For the time my mom was here, the experience was good.

Loved the facility. Residents seemed happy. Bit pricey but we will work on going forward with placing mom. It's really close to her home also.

We toured this community and did not find the feeling that we were looking for. the community was smaller than what we wanted. We like the cleanliness of the community and the menu. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one

My grandmother is adjusting and fitting in quite well at this community. It is a beautiful and clean establishment. They provide many activities for the residents. She likes the food that they serve and there is a wide variety for her to choose from. The staff is very friendly and caring. I feel comfortable that we made the best choice and it is a good fit.

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. My tour went well overall. Everyone was kind, and polite to my family, and I. I did find another community that suited our needs better, but my tour was a good experience.

A must see, the exterior of this establishment is very deceiving. [Removed] is awesome, very easy to talk to, and extremely professional. The interior court yard, along with the rooms and the activities available for the residents are awesome. This place is a must see to appreciate the unique layout of this building, and the professionalism of the staff and how they treat and care for their residents.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved since he made the move into this community. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care that he is receiving from them . He has had no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall we are pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill is a very good place for my parents and everyone was really nice.

This is a nice little place; however, the facility is smaller and more intimate. It may not be a good option for my Mom who likely wants more socialization with a larger group.

We liked this community as it felt more like a community and not a hospital. My friend is working with the rehabilitation staff and they are nice. The rest of the staff are friendly, encouraging and good with keeping us updated on how she is doing. She likes the food and they offer a little coffee shop with snacks she likes to visit. They offer daily activities and some of the other residents seem to enjoy them.

My parents and now one parent has been at the Terraces for sometime. I am pleased at this point. I am concerned that some conscientious staff people have left. Onsite management needs to blend staff accountability with positive reinforcement to maximize staff commitment. Listen to staff and make every effort to integrate their concerns into programming. Management should have meetings at times for working family members. Everyone needs to know and feel special. Suggestion, put together a staff advisory steering committee consisting of staff members with quality performance evaluations. This might facilitate a greater sense of ownership from employees. Do not however employ a theory W management style. Also utilize strategies for quality improvement that have empirical support! Hire me as a consultant.

This community was very nice. The people were helpful and they were pleasant with us. The community was clean and it did not have a smell to it. We just wanted a bigger community for dad and this was to small.

During my tour of the Oak Pointe of Monett, I noticed that all of the staff I came in contact with were very nice. I don't have any complaints about the place, but we ended up choosing another community. The place was very nice, though, and the tour guide was very helpful.

My tour of the Greenfield of Fredericksburg went well. I took the tour a long time ago, so I don't remember much, but from what I do remember the place was clean and well maintained. Everyone I talked to was very nice.

Everything is going very well since my mother made the move to this community. The staff is great, she's still adjusting but they help her out as much as they can. It's a small facility, smaller than she's used to, and it has its benefits as well as flaws. Everyone knows everyone by name, but there are not enough activities. Bingo is only twice a week. The meals are very good and good portions, I've tried them myself. The place is clean and well maintained. The pricing is good as well, it's within our budget.

My loved one is doing well since her move to this community. They offer a variety of activities that are made available to her. She's eating well and likes to be among other people. We had a small issue with the insurance, so my advice to someone looking would be to make sure that the doctor on site takes your health insurance. Other than that it's been a great place.

Really liked this facility. Immaculately clean. No bad smells. Residents all appeared happy and cared for. Staff really friendly and appeared very caring. If we could afford it would have no hesitation placing mom there

I went to see this community. They were nice. The rooms did not seem to be of non-medical appearance. They are clean and they did have an odor. The price was not a good fit.

So far it has been an okay experience for my aunt here at this community. She is doing well here, and I know she is safe and in good hands. They have a good staff, they have been helpful and friendly. I'am comfortable with care they are providing her with. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

This is great community, everybody is very kind. Nice looking place.
