DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS FACILITY
This place is a nightmare. My mother-in-law was a resident in the assisted living area of Waltonwood. The layout of the facility is convenient if you have mobility issues. That is the only good thing I can say about the facility. My husband and I would visit at various times. The staff would routinely be found watching TV in the resident TV lounge. My mother-in-law said she would call for assistance and it would take 30 minutes to an hour for an aid to arrive. They do not care about the residents. We were absolutely stunned when we were visiting at about 7 pm one evening. The aid came in and said it was time for our mother to get ready for bed! 7pm? We were sitting there visiting!! She refused and of course the aid was upset she could not complete her "job." We had difficulty getting someone to return phone calls or messages if we had a question. The information we did receive was often incorrect. Do not consider this place if you care at all for your loved one.

Worst tour ever
We are looking for a community for Mom and toured Waltonwoods. Upon arrival we were ushered to a conference room to wait and wait AND WAIT for our marketing tour guide (we did have a prearranged appointment). Finally someone appeared, asked us a few quick questions, never asked for Mom's name or an address or phone number. We were taken on the fastest tour. Whisked thru the dinning room, past the library, barely mentioning what activities are held in the room, shown a one bedroom layout all the while she was waiting at the door to show us out eager to move on. At the end of this 10 second tour we were shown back to the conference room where the rep stood next to the door, asked us if we had any questions told us "you guys have my number if you want to call" then left us sitting there. Tour ended - show yourself out! If this person represents Waltonwoods and their way of dealing with people, don't want my mother to live there! WORST TOUR EVER,
