We are looking for a community for Mom and toured Waltonwoods. Upon arrival we were ushered to a conference room to wait and wait AND WAIT for our marketing tour guide (we did have a prearranged appointment). Finally someone appeared, asked us a few quick questions, never asked for Mom's name or an address or phone number. We were taken on the fastest tour. Whisked thru the dinning room, past the library, barely mentioning what activities are held in the room, shown a one bedroom layout all the while she was waiting at the door to show us out eager to move on. At the end of this 10 second tour we were shown back to the conference room where the rep stood next to the door, asked us if we had any questions told us "you guys have my number if you want to call" then left us sitting there. Tour ended - show yourself out! If this person represents Waltonwoods and their way of dealing with people, don't want my mother to live there! WORST TOUR EVER,
