In the beginning, we had a small problem with medications. My father would have to ask to get his pain medication and he wouldn't always remember to do so. Once I brought up the problem, though, they were quick to fix it. The staff is very nice and helpful, the lady in the cafeteria is amazing. My father doesn't like powder creamer, and that's all they have there so I bought him the individual liquid ones, and she makes sure he has his 2 creamers with his morning coffee every day.

My parents are doing very well since their move to this community. The staff is so nice and everyone does everything, they truly put the residents first. Thye only thing I would change is I would like to see a larger variety of activities. The meals are excellent. My father always brags about the food. They serve all 3 meals on time every day. During my visits, they allow me to eat with them.

So glad [Removed] from "A Place for Mom" suggested this place, it was perfect for our parents.

Overall very positive. Staff people are excellent.

This is a community I would highly recommend. Everything is working out very well for my mother here, and I'am satisfied. The community looks great, her room and the facility are always nice and clean. They have a very good staff here. The food is very good, she says they feed her too much, but it is nice to know she is eating well. They are taking good care of her. This is a community I would recommend.

Greenpoint has become a wonderful home for my 94 year old mother. After self care for 93 + years, it was difficult for her to adjust to a large apartment building. However, now, after six months, she has joined some of the many activities offered here and is comfortable with her new environment. She especially enjoys the entertainment. We greatly appreciate the attentiveness of various staff members to help her with getting settled. One improvement I would like to see is more of an effort on the part of Greenpoint to create an opportunity for family members to meet with or make comments to management.

I highly recommend this wonderful place! All the staff were so caring, patient and bent over backwards to fill my Aunt's demands which could be challenging for most. I felt she was treated with very loving professional care. The facilities were just what we were looking for. I would tell anybody there would be no choice but Southern Manor for my loved ones. I will forever be gratetful for their care and attention they gave to my precious Aunt.

My dad has been a resident of Greenpoint for the past 3 1/2 years. He is mostly independent with a few services. The staff at Greenpoint are amazing. Dad is not the most social resident but everyone calls him by name and know his favorite ice cream treat! Greenpoint staff members and administration have been very responsive to small needs that are not "listed" and are gracious about finding someone to re-boot his router or find a dropped hearing aid. Their response is very professional and personal in all situations and are understanding of our unique family needs.

The staff is very compassionate and pleasant. The facility itself is airy and clean. The other residents here are nice and they make you feel right at home when you walk in. Overall, I would say things are going well so far.

The physical building is rather new, appropriately decorated with warm colors and nicely maintained. The staff is always willing to share information when asked questions. The more functional wing is short on activities that clients can participate in when the person is more introverted.

I visited three places in the Fredericksburg area and all were nice. Greenfield felt more like a family than the others did as it is one level with a smaller number of residents. The staff is outstanding. They really care about each person. Is it expensive ? Yes. These are my parents and I want the best for them. As survivors of the great depression and war verterans they earned it. My parents are very happy there. They are treated with respect and dignity by the entire staff. Put a price on that. From day one the staff could not have been better. They keep me up to date as needed and I love the family events they have there. The food is good and they go the extra mile for the residents everyday. The onsite beauty shop keeps my Mom looking good. More activities there than you could ask for. I could keep going as there are so many nice things to say.

I think they do an excellent job at Arbor Terrace at Chestnut Hill. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I like that it is on the smaller side so as not to be too overwhelming for my loved one. The care staff here does a fantastic job, they are all long-term employees and are very personal, caring, and professional. I do think Arbor Terrace is on the higher side of the price scale, but nothing too exorbitant.

heritage hill made our transition for mom very easy , they are very caring and friendly always looking out for her best interests and her health . we have looked at five different facilities ,and none came close to what we found at heritage hill. mom is adjusting very well and has met a lot of new friends , see is very happy and so are we . thank-you pat&jim lembo

Greenfield is convenient to I-95, the staff is helpful and caring. The facility grounds are well kept and has benches for the residents to enjoy some fresh air on warm days. The price is competitive with other facilities we toured and I felt comfortable with the administrators.

We were getting close to going with them. I was pretty impressed with them. I talked to a woman there who was very nice. I was only in the main lobby and talked to her and we were just getting into talking about what the finances were. I ended up finding another place but I was still very impressed with this place. It was very clean and nice.

We chose this place for my mom because it is very close to where we live and we can visit a lot. They seem to provide the most value for the price, there are nicer places but they were a lot more expensive. I toured four other homes before deciding on this one for my mom.

Cardinal village is a nice property. She's happy adjusted nursing staff is great very receptive. At this time, we have no complaints about the facility other than the facility was bought out by a company called Viva, and they never notified the family only the residence that it was a change of hands. The nursing staff is very nice very reliable. The properties clean the room is clean or the apartment. I should say. My aunt says the food is OK. Some things are better than others.

I would have given it a 5 but they've had problems since they were sold a couple of months ago. For one thing, the meals have gone downhill. A new cook is supposed to start this week and I'll be in town from 3-23 thru 3-28 when I'll be eating most of my meals there, so I will have a better idea of what's going on. Mom is supposed to get her hearing aides put in before breakfast, but that has been sporadic. It seems like the notes don't get read by all the help--seems to be a huge turnover recently. What I like: the residents are very friendly and look out for each other. [Name Removed], the concierge is fantastic!

The staff is friendly, accessible and seem to want to get to each resident and their family members on a personal level. I am very pleased with the activity offerings and schedule. I do think they could do a better job of getting residents out of their rooms each time to make sure they participate. The meals are good and well balanced. Snacks several times a too including coffee social hour. The facility is clean, however there is carpet throughout which can hold onto odors. I think carpet is a safety issue for the residents so that's probably why there is carpet. They can do a better job of cleaning carpets/vacuuming on a regular basis for the residents' rooms. The room sizes are great as well as resident bathroom sizes. The biggest concern we have is the laundry. My mom's clothes and personal comforter have gone missing and even after us bringing it up to staff and administrators, things still aren't found/returned. I know it's difficult with memory care as the residents take each other's personal items and it is hard for the staff to keep on top of that. I would just like more of an effort made to keep my mom's clothes regularly cleaned and returned
