We know our LO gets great care there, the facility is clean and she is happy!

Corporate cut the budget for the kitchen! Who needs the funds more, the staff attempting to provide the best for residents, or the over-paid executives?! Our parents of course! The staff isn't given the money they need to provide as high quality meals as they'd like; and service expected. The location is filling up and the staffing numbers now aren't keeping pace. It takes a long time to get your meal (in the dining room) so it arrives lukewarm or cold. Residents may pay [fee removed] to have a meal delivered to their room (no fee if they're ill) yet delivery is an hour or two later than requested and it's cold. The staff is excellent! However, there is a concern in regards to the time it takes for a response (resident says it takes a long time. Staff say they respond within 15 minutes?). There's a new Program Director and things are looking a bit more lively as of late. Was told at the time we toured that staff would go to residents' rooms to bring them to activities. This has been inconsistent (In all fairness, resident may have turned down the staff's invitations but if that's the case, the weekly activity attendance report should indicate such.) When resident first moved in, staff made rounds every couple of hours through the night to check on them. As membership grows, don't know if that's still being done. Concerned that there's not a medical staff member on site 24/7. We knew that when we chose this site, but something to consider beforehand. The protocol with any medical concern is to call it in (Fire dept.; While exceptional people, their fee is [fee removed].)

For a patient who can move/walk/dress on their own I would definitely recommend. For a patient who is not mobile, if you can find a place for a similar cost I would look into that place. We are considering this now.

Sometimes we had issues receiving paid for services even after bringing them times their attention (e.g.: assisted showers). Many times when I visited, the bathroom was unkempt. There was one bad apple kept me from a higher score. My loved one chose not to participate in the activities. I would maybe, but I feel the entire industry has some work to do. They seem to be always understaffed. Or the staff is under trained.

It's a clean facility and the staff is helpful. The food is iffy, but they seem to have a lot of activities for the residents. It looked new and the rooms were a good size for my mom.

I love the warm friendly environment. The Legacy at Clover Blossom has been a positive experience for our family. The Legacy opened her with open arms and provided my mother with the safety and comfortable living. It is at the Legacy that she is engage with others and actively involved in activities that she was lacking living alone.

My father does not have anyone caring for him as this is an independent Senior living facility. The taste of food can be WAY better! The food seems like it's prepared for special diets when this is not an assisted living facility at all. Likes the activities the most. Not pride month but that's my father's generation

My mother had money stolen from her out of a locked drawer. $[removed] .This was while she was in the hospital & rehab. Too dependent on the client having their own doctors. Dining room constantly runs out of food. Adequate activities but not enough mixers to build friendships. I still would recommend this community to others despite the comments. The social problem was partly my mother's fault.

Great personal attentive given by staff. It is nice to have so many know my name. My apartment is very comfortable. I would recommend legacy at Clover Blossom to those looking for retirement living.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping services could be better. Trash is collected and apartments are cleaned once a week. Trash cans can fill up during this time. Food Menu for the day is published for residents. Meal choices are limited when compared to more extravagant (and more expensive) assisted living facilities, but there are always choices available, such as sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. if requested by the resident. Communication with family is excellent. Overall, I think Blue Bell Place is an excellent choice for people on a budget in need of an assisted-living facility. Also, management and many staff have worked there for many years. This is a great plus for this facility as many other facilities suffer from high turnover of employees and managers. I definitely recommend this facility.

My loved one was previously a resident at Blue Bell Place and the overall experience was good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly towards my loved one and to us. Based on our experience with them, I would recommend Blue Bell Place to others.

Residents are friendly and for most part are very open open to new acquaintances as well as staff which caters to us. I would recommend Legacy as a safe and pleasant new home.

Blue Bell Place felt very welcoming. We like the smaller facility. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this facility to others.

The meals have not been as god as they raved they could be initially. The food is more just okay - it is quite bland actually and sometimes they run out of certain items. However based on the experience we have had so far with Legacy at Clover Blossom, we would recommend them to other families.

Sometimes my mother has to remind staff of her needs such as towels etc., more than once or twice. There is a limited offering of religious worship opportunties. She may get braver and have transportation take her to church in the future. Staff and hired nursing are very communicative about my mother's health. Security is very tight, and safety is not taken lightly.

We chose Blue Bell Place for: 1} location, 2} affordability, 3} Friendliness, the size of the room. Our loved one had memory issues and had some difficulty adjusting to living in a community after years of independence, but the staff were patient and supportive.

I have live at Blue Bell Place for 5 years. I have enjoyed the trips we’re have taken through the years. My most favorite is the casino. The residents and staff are friendly. I have the security knowing that someone is here to care for me. I’m so glad I chose Blue Bell Place.
