Staff is kind. Facility is clean. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and outings.

I feel very confident that MomIs being taken care of very well. The activities director is top notch and works hard to keep everyone included. Physical therapy is excellent and my Mom really needs this service. They can care for her much better than I was doing. However, mom still does not want to be there or any other place. It has to be her mental disease. The staff is very loving with hugs when ever I see them.

Grandma seems to love the food. All the residents seem to really like the food. They have some really cute activities, little girls that come in and sing and a guy who plays the guitar. They play word games as well as bingo. They also have a really excellent courtyard.

They do have a lot of activities. The food is good. There is a nice outside area. The laundry is okay. They’ve been very cooperative and try the best to accommodate needs. It’s clean and comfortable.

I would like to see some more stimulating activities. There are always snacks available, and the food always looks pretty good. I feel like they care more. They have more gratitude for their jobs. Their communication with me is good. They are very good about letting me know if my loved one is having a good day or a bad day.

Communication from the administration needs to be improved. The facility is nice and the staff is incredible. We chose them based on the proximity to the Synagogue and because they told us they would be able to have Kosher meals brought in, once we were here we found out that was not the case.

Everything is alright here. I don't really have any feed back about the food, so I'd probably give it a 4. There's nothing I can think of specifically that they could improve on. Except maybe their activities. They don't seem to be geared toward the memory care patients, and they could do a better job of trying to get people involved. The one thing that really impressed me is the cleanliness. This place does not have that typical "nursing home smell" that you think of. Also, there is a really nice courtyard, so the residents can get outside and enjoy the fresh air.

It was very nice, I was well taken care of and I liked it. It was a very nice place. They kept us busy. I took advantage of the library and talked with everybody and had a good time. The food was good and there was plenty of it.

They were very friendly and comparable to the one we chose. The location was not as convenient for us. They seemed nice.

So far it's been great. I know that there is a lot of food. I think their rooms are really small so for people who are hanging out in their rooms it's really tiny, They kind of make up for it with large common areas, which is good because it gets them out of their rooms, if the rooms were too big then people wouldn't leave them. I think that some of the rooms are smaller than dorm size. People were very friendly there and we felt like my grandfather would like it there.

We had to move him out of there because he wasn't getting the care he needed. In the beginning, it was very good, and the cost for what you got was pretty good but it seemed like as we went on, the caregivers that we had that were taking care of him weren't doing as well as before. There was a CNA that was good with him but there were others that would get an attitude. They just kind of started aggrivating him, like when I asked them questions on what he needed and what was happening. He was at the end of the hallway and especially the night nurses didn't seem to check on him. They wouldn't know I was there at night sometimes and never went to check on him. If you could take the beginning and the end together it would be a 4, but towards the end it was a 3.

Very nice place. Many positive features. However, it is too far away from us and my children. Also, they have no skilled nurse on night shift in the skilled nursing section, only a medication manager and nurse's aide.

Mom made the decision herself that she wanted to move closer to me and live in an assisted living community. A Place for Mom was very helpful in supplying information on several communities in my area and after visiting, mom decided Greenfield of Stafford suited her best. She has wonderful things to say about the staff and enjoys the many activities during the week. She considers it her home after 3 months of living there :-)

Compared to the other places I looked at its definitely a lot cheaper, about half the price of the other places and it's pretty nice, they're really friendly. The only thing he gets is his medications and there haven't been any issues with those. There's quite a bit of acitivites, they take them off site almost everyday, there's poker, movie nights, I think he's been to the casino a couple of times, philly night... The first week he moved there was a little tough but then he got in the groove

The reason that we choose the “Greenfield of Berryville” for mom is because the pricing was right on mark with what we were looking for. The people are very friendly and they have the full range of services for what we were looking for. As she progresses along she won’t have to be moved to a different community we can keep her at Greenfield. The food is pretty good mom likes it a lot. She is as happy as can be expected at this point. They do offer some activities but mom doest get evolved in them.

I would recommend the property, The property is clean, the employees are friendly and caring, the food is ok..

Clean, lots of interaction among residents. Dir of Marketing who did tour worked at Blue Ridge Hospice. Facility clean and bright Room size adequate.

Layout a bit confusing,heavy traffic flow on Stenton Ave and inside with hsekping/food carts. Clean-staff speaks with residents thru out travels**

Very Sweet! I liked the "small" feeling of home atmosphere. The Director was so nice and helpful.

Started at $2,500 for private. Unfortunately, will not work with our budget.
